Many years ago these guys performed a ball joint replacement and wheel alignment on my 1994 Z28. It was great. The car handled so much better.Fast forward to August 2023...I had upgraded some suspension components on my 2012 Camaro SS with factory Z28 parts. These included front radius rods, front lower control arms, rear trailing arms, and rear toe rods. The Z28 components have firmer bushings that reduce dynamic deflection and improve handling and braking. I was able to replace the parts in my driveway with the car on jack stands and then placed the car on ramps to clock the bushings. The rear toe links where the only component that has cam adjusters that impact the wheel alignment so upon their replacement, the car needed an alignment.While the original rear toe links had squishy rubber bushings, the Z28 toe links have monoballs in lieu of bushings. These do not deflect and prevent rear dynamic toe changes. The factory Z28 rear toe specs are have a narrower range than the factory SS specs and less total rear toe.Factory Tune worked with me to provide a rear toe setting that is on the outer end for the factory SS spec and the center of the Z28 spec, resulting in less total rear toe. This car never handled so well. On hard acceleration the car goes straight as an arrow. I no longer have to provide constant steering inputs to keep it straight. Cornering is also dramatically improved. The car is more eager to turn and rear body roll has been reduced. Excellent work! Thank you for working with me to get this setup correctly. When we bought our used car, I kept hearing a rattle in the front. I asked the dealership to check it out and nothing. I took it to Factory for an oil change and didn't mention the rattle but asked them to check the brakes. They found the cause of the rattle and fixed it. Reasonable prices and quality work. I will continue to get all the work done on my SUV here.

They did a good job on my wheel alignment, I was in and out in a timely manner. Someone did get red oily stains all over my driver seat, which was a nightmare to get out. It would have been nice if they d put protective covers down. I doubt that I ll be returning.

My husband and I were driving home to Limerick, PA, in my Honda Odyssey Van, after making settlement on our condo in Brigantine in late September. Fifteen minutes into our trip, we were on the AC Expressway, and the car started to sputter, the check engine light started flashing, then many other lights came on. I called our mechanic from home who told us to get off the highway right away and go to an AutoZone or Advance Auto for a diagnostics test. We pulled off, and ended up on N. Black Horse Pike, Williamstown. We found a Pep Boys right away, but the clerk said that they were too busy to help us, could we come back Monday. We then were following ways to an AutoZone, less than a mile away, when we saw Factory Tune. We pulled in, and they could not have been more helpful. They ran the diagnostics, and after my van cooled down, the owner changed the spark plug that misfired due to sludge, and we were on our way. I cannot thank Factory Tune Automotive enough for their assistance and courtesy. They saved the day for us!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have used Factory Tune since the late 1990's. I have always found them to be honest, accurate, fast, and thorough in their dealings. My wife has a 13 year old Ford Windstar van that always seems to need something. Don & his boys have handled everything she needed. Still running strong after 112,000 miles. I have a 2011 Nissan Rogue in need of rear brakes. Where do you think I'm taking it!!?

They tried to commit fraud by charging for an alignment they never did. Now we realize that the sensor they were paid to install was never completed. The wires are not even bolted down and put back together. You just can't trust these guys for anything. Couldn't pay me to go back there again.
