Would never go again, what a waste of time.Had an appointment for 6 PM for a tire rotation, and the car was only done at 8:30.Would have been OK if I was a walk in, but why provide appointments if you can t honor them?If you want speedy service - go elsewhere

Very slow and they don t respect people time. I had an appointment at 4:30pm and it is now almost 7:30 pm and they didn t not finish installing my new tires. I got the appointment 2 weeks ago. Not acceptable.

Horrible experience. Ordered tires and was told they arrived. After spending 2 hours waiting for my car to be ready, the manager called to inform me the tires aren t actually there and I have to come back. After 3 more weeks, I hadn t heard anything. Every attempt to call had me on hold for 20+ minutes. When I finally had the time to wait on hold and spoke to a human, he told me he would take down my info and have the manager return my call. This never happened. Had to contact corporate to cancel my order and get my money back. Incredibly shameful for Costco to operate something this poorly. They need to double their staff.

I went to Costco Tire Center to get my four tires changed. I checked in and they told me it would take an hour and a half. I thought that was reasonable, so I decided to wait. Big mistake!They took three and a half hours to finish the job. That s more than double the time they promised. I wasted my whole afternoon waiting for them. They didn t even apologize or offer any explanation for the delay. They just handed me the bill and acted like nothing was wrong.I was very disappointed and frustrated with their service. They have no respect for their customers time and money. I will never go back to Costco Tire Center again. I do not recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this place!

Had an appointment for 10 am for 4 new tires. I was given a wait time of 1 hr 15 min and was out in under an hour. Staff was very friendly and informative.

Slow service.My wife arrived today @ 12pm for 12:30 apt. Car pulled into service bay @ 1:20pm, 50 min past scheduled appointment time. Was 3:00pm by time 4 new tires installed and car ready for pickup. No apology for late and slow service. Don't recommend waiting for car like she did.

I am personally a Costco fan and never thought will write this review. Costco tire center is just a customer service nightmare, their website doesn t work to provide appointments, they say my tires are here but he wants to check it physically but he doesn t have time for it, 2 times they told me this story. They can t just seem to be able to handle how much they are selling. They should close the tire center or increase number of employees. TERRIBLE SERVICE

They put you on hold for a simple question, andNot just one time but five times for over 10 minutes.I can literally drive there and I can the question and come back in freaking 50 minutes.

Too booked to service. Customer service was poor. I get ppl are busy Nd maybe stressed, however I'm just another Customer trying to throw more.money their way.

I always come to this location for the staff. Ryan and Chris have great customer service and so much patience with their customers. Highly recommend getting your tires here.

Ordered tires online. Made appointment to install. Showed up 15 minutes before appointment. An hour later, they called to say they were finished. They suggest getting the tires re-torqued after 25 miles which I did. This was a 10 minute process, no waiting. Wish all service providers were this efficient.

Cross threaded all the nuts, bolts broke. They refuse to take responsibility and don't have ability to fix it. Swears is never happened before. Created a whole bunch of drama, had the manager come and tell me he wouldn't let his wife drive on it because it was image. They didn't even look at it or do the service I came in for. Called a tow truck for me to pay for to go 3 miles , real mechanic laughed at them and fixed it. Wasn't a joke. Missed half a day off work for man drama.

I thought the employees at this location were all great. I showed up at opening on a Monday and thus had a short wait time (although there was a sign that said appointments available) and the gentleman who I spoke with was easy to work with and professional. Picked up my car two hours later and everything seemed to be just how I requested it. I asked to keep the two better condition tires to which they complied and even put them in bags for me to not mess up my car's backseat and trunk.I guess the actual work could have been faster but I was told they were short staffed and it was fine for me since I came to pick it up during my lunch break anyway. That being said, it would be nice if they had enough support to finish jobs faster.

I got a flat earlier that day and needed it done before the end of the night, so I called and said I needed a new tire. I had informed the person I was speaking to I had used to be a tire tech. So he told me to come by anyway.Came in and told me they only had one tech and could not do it that night despite telling me to come in anyway.He offered to put air into it which will not help a torn sidewall.I deeply appreciate this guy's help, it was a genuine waste of 45 minutes.

