Bob 's Auto Body Shop is the best! The staff is courteous, helpful and their work is excellent. I would highly recommend this shop!

Never meant a Bob I didn't like until today. Looking at the reviews and if you notice. It's a five star or one star. Never two, three or four stars. The police and Bob's Auto body get the most money they can out of you. They are in cahoots and it's a shame what they do to the locals after the Summer's over. Bob is a con artist and I believe in karma. My truck stalled out from the flood on Park boulevard. So I moved it to higher ground. I ended up going to a hospital for a couple weeks. Wildwood police go around after this storm and look for cars to be towed. I was a couple days late on my registration because I was in the hospital. Bob towed my truck a block. Between the toe and storage fees, it was more than my truck is worth. Bob would not work with me on price. He screamed if you don't have money in full! I'm taking you to court and the judge will make you pay the full amount and your truck. I had no choice and Bob knows who to take advantage of. I know for a fact the people that get him five stars or fake profiles. This wasn't the first time that Bob screwed me. 10 years ago I had Bob fix my Jeep it was total. It was just under 12,000 to fix. The wrong size tires were put on, a mechanic told me. Bob refused to fix the problem then, I should have known. But if you get towed in Wildwood they give you no choice and your vehicle is going to Bob's. Bob I hope you read this because if you ever put your hands on me again it's on.

A stone hit my car and I took it to bobs auto. And they did a great job. I would've let it go but it's a brand new car so I couldn't leave my new car looking like that. The price was very reasonable. What a awesome job they did.

My car was in an auto accident and was towed to Bob's Auto Body. We had heard good reports about their quality of work and service. Even though we live 3 hours from Wildwood, we decided to have the car repaired there instead of having it towed home. Both passenger doors and air bags had to be replaced. We were very pleased with the service. We did have to wait for 2 months to get the car...not a fault of the shop...due to Honda not having parts available . Would recommend Bob's Auto Body!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Bobs came recommended by Holland's auto.They did a great job fixing and painting my car , it was back to me in four days.Hopefully I won't need them again but if I need bodywork I would definitely use them againServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This is where my car ended up after a car accident in wildwood. The crooked cops had it towed here immediately (without my permission) before i could contact my insurance company to receive free or discount towing. When this tow service arrived at the scene, they neglected to advise me of the their cost of towing and daily lot storage fee. Now, without a vehicle, and living almost 2 hours away, I couldn't return to this place to retrieve my car for entire week and ended up getting stuck with a bill for a ridiculous $480!!!These guys are greedy snakes who take advantage of the misfortune and ignorance of innocent people. Nothing but a greedy money trap.

After getting in an accident caused by a drunk driver in wildwood, my car was towed from the scene by Bob's as I was taken by an ambulance to a near by hospital. Once released I went to Bob's (who I thought was being nice as he let us sit in his shop at 2am while a ride came to get us.... but I was on pain meds and signed a paper I was told that was for towing) after the insurance company reviewed it and determined i was correct as well as the police report that the other party was responsible for the damage. I was asked multiple times in an email to sign for them to do the repairs as well as insurance company. I NEVER signed papers however they forged my information from the night I signed for towing and proceeded to do work on the car. A month later my 2014 100th anniversary dodge challenger which was in excellent condition looks like trash. It was a metallic black (which still is on drivers side) but in the front where most of damage was and on passenger side I have a purple tint to the car besides plenty of little errors that should of been handled properly for someone who prides themself in being around for 40 years. I am so disgusted. My car looks awful, it's value is trash now, and I can't even say the customer service was good because the minute I questioned anything they did that went down the drain too. I feel a lawsuit coming on which is all I wanted to avoid. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Do NOT sign anything from them or they will end up making that signature work for whatever they need too. Total SNAKES! Good luck.

Fixed up my mom's chevy asap. Looks good as new. All these bad reviews are cause shoobies don't know towing rules. Having your car towed doesn't mean the shops bad. Bob's the man the town loves the man. If you want your car fixed he's the go to. Long Live Bob's Auto Body!

After arriving in wildwood on vacation, the skid plate under my car had come loose and was scraping against the road at any bump. I went to three different auto shops that all told me they were the only ones in town and that it would take days to fix it, which is an absolute joke when all that needed to be done was to have the skid plate screwed back in. Once arriving at Bob s, Ray had Jose lift my car to find that whoever had done the last service never screwed the bolts back in. They promptly fixed the problem and didn t even charge me. Thanks again!!!

Bob is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to people who get their car towed. My 1984 prelude was towed and I was charged $320 for having released for only a 1.5 mile tow. Do no do service with him. Throat punch if he takes your car.

They didn t know how to work on my srt. They kept telling me there were things wrong with my car that had nothing to do with the original reason why I brought my car there and his attitude wasn t nice. So overall what I brought my car there for never got done and he directed me to another mechanic.

Very pricey and expensive , they like to replace not fixSmall bump on the door and they want to replace a whole door and paint it for 2500$ on a toyota 2005 , so a fix more than the value of the car

Absolutely TERRIBLE! AWFUL WORK. They put USED PARTS on your car and STEAL THINGS OUT OF YOUR CAR!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
