Unbelievable! You have been warned. Do not come here. Classic bait and switch.Made an appointment for a simple oil change via there online system. Total for (using traditional oil) was ~$25. We show up and they did not honor the pricing on the premise that their "system" states my vehicle requires full synthetic at a premium... @ $60 OVER the original quote for traditional oil( trying to charge me about $13 EXTRA per quart for synthetic). This contradicts not only the manufacturers requirements but also their online appointment system( which never mentioned requiring this oil type). They refused to perform the oil change with regular oil and I left. Waste of time. Don't let them waste yours.

Had 4 new tires installed, was expecting the typical 'corporate' service, but was pleasantly surprised. I think it was Anthony and Robert - very helpful guys, they care about their work and the customer.

I discovered I had a serious leak in my tire late in the afternoon. I called a few tire shops to see who could help me. Only Goodyear was open after 6,- I contacted their manager in Westwood, N J - Joseph Tierno - who said if I could get there in 10 minutes he could fix it. I found out my tire had a gash on the side which they replaced the tire and I was on the road within 50 minutes. Thankful for your help. Very responsive service.

I made an appointment on the goodyear website that they "didn't receive," although I was given an email confirmation. So I was forced to wait an extra hour for them to have availability even though when walking into the showroom, it was easily noticed that none of the lifts were in use. Then, upon check out, I wasn't given the appropriate family discount because I didn't have a coupon that was not needed in this situation. Overall, the service was unfriendly and unhelpful. I can't see myself recommending this location of a company that I trust dearly.

Great staff, the gentleman behind the desk (Joseph) realizing I had an urgency, was able to get my car in immediately and as a first time customer even provided a discount (not to mention they beat everyone else's prices to begin with). Tire repair was completed quickly and professionally, so I definitely recommend it.

If I could give zero stars I would.I made an appointment for 12 noon to have service on vehicle. I made an appointment vs. walk-in, as I had to take time off work and wanted to ensure a quick turnaround.I waited on site for service to complete. One and a half hours later I go outside and see my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot untouched. I spoke to the manager who told me there was a car on the rack ahead of me and it was just about done and mine would be completed shortly.Another hour and a half later I go outside again and the vehicle is still in the parking lot untouched.3 hours sitting in their waiting room with with them looking at me and they never even started work. The manager who I had spoken with earlier never came out from his office as he listened to the conversation and apparently had no concern with a dissatisfied customer.Whatever the reason, over booking, mismanagement, apathy, etc., I would not recommend this location.

Not happy with their online application. I scheduled a service appointment online only to discover that the price of services quoted were NOT what I was offered when I arrived at the Westwood NJ store. What I learned was that they do NOT offer conventional oil changes, only synthetic blend and synthetic-both of which were substantially more than the online price. It felt like a bait and switch deal which left me feeling uneasy. Additionally, upon leaving they informed me that my rear brakes were worn which surprised me as I had them replaced 25k miles prior and drive primarily on the highway. The push to upsell and instill fear made the visit overall, unpleasant.On a positive note, the counter guy was pleasant and kept me informed of the wait, the facility was clean and the location is convenient for me.

Setup an appointment for oil change, an estimate for the work was done and shared with me in advance. When I reached the shop, they declined that provided double the price. I wasted my time and the person sitting on the counter was rude and no manners. Stay away!

I went in to have a screw removed from my passenger tire and have the tire plugged. I was told that the screw was off the tread side, which it was not, and that I now needed 2 front tires to balance the front. I only have 20k miles on these tires. The salesman told me that my spare will be put on and the tires will be ordered. I returned home to find that my spare tire was put on the passenger rear tire. I was not told this by the salesman and when I called, he said, I thought I told you that, which he did not. They kept my tire at the location so I was obligated to return to their shop to have the tire replaced. I did return and had only 1 tire replaced at my request. Fast forward to 1 month later, I hear a rattling in my trunk, only to findthat my spare tire was not properly secured. I would not recommend this place to someone who is not familiar with cars. Hopefully this was a one time event and not common practice.

Joseph was very professional when I called up to have my alignment checked he brought me in the very next Morning check my alignment it was at a little bit and they straightened it out and did an excellent job very friendly staff highly recommend this good your a dealer to everybody that I know

Great auto service shop. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Easy and convenient ways to schedule appointments and drop off vehicle. Prices for service are fair as well.

dont used this place they rip you off. i told them my car was shaking when i went at 50 mph. i also told them to check the alignment and balancing. they told me i just needed one left front tire. I took car home and the issue was not fixed in fact the car alignment was worst. I took it back and then they said it was front right tire rim and that would cost me 600 on top of the 35o i gave them. they also did not have the car read on time on the first trip. I told them I needed it by 3 pm i had to pick it up at 6 pm. Their tech even wrote in the report the alignment was off. you would think they would take it upon them selves to fixed.

