I ve been coming to ETD for over 10 years, as well as my entire family. I travel quite a bit to get my car serviced but wouldn t trust anyone else. ETD always has the best price and service, hands down. Alex, Ozzy and Matt are friendly and honest about what maintenance is necessary and what the price is upfront. Reality is, it costs money to maintain a vehicle and ETD will always be honest with the work that needs to be done and do it in a timely manner.

Alex Rivera the store manager is excellent and I really don't like leaving negative reviews. Unfortunately, the young manager Ozzy seriously has a chip on his shoulder. Not a friendly demeanor, bad attitude, and exudes his anger onto customers. This is a customer service based industry, with much competition. I used to go to ETD cause they were quick, did a good job, friendly, and were willing to work with you on the prices - otherwise why not just go to the dealer for service. They have raised prices for simple things and you have to deal with the nastiness from a young kid behind the counter. I really want the next/younger generation to do well and succeed but this just isn't it/not good service!!!

Save yourselves a trouble and just avoid this place. I first got my tires changed. They said it was all done, and the tire was bubbling- from the soapy water that they were testing. They said it was ready to do, when I pointed out that it was bubbling.They changed the tire very quickly, since it was time for closing.Yesterday, I went into the store to get the alignment done. Alex, the store manager said that rod has to be replaced, because the part is too old and won't move. That was totally fine. However, my wheel lock anti theft locking lug was missing after visiting this place.I had put air into the tire and know a 1000% that I had them all the day before.Alex said, you might have mistaken and didn't notice it.In that case, if I came in with that missing, tech would have noticed it. I wasn't told anything about missing a lug.There is no other explanation that can make sense. If I came in with that missing, which I know I didn't, and they didn't notice, you can't trust the techs here. This is suppose to be a TIRE place and they didn't notice it that it was MISSING?Instead of making excuses, please own up to your mistakes.Alex said, we replace these wheel lock lugs sometimes when we break them.My husband was here on another occasion and they broke ours. They made us PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT.Save your selves a headache and stress and just AVOID this place

You're not going to find a better Tire Operation, period. Alex is a pleasure to work with, he listens to your concerns and and advices accordingly. I purchased 4 Michelin Coss Climate 2 tires and he suggested a wheel alignment. I thought the car felt straight enough and figured I'd skip the alignment. I'm glad I listened to Alex because the car feels completely different. The overall feel reminds me when I first drove it out of the dealership. The mechanics treat you with a smile and are a reflection of the way Alex runs his shop. The waiting area is modern, clean and offers conveniences. I was very impressed with my overall experience and that's not something I'm able to say about many service places these days. Thanks Alex!

They are very nice people with a lot of car experience. My car was so low which made nobody in the area willing to do the mount, and today is Saturday. They kindly accept it and immediately drove my car in. Appreciated.( It's better to make an appointment before you come by.)

Absolutely the worst experience ever. ETD Discount Tire in Westwood, NJ has constantly disappointed me. First, I had brought in my brand new OZ wheels. They had damaged (chipped the wheel) it before it was even installed. These were expensive wheels as well ($1800 for a full set). Also they didn't install the tires properly so I had constant air leaking and setting my sensor off. Few weeks later, I brought my winter tires in. They didn't install this properly either so there was another air leak. When I brought my car back in to get the air leak fixed, they had smashed my new OZ wheels into the car lift. I was so devastated. They acted like it was not a big deal and never apologized to me. These wheels were brand new so it had not marks what so ever. They pointed out after their accident that there were other damages to the wheel even though there was not. They blamed me for their damages. These people were so rude and never apologized for their own mistakes. These people do not care about other people's property, do not trust them. I highly recommend people to go to another shop to have their car serviced.

My first visit here was one year ago (July 2022) to replace all 4 tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service was good, I was in and out, no complaints. It's the experience I had today, however, that guarantees I will be a lifelong customer here. I came in today for a tire repair... (unfortunately, I am prone to running over nails/screws). I have to admit, I first visited a different tire repair center this morning, as they are a little bit closer to home. I was immediately disappointed when that center told me that they didn't think a repair would work, that I should really buy a new tire, and that it would take 1-2 days for the tire to be ordered/arrive. At that point, I remembered my positive experience with ETD last year, and called to see if they could help me sooner. Not only was ETD able to help me within the hour, but they successfully plugged my tire and saved me from having to purchase a brand new tire today, after purchasing four brand new ones just one year ago. Special thanks to Jason for making sure my tire was repaired, and that the service completed today was truly in my best interest. Jason treated me like family, not just a customer, and for that reason ETD has gained my full trust. Next time I need help, I will be coming here. I recommend anyone else in need do the same... Take it from my experience, you can trust ETD to let you know if it's time for new tires, or if there's an alternative.

Alex & the crew at ETD always provide a consistently friendly and quick service. Recently had an issue with a tire losing air. Called on the way to ETD to let them know I was coming, Alex pulled up my account and had me checked in by the time I arrived so I can drop off my keys and get to work. They kept me in the loop with what was wrong and had my car ready to pick up on the way home. Great service, reasonable prices.

I acquired a flat tire on my new GMC Acadia weeks after buying.. Jason & his team replaced the tire, made notes for us to bring back to the dealership on the status of the other tires, gave us very transparent and sound advice, at a lower cost than we could ve imagined. This will ALWAYS be our go to place!! Professional, prompt courteous and so knowledgeable!!! Thank you ETD in Westwood NJ!!

I picked up a nail in my tire. They fixed it promptly. When they asked if I had purchased my tires there, I said yes although it had been several years ago. They checked, I was covered, no charge! They couldn t have been nicer! Great guys, great service!

