I went in for a 2019 4Runner battery it was too$240 bucks and not enough cashiers so I ordered the battery on line at Walmart and got the battery For $129.00 their prices is a ripped off.

Recently went here to have my battery tested and while there decided to get a couple other things for my car. Both Brendan and Derik were very helpful and friendly the minute I walked in the door. They also took the time to explain the different options available for the filter and wipers I was purchasing. Overall, a great experience and I will be back!

I was at the Advance Auto Parts store in Williamstown New Jersey and a very pleasant young man his name was Gage he was so helpful I really appreciate all of his help he went above and beyond and so I just recommend anybody that need any parts or anything from Advance Auto Williamstown New Jersey go check Gage out such a wonderful guy they all are wonderful guys so I just want to tell you about my experience thank you

I bought an item from an advance auto up the road a few days before. Right outta the package leaving the store that day, that particular item was 100% defective, as in it wouldn't even turn on. I was in a hurry so I had to keep on down the road. I finally got the opportunity to come back and return it but to this location, with the receipt and online proof of purchase. The would not return for my money back, or store credit, or even exchange same product.. and they were rude as well. Very unhappy with this location. Would give negative stars if possible

They younger guy that was helping me was super attentive. He kept making me laugh and really I just wanted to hang out and chit chat. Very comfortable store to visit.

Great experience! Angel was tremendous help. My son's jeep broke down on a trail. It's custom with a Mercedes motor & the upper Got caught on the radiator fan shredding it. The store didn't have one in stock. I asked Angel if has any flexible radiator hose similar if possible to my needs. He had one & I bought it with hose clamps & coolant. Work out great!! Thanks again Angel for your help!

I needed a battery for my key fob. They were so helpful, replaced the battery for me, no extra charge! They put new windshield wipers on too! They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous in the Williamstown store!

This store is amazing. Xavier saved my day. My car battery would not start on the way to work. I luckily got a jump and got the car started. I checked Google for the closest location and they opened at 730am. Xavier installed a new battery for me when it was 20 degrees out. They had great customer service.

They had everything I needed, except the Meguiars new car scent bombs. I dont know if they were discontinued or what! They did have microfiber towels on sale of course (as always). It is across the sreet so convenience wise you cant beat it. My car is covered in tree sap and if I cant get it off soon, with this sun, my 2021 models might start looking like the 2011! Wish me luck

Very happy customer. Love this store. My battery was dying. I went to Advance and Danny did a system check and it was the alternator was bad. I told him I didn't have money to pay a mechanic so he sold me an alternator and gave me instructions on how to do it myself. Went home and got it done and saved a few hundred bucks. Great service :-)

The woman at night that is there was so rude to me and didn't help me at all. She acted as if I was bothering her, God forbid she does her job. I will never go back to this store, very unprofessional and unpleasant.

They never let me down here. I had to get these little plug like things to hold my bumper onto my car (long story) and they had them. The staff is kind and if they don't know the answer to your questions they will find someone who does know !!!!

I needed a new battery for my riding mower, and they were very helpful. They noted that the cable lengths are very short, and ensuring what side the +/- connectors were on was very important, suggesting to bring the battery in to double check. I wouldn't have considered that at all, and it's saved me a lot of back and forth with the wrong battery if it wasn't for such observant and helpful staff.

Changing my original review from five star to one star I initially went in to get three wiper blades they only had two in stock said they come in the next day to pick up the rear wiper blade I came in out of my way and it wasn t in they apologized and said that they will call me when it is in two weeks later I m still waiting nobody called me I went in and got my refundAnnoyingYou don t get repeat customers when you treat them like they don t matter

Advance Auto seems to be always there when you need something special I happen to be driving home from a long drive and my truck decided that he was not going to cooperate today and had just one of those days and of course Advance Auto was there to help me out with the nice people behind the counter and all their parts I was able to make it home thanks a lot guys

The night manager Deb on Thursday September19 was very helpful . My car battery needed a charge but it wouldn't take . She did her very best then allow me to leave until I could get e help in the morning . Thank you Beb .

I've just started using this store and I must say I was surprised how the woman thats night manager went out of her way to help me Saturday when they were one bearing short on jeep rear rebuild that started Saturday as just a pinion seal replacement. All the bearings were shot with her help we still met our Saturday delivery date . Hats off Deborah

DO NOT USE FOR UPS DROPOFF. I dropped off a package, it was lost and UPS and them are pointing fingers. I have the scan they received it but it never made it to UPS.

Employees are very helpful and generous. They offer to help you without having to ask... I mean the service rep will come outside to help you with your vehicle and new part if at all possible.

I found the brake fluid I needed. Was not greeted out asked if I needed assistance while I searched the isles and googled the internet to find what I needed. No frills lolSmall, clean store. Looked like they had a lil of everything.

Just curious what the typical hold time should be for an auto parts store. I'm thinking almost 10 minutes is unacceptable. At least pick up the phone to let them know that you'll be with them shortly.
