These guys are the best. I had my catalytic converter stolen off my car and the sales mananger for D&G told me I was lucky to stop in when I did because they were running a BOGO special. So they installed one catalytic coverter on my car and told me to keep a spare when my new one gets stolen again. I could not be any happier!

I told gio my concerns on my SUV. He diagnosed the issue and had the work done in a timely manner. Once the work was done, he showed me the old parts he replaced and why it was needed. He gave his recommendations on car maintenance as well. I have been going to D&G for years and this is why: Dio is really knowledgeable and always takes every step to figure out what might be wrong with my car when it needs a repair. He always gets to the bottom of every problem. He communicates all issues well and makes sure I am on board before completing any services to my car. He always takes great care of my car! I will be going back next time my car needs servicing or a repair.

Another shop had my car for 2 months, I towed it here even though it was further away, and Dio fixed it in 3 hours. Make sure you go here because Dio is honest, genuine, knowledgable, and timely with every single car we have ever had in the past before moving out of the area including this last fix. In the days of A.I. and self service, it was refreshing to receive such excellent customer care at D&G Auto. I was referred to D&G by a highly satisfied customer who had used the station for work on his classic car, so when my engine light popped on at only 52k, I decided to check them out. I was certainly glad that I did. After running some diagnostics and doing some investigative research, I was informed by Deo that I should consult the manufacturer for some warranty repairs . Turns out my engine needed an overhaul costing several dollars which were completely covered under my warranty. His honesty and expertise saved me thousands of dollars in repairs! So when my car needed routine maintenance (tires, brakes, oil change and air/cabin filters) I returned to D&G without hesitation. My work was completed within one day, which minimized my inconvenience and I appreciated that he took the time to provide a detailed explanation of repairs, a treatment rarely provided to a "middle-aged female" in a car shop! Additionally, the pictures he shared of my worn parts, gave me a sense of understanding and authenticity.Despite the timely, professional service, what I really liked most, was the follow-up, personalized text which I received after the work was completed to make sure that things were running smoothly with my vehicle. It gave me a sense that my safety and satisfaction were paramount and that they stood behind their work, which are uncommon qualities seen in businesses today. Deo removed and replaced the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, thermostat & gasket & accessory belt, added engine coolant and generally looked over the car. He came highly recommended, & I felt he was reasonable & was not looking to pad his invoice with unnecessary repairs. I was happy to meet him and his wife!

Deo is the best mechanic in Bergen County, when he fixes your car you will never have to go back to him for the same repair. I was in a real jamb, as I use my car for work in sales. Therefore, I needed the work done as fast as possible, and given it is an older model, I was worried they may come up with a whole list of things to be done. Instead, they repaired just what was requested, within 24hrs, and I thought a very fair price. Dio did major work on my 2019 f150 , 3.5 liter eco boost motor he replace all major parts pertaining to the cam phasers, timing chain, water pump , phaser sensors and more , my vehicle has never run this good and quiet even when I bought it , the price was great and the work outstanding , I was told I would need a new truck by many but dio told me no he could fix it and yes he did !! I m so satisfied and I m still recommending customers to him , you will not be disappointed..trust me

Dropped car off the night before. Deo called me in the AM to confirm that my truck needed brakes and gave me a price.