Quick and easy service. Dropped off car at 9 and was ready by noon. No charge for rotating and balancing tires since I purchased the tires from them. Highly recommended!

The guy with the glasses and short hair was awesome came in close to closing time to plug a tire and he got me in and out quick. He didn t have change for a 50 for the job and just told me that s it s alright. Great service great people even gave me advice about my car

I had to bring my car in for an emergency repair of a lugnut bolt on Christmas Eve. While they were able to complete the work, I ended up being charged $300. I was over the barrel, too, as I would have been stranded out of town for Christmas without it.The service I received was fine and I have no issues with the repair itself, just the monopolistic pricing during the holiday.

The shop is located around the block from my job, so naturally a bunch of the employees at my job would drop their cars off for service and pick it up before the day is up.Unfortunately I'm not the only one at my company who has had bad service from them. One coworker of mine had significant repair work done that cost him thousands of dollars, that ended up not fixing his issue. He fought with them, brought it back, and got an even more outrageous quote to fix the original issue. He now has a new vehicle, but goodyear took a good chunk of money that could have went towards his next down payment.I myself only did standard maintenance. Whoever did my car last clearly didn't care enough to pay attention. I paid for an oil change and wiper replacement. The wipers weren't the right ones for my car, and were basically resting on my window as they couldn't be clipped in. A bad day of weather knocked it off and left streaks up and down my windshield. They also failed to leave an oil change sticker like they normally do, so I have to roughly remember when to bring it in next. It's not a huge deal, but it's an added annoyance to consider when I already have to replace windshield wipers I just paid for.

This place was 100% PRO from the phone call. Spoke to Joseph got my appointment next day, then when I arrived there was no wait, dropped it off filled out some paper work. 1 hour later Andrea called me to let me know it was done, just super fantastic people with great customer care. I will def come back here if i have any more issues just because the way my issue was handled. Highly recommend if you are looking for good honest people working on your car!!!!!!

Rob, the store manager, is an absolute first class guy. Explained all the work that needed to be done and priced everything out fairly. He s honest and straightforward, will be going back to him for my future automotive needs. He runs a great store and has great mechanics there.

Rob and his team were great. I am new to the area and just needed a tire flat repair. While waiting, I watched Rob handle a multitude of customers. He took his time to explain what was wrong with their cars, why it happened, and what needed to be done to fix it. I know from my line of work that these can be tough conversations especially with people who are not mechanically inclined. I was impressed and will be back.

Recently went to this facility and I can not say enough about the service I received. I was recently in this area and all of a sudden my car was acting funny so I pulled in to this shop. Now I was expecting to be charged for services I really didn't need, but this didn't happen the young man named Rob behind the counter was very nice and helpful, he said don't worry they would check my car out and he would let me know what the mechanic found. About 20 minutes later he called me to the counter to tell me what was wrong. Boy was I surprised when it told me the issue was due to a bad gas filter, he told me what the coat would be to fix my car.Not being from the area and just pulling in to this place, I truly was expecting for them to take advantage of me. It's nice to know that they did not do that. Rob assured me they would check out my car and that they wouldn't do anything without my approval. He explained to what the gas filter does and that I should be careful about getting cheap gas. He also told me that they checked all my fluids and checked my tires. He told me that everything looks good but I should consider getting my tires rotation in the near future. He also recommend a Goodyear near my home.Nice to know there are honest repair places.

One of the best service centers around. Both my wife and I have had separate issues with our vehicles. We both had very satisfying experiences with this Facility. From the moment you walk into the shop, you feel welcomed and comfortable. I myself, spent three separate visits for different reasons with my truck. Every visit was as friendly and professional as the last. It was nice, not to feel pressured or pushed into any unnecessary service. These guys were all very educated and knew they stuff. I was there for one reason and mentioned another problem I had. Rob one of the managers, not only explained what the problem could be. But also took me into the shop to help me diagnose the problem myself.I would, and have recommended this shop to both my family and friends. Give it a try yourself and you will understand what I'm saying.I only thought it was a tire place. But to my surprise they fix almost anything. And the pricing was very reasonable.

Called to have my wheels balanced, and couldn't be happier with both the phone service to handle my Q&As, as well as the professionalism and quality/timeliness of repairs. George even went the extra mile to offer a 21 point inspection, which revealed a few items that proved to be instrumental in identifying potential problems down the road. The team even replaced missing tire valve stem covers without being asked! High recommend for superior customer service and quality repairs.
