I purchased a beautiful 2021 convertible mustang today. The process from start to finish was a pleasure. Both the manager and the salesperson were professional and friendly. You could feel their integrity. I would highly recommend Auto Lenders of Williamstown.

Great inventory with reasonable prices! John was excellent helping us through the entire process. He was honest, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We scheduled an appointment and they were ready when we arrived - had all the cars ready to test drive, paper work prepped, it was smooth sailing - Would definitely recommend!

I Am very, very Pleased with the service that I and my husband received at this location!! Devin was very Professional, well groomed and knowledgeable on several of your services. With the exception of the interest rate, Devin did everything that he humanly could to assist us! I will definitely use you again!! Professional service with a no-pressure approach. Purchased two vehicles at the Williamston location and happy with their performance. Nice selection and fair prices. We got a surprisingly higher trade-in on our former car (it had high miles and we were t expecting much for it). Special thanks to sales agent Colin Campbell who was friendly and attentive. He let me take my time to test drive several models and answered questions knowledgeably without making me feel pressured or rushed. Overall a good experience and we ll be back.

I came to Auto Lenders looking for a vehicle after months of having issues with my old car. Derrick helped me find my perfect car! The service here is incredible, everyone is friendly and eager to help. Derrick was very available to chat between appointments and even had the car running and heated when I arrived for a test drive. Mike was an amazing help throughout this process as well. I would recommend Auto Lenders and working with Derrick to anyone looking for a car!!

For starters I had my eyes set on one specific vehicle, but it was at another location. The auto lenders team had that shipped over to my closest location within an hour and a half! Immediately I was able to go and see the vehicle, test drive it, and put in an application all within 35 minutes. The sales guys, and the managers all worked with me in the best way they could have, providing me with all the information I needed and answers to all my questions. Long story short, the service was great and professionally quick.

I can t believe it!!. I finally after 53 years of buying a car I finally got what had happened to me in a very long time. This place , the agent(s) were putting customers needs first rather then the opposite . I went to Auto Lenders to just look and didn't plan on purchasing anything until the weekend, however Anthony was such a big help and the service was amazing that we bought the car the same day!! the process was quick and super easy! I highly recommend it here!!

I was shopping for an SUV. I decided to pull in to see what was available. I drove through the lot when I saw the vehicle I wanted. Colin was my dealer and he made the whole process smooth and easy. It was the easiest car purchase I ever made. I might have been there an hour and fifteen minutes before driving away in my new to me jeep.

So, to make a long story short. I have an '03 Acura CL Type S 6 Standard that treated me great for a bit over 6 years. The problem is I bought it while i was with my ex of 9 years. So i decided to start a new chapter in my life and always had a soft spot for the Forte 5 4 cylinder 1.6 Turbo. Found one here. Got in touch with the company and the person I talked to was Ross Waller. Fantastic guy very relatable, very down to earth and chill. I live about 2 hours north of the dealership. My buddy drove me down and Ross literally just threw me the keys and said, "go have fun" and walked back into the dealership. We took her for a spin and fell I love with her. Everyone working there were super friendly and accepting and the dealership was super clean and professional. An extremely relaxed laid back experience with a good selection of cars. As a mechanic I'm very weary of used cars but this place is great, mind you you are going to spend a couple extra bucks, but, you'll understand where those couple extra bucks were spent on the quality of the vehicles. We were in and out and I left with my new vehicle. Also because i live 2 hours north Ross Waller said he would send the plates and registration to my place of residence no charge, which came in about a week. All in all 10 out of 10 dealership great experience. If you want to deal with a great dude speak with Ross Waller! Also if you are and Operation Ivy fan he's you're go to guy! Thanks Ross.P.S. GIVE ROSS WALLER A RAISE!!

Very fast, and good service. All questions I had were able to be answered. No haggling but vehicles were priced pretty fair. Do research ahead of time and it s a good place to go.

Dave is an AMAZING salesman! He had everything ready and approved when I walked in the door just like I had requested. He test drove the car before me and assured me it ran good. It did and has continued to! It took me just a few hours in the dealership to get everything sorted. I would say I was there tops two hours which is nothing for such a major and important purchase. Dave made me feel at home. He noticed I needed a plate holder in front and ordered it right away. I will return to Dave for my next car so he can't retire (smile). Thanks Dave! You're the best a gal could ask for! Blessings!

My husband and I recently bought a car here. We worked with Ross, and he was so easy to work with. It was a very relaxed, no pressure experience. We spoke to him before our appointment with a few cars we had in mind, and he had them ready and waiting for us to test drive immediately. He spent time with us going over all of our questions, and also helping us with the process since we had a trade-in vehicle. We both were very comfortable the entire time, and felt very confident in our decision. He gave us time to discuss things privately, and with him. We left the same day, with a vehicle that we both loved. Ross even helped us at times after our purchase for any clarifying questions we had. Definitely will be back again when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

John D was incredible. I had been to several dealers and had awful experiences. Late one day we came here on a whim and exhausted. John was so patient and kind. He was upfront and honest and gave truthful advice. I love the structure of pricing. I had to come back the following day and didn t get the usual haggle. He was happy for me to come back the next day and came in especially to help me. I found a car online that night at another location and they had it there the next day. It was the car of my dreams and priced great. The whole process was quick as he knew I had somewhere to be that night. Over a week later, my plates are already in and I am thrilled. Zero regrets about the entire purchase. Huge thank you to John, we can t wait to return and buy from him again.

If you are in search for a newer car, this is the place to be. My salesman Ross was phenomenal and couldn't have been happier to work with him. Ross was honest, prompt with any questions or concerns and was not pushy to sell. He helped get a fair trade in for my vehicle in comparison to other dealerships and an expected monthly payment. He had me drive away in my beautiful 2017 Subaru WRX STi off the lot. Thanks so much again Ross! My wife and I appreciate your help! I'll be back in a couple of years for a new car-toy or maybe truck haha

Have to give a shout out to the entire Autolenders team. From the start they exceeded expectations. This last Sunday I scheduled to have a vehicle moved from one of their locations to another, not expecting anything to happen until Monday at the earliest. The scheduling team reached out almost immediately to confirm the details and let me know the unit would be moved at the requested appointment time Monday. Ross was the sales rep who I worked with from that point forward. He confirmed the unit would be there in time for the appointment that day. Ross was professional and respectful. He also helped get a tremendous value out of my trade in, and was able to get me off the lot within 2 hours. By far the best experience at any dealership in the area. Thank you again Ross and Team.