My wife needed 2 tires patched due to nails in the treads. We purchased our tires directly at this warehouse which came with the road hazard warranty. They were able to patch 1 tire but the other needed replaced. We were told that they would need to get the tire from another Costco warehouse because this location did not have it in stock and should have it by the end of the week. A manager was supposed to call us on Tuesday 11/6 but we have not heard anything. We have been calling non-stop but the phone just rings and rings. We have left messages with the customer service front desk but no one has returned our calls. This is a huge safety issue due to the fact that we are now driving on our spare tire which is designed for emergency use only - not for daily driving with 60+ miles of a commute daily. It should NOT take a week to get a replacement tire that is widely available elsewhere. This is HIGHLY unacceptable by Costco. The lack of communication and the inability to follow up with us is appalling. We will be sending a letter to Corporate as well.

I have bought tires here many times. The service is always stellar. I seriously would not want to buy tires anywhere else. The one time I had to make a claim under the road hazard warranty, they honored that with the same great service. Really a great benefit of a Costco membership.

Tire prices are good. Scheduling an appointment is 3 weeks out, trying to call the tire center to speak with someone is impossible or waiting 30 minutes when there's only 2 people in front of you is a normal day. Terrible efficiency and under staffed at the front desk. VERY POOR first impression.

Great deals but.. it took them 3 hours to change ONE tire.. thats right I sat there for 3 hours because of one tire.. nothing special.. no issues.. just to change one tire.. 3 hrs..

Tire Center employee told me he didn't care whether I got my tires from Costco or somewhere else when I was comparing their price with another quote I'd received that day. When I spoke to a manager about it, he didn't apologize on behalf of the employee; instead, he told me he was surprised by my remark since that employee is such a nice guy. He might be nice to the managers, but making that comment to a customer was ridiculous. If they're not going to care where I spend my $, I should spend it elsewhere.

The staff at Costco Tire Center, Wharton, NJ are very polite, patient and helpful. I was unsure of the right style of tire and they helped guide me and they were ready for me at my scheduled appointment time and the job was completed early! highly recommend their service!

Ordered tires online. When arrived we received email. Email said we would be called to schedule installation. Waited a couple says, no call and finally called ourselves to schedule. Scheduled a week out. 4 days later I received a call that my tires were in and would I like to make appointment. What, I already have appointment... need to get their act together. Also had to return after installation for rebalancing due to vibration.

We got a flat time yesterday around the corner from Costco with two kids in the car. Joshua and his entire time were very helpful in looking at the flat, attempting to fix it, and even putting the spare on our car. They urgently took care of me understanding that my 2 kids were getting restless. I highly recommend them and i am very grateful for their help.

Tire center technicians stole tools from the trunk of my vehicle during a scheduled tire change. Be warned. Remove all personal items from your vehicle or some sticky fingers will do it for you.

I recently went in for a tire rotation & balance on 04/20. Christian, Ryan, and Chris were very accommodating and my vehicle was ready under thirty minutes. Thank you guys again!

Great deals on tires. Got Michelin put on for just over $700. Road hazard included, free rotations, it's good. Can't go wrong.

Had a good experience here buying tires for an Isuzu trooper,and a Ford escape.The ladies there were helpful and the tires lasted longer than the SUVs!!.Got a decent price for my budget.

Excellent and helpful staff.. had to get an emergency air leak from tyre fixed.. Only 1 person was available as they were closing.. he understood my situation and gladly fixed the tyre.. I really appreciate the prompt service..

I put a 1 star rating, if I could put a negative I would. I purchased 2 tires for the front. I told the associate I'd like them on the front, as I was getting rid of the car in a few months. He refused, so I agreed to have them installed on the back and rotate the back to the front. 2 hours later, I receive a phone call saying they can't release the lug nuts and the are not "allowed" to use a releasing agent.