Alex, the head service guy, really took car of our tire purchase. They inatalled, balanaced, and aligned it all. They are very honest - the car alignment was spot on and thus didn't need to be adjusted. Couldn't believe the bill was $100 + cheaper than I expected!I highly recommend ETD tires of Westwood!

I feel like you never expect much from a tire place -- somewhat surly desk people trying to get you on rubber that you'll never really need all of. Jason and Alex at ETD in Westwood have been phenomenal and accommodating every time I've stopped in, whether it was swapping rims over or not charging me to break down a rim and tire for me to sell, ignoring the fact that I hadn't purchased from them previously. Stand up guys, stand up place, great service.

Amazing place! Great service - I called in the morning to come in later that day to have a flat tire repaired. They were able to take me and the repair was quick and efficient! I will definitely be back with my future car needs!

Not often do we have purchase experience that exceeds expectations. Absolutely was the case with my purchase/install/alignment of Michelins on my Corvette. Being a Corvette owner, which is my "toy", pristine and perfect, I'm ridiculously cautious with it. Adam was understanding of this craziness. Experience began with Adam price matching an aggressive price, then had great young guys perform the installation and alignment. Car was always in my view, me being anal about it being carefully handled. All while waiting in a very comfortable environment , coffee and friendly conversation made tire buying a pleasure. Great guy's, great value...highly recommend this place. Thank you Adam and Dave!!!

I really like this place, I went in thinking i needed an alignment and they told me my alignment was already good. I appreciate they didn't try to make me pay for unnecessary work and only what is needed , and they parked my car right in front of the door when i was done. Good to know there is still a nice honest shop in the area. Only reason i didn't post 5 stars is so it doesn't seem like a fake review . But its really 5 stars personally.

These guys went above and beyond! Saturday night a valve stem broke and I barely made it to the shop an hour and half after their scheduled closing time. They went completely out of their way and got me back on the road with a temporary fix as I only have one vehicle. Went back first thing Monday morning and they had my car back to normal within an hour and at a fraction of what I would imagine the dealer would have charged! Can't thank these guys enough for providing the customer service that you just don't come across very often in todays world. This place is top notch from the management to the techs. Highly recommend!

AVOID this place! They will break your wheel lock lug and won't even admit it.Too many bad encounters- these are all separate incidents:not noticing that the new tire they just put on is producing bubbles from soapy testercharging for the wheel lock lug that they have broken while changing the tire,and now not even noticing that a lug is missing, (as an excuse to not admit that they have broken it)Alex, the store manager is not a honest person and will say whatever (he said he actually took all of his wheel lock lugs off of his tires, because it's a hassle. I will only believe it when I see his car in person.)

went in because my dealership told me that I need new tires asap. Alex took one look at them said that I still had some time and didn't need to have it done right away; he said "honestly is the best policy"I really appreciated that and now I'll definitely take my car back when it comes time to have the tires replaced.

I actually trust these guys. I never get the feeling I am being ripped off or taken advantage of. Alex and Jason have been so helpful and easy to deal with...it's just a breath of fresh air considering car maintenance/problems is not my favorite subject! These guys are not only so incredibly pleasant to deal with but they are informative, fair, and make things happen. I am so happy with the service. I cannot imagine going back to a dealership. It's truly stress-free dealing with this ETD. I feel as though I am genuinely taken care of as a customer. Thank you ETD (Alex and Jason) for making my visits so easy and painless!!!

Jason and the rest of the team at ETD are incredible! I hit a gnarly pothole while visiting town and ended up with a flat tire. I live in a different state and came to ETD after another tire shop wasn t responsive as I wasn t comfortable driving over an hour to my typical mechanic on a spare. I am so glad I came over, Jason walked me through every single step of the process and was honest and transparent the entire time. He went above and beyond by finding me a new tire that they didn t typically carry so I wouldn t have to replace 2 of my tires at once as only one was damaged. He provided me with options and ensured that I understood everything being done to my car. I cannot recommend this shop enough, they are so kind and honest. If I could give ETD and Jason more than 5 stars I would!

The team here is amazing! I need to give a special shoutout to Alex and Jason! They are amazing and went above and beyond to help me! I had just gotten an oil change some where else and they advised we needed 2 new tires. My husband told me to go over to ETD. I didn't have an appointment and they were really busy. I explain that I couldn't really drive the car. They told me to come over and they would take care me. We had previous bought tires from so they already had the make of the other ones we bought. They did not have enough in their store, they called another store and went and picked up the two tires for us. They were able to get our car done that day! I was sooo grateful for their help, going a above and beyond a level of excellent customer service! If their manager is reading this, Alex and Jason are AMAZING and deserve a raise! We will always continue to come here and I will refer people here! Again, thank you all so much for taking care of our car and me!

As I walked in the customer service was very friendly and concerned to help me replace my flat tire. The staff sounds very experienced and knows what they re doing. One of the workers even offered to take the bolts out of my car from the site of the crash. This place deserves the five star rating. The prices are also very affordable which is ironic because it s surrounded by an Autozone and a Goodyear which didn t have the tools I needed. When this place did. Overall would definitely go to this place first if ever come across a problem with my car again.

The team here is amazing from Alex, Ozzy, Jason, Jesus, David, and Matt they all are kind and compassionate and take the time to explain to you what s going on with your car and how to remedy it. Plus they have some killer pricing on tires. I will recommend everyone to these guys because they are simply the best

Alex and Jason were great to deal with. They put new tires, battery and did a front end alignment for my car. Their prices and workmanship are excellent.
