Is our second time coming here to buy a car and is the best place. We had a great experience with Joe, he was super helpful and gave us a great deal on a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The process was really easy and less stressful than other places. We would definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Let me start by saying I've know Tristan for a really long time bought many of phones with him in the past. For about 2 years now l've been watching his posts of happy customers. Here and there I would ask if he had any newer Acadia's then what I had because I loved my car but they didn't. I kept checking from time to time myself and low and behold they had one. Needless to say I never got around to stopping by. I really wasn't planning on stopping at the dealership that day but in my travels I was passing by and figured why not.Tristan let me test drive the Acadia and it was nice but smaller then I liked, then I test drove another car and then the Kia Telluride... well I came back and said that's what I want! After going in side and Tristan doing his magic of getting me approved, I was extremely excited until I heard the APR/payments lol Needless to say I went home and tried to do my reachsearch on banks to see if any were lower before making a decision. Meanwhile I drove Tristan and his guys absolutely crazy for the next two days over this car and let me tell you the patience he has is amazing!When I say I was being a hard customer (an we re friends mind you!) I absolutely was but he still remained extremely professional and very helpful going out of his way to assure me of anything I needed. So here I am to say I ended up getting the car! I 100% couldn't be happier with all of his help, patience, knowledge, the excitement he had for me, and his outstanding customer service. Keep up the amazing work Tristan!Please if you need a car go see Tristan, I promise u won't be disappointed. Thank you Tristan for everything!

If I could give STELIOS (Steve) 20 stars I would!! Steve went ABOVE & BEYOND to find me the perfect truck. He is VERY professional, honest and thorough! He knew what I wanted and never forgot it. I was getting nervous as my lease date was approaching and I was in a vehicle that my ex had bought for me and I wanted to break free and do it on my own. My credit wasn t great, but Steve got me approved with no money down, great interest rate, and exactly where I wanted to be with my monthly payments!!! Steve called me every time he had a good deal, but we knew the perfect truck was out there HE FOUND IT AND MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! He went through the whole truck with me, helped me connect my phone, set my settings, etc etc. Please if you visit, I m telling you to see Steve and he will do whatever is possible to get you in the right vehicle and work until he gets you where you are comfortable!!! Steve, I can t thank you enough, I have never been more satisfied than I am today!!! Again, GO SEE STEVE!

Every staff here is very welcoming and friendly. Don t be afraid to ask question. It was my first time ever purchasing a car and they made the process less confusing and more understandable. They re always willing to help no matter what. No B.S or hidden tax. Everything is pretty straightforward. My family and I will probably come back again to check out another car in the future. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came here to get him out of his lease and into a certified preowned finance. Tristan took awesome care of us, explained everything line by line. I just bought a Cherokee here yesterday and I was very happy with everything from start to finish. Steve listened and understood what I was looking for and sold me what I wanted. There was zero up sell pressure nor trying to convince me to change anything. I am very happy with the car and their dealership!Update they just lost a star because they gave my cell number to a survey company..thanks for the extra million emails

My wife and I bought a Blue Nissan Rogue from Tristan last year from Rt.15 Used Car Center.My old 2014 Chevy Cruise died.I contacted Tristan and he was able to get a vehicle for me and have it ready to go.He was very patient and worked out the best options for me to Finance thru his Dealership. We went to Dover Dodge to look around for a car. Immediately this very friendly sales person approached us and made us feel quite welcomed. Tristan said look around call me when you are ready. There was never any pressure. He had a lot of patience because we asked a lot of questions. We returned the next day to purchase the car. The financial person we worked with was also very kind and friendly. He had the paperwork ready. We quickly got everything done. I would Definitely recommend Tristan to my friends and family. Harry was my sales representative and he was informative, knowledgeable, took his time to assist me, and was very detailed when he addressed my concerns/questions regarding the vehicle. Overall, a task that I was dreading to complete was made easy and I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

From start to finish, the buying process was exceptionally easier and less stressful than anywhere else I ve purchased a car/truck from. The dealership has an awesome sales staff, too. Steve was transparent, personable and very helpful. Not only did I get a good deal on my new truck, but there was no pressure to buy. I d definitely do business with them again in the future!

The Staff at Dover Dodge are superb! I appreciate Joe, the sales Guy for taking care of all the details regarding the conditions of the vehicle, the features, process the paperwork, and building my confidence while Test driving a manual car. I also appreciated the other Sales Rep (I think that is his Title...lol), name Steve who is Phenomenal. He took away his personal time to give me tips and pointers on properly handling a manual vehicle. Even though I had prior beginner experience in driving a manual, he was very patient and genuine with me. Last but not least the General Sales manager, Emad. I appreciated his sincere concern for my safety by making the long journey home with only beginner experience, so he had Steve and Joe to give me a few more test runs before he felt confident that I was able to drive on my own. It felt like he was like a caring parent which I didn't mind..lol. It appears the sales mangers not only cares about making profits and treating you like a number, but he made sure their clients are being taken care of as well. Thanks again to all over Dover Dodge at route 15!

I want to thank Harry for doing such a great job on helping me with my purchase of my van. He was very persistent, but not annoying which I really appreciate it. I also would like to thank him for filling it with a full tank of gas, my last Experience with another Ford dealer. I spent $60,000 on a brand new F150 and they wouldn t even put $10 of gas to get me home. Thanks again Harry you did a great job I really appreciate it. Roy
