The owner is as honest and professional as they come. I purchased an E350 Coachman in the area and the breaks failed. No RV shop would help me and I was passing threw doing journeyman engineering work. All shops said they could not lift the vehicle. I called desperately around and found Arsenal. They used heavy floor jacks and made it happen. Thanks again for saving me guys!

Hello everyone, my name is Kenn. I've been working on cars since I was in high school, I'm 54 now. Although I stop messing with them quite a few years ago, I know how important it is to find an honest, Dependable, and trustworthy repair shop. Well, after having been ripped off, lied to cheated and taken advantage of buy a number of local shops in the Dover Rockaway area, someone recommended Arsenal Auto Repair. My search was over! First and foremost everyone on staff was friendly, warm, kind and courteous. I came to them with a very difficult situation that needed to be taken care of immediately, despite the fact that there were a number of cars waiting to be worked on before mine, I was told to bring it in tomorrow and we'll do what we can. Well what they could do, was complete the job in a couple of hours, have me back on the road before 10am. Your level of professionalism, knowledge and experience is exactly what I was looking for, and believe me I have very high expectations of my mechanic. They went above and beyond the call to get me back on the road and back to work. I highly, highly recommend to to anyone, bring your car here first. They are a family business and it shows in every aspect of what they do. Thank you Arsenal you guys are the best!

There's something to be said about finding a good, honest mechanic. That's Arsenal Automotive in a nutshell. I typically wrench on my own cars, but once in a while the job is beyond me. That's when I go see John at Arsenal. Always polite, always fair, and knowledgeable. If you need something done right, take it to Arsenal Auto and rest assured you'll be treated right and you won't overpay.

John and his team at Arsenal always go above and beyond! Always making sure my son is beyond safe and ready to go for his drive to his Marine Base. This last visit included working until 11:30pm to double and triple check every detail and sound. My son has an older "dream" car and John never lets him leave until he is sure he can make the 4 hour round trip seamlessly! As a parent, it means even more knowing there are Honest and Caring business owners out there! Thank you John!

John has been working on my cars for some time now and I have never had any complaints. Always honest, affordable, and on time. His staff is very welcoming and they keep a very clean shop.

I got a flat tire getting off of 15 and luckily ended up in their parking lot. I had gotten another flat the day before so I didn't even have a spare but John was so helpful and kind, he took care of everything so quickly and efficiently and even took the time to make sure I was okay when it all happened. I'm very thankful to have found this place and I definitely recommend anyone go there for automotive troubles !

These guys are the best! I brought my car in for service, not knowing what the problem was. John diagnosed it, Called me with an estimate and had it done same day- for less than the estimate!! He s got my business

The mechanics work honestly and on conscience, I praise them. My car was repaired well, but it's true not very fast, but that's different, because the breakdown was not easy.

Top of the line service from a mechanic that clearly has a heart..John will go out of his way to make sure you know exactly what's being done and if things can wait until you have the $ for other things needing repair, he will let you know! Nothing better than an honest mechanic!!

Spot on! Showing up un announced and they not only made me feel welcomed they took the time for me. I was pleased it's a family business. Very pleasant and courteous. Can't say enough good things.
