Rich is the best. Honest, Good people, reasonable prices. Rich serviced my car since 2022. From oil changes to breaks pads. I highly recommend this business.

I was 30 miles from home and had a severe shake in the engine. I pulled into the nearest mechanic shop and the gentleman there came right out and figured out the issues within 5 minutes. Less than an hour later he had a new ignition coil installed and I was back on the road. Excellent shop and very honest. 3 J s is the only place i ever go to get my cars worked on. Rich is a solid mechanic and, perhaps even more importantly, an honest mechanic. Just the other day I went there fully expecting to need new brake pads on my Vette after several track days. Rich told me I was fine and the pads were not needed. He could have very easily said yes and billed me for the work and I would have never been the wiser. I went there to spend the money, and Rich wouldn t let me! Bravo 3 J s!

Matt is very passionate about his profession which consequently makes him amazing at his job as well as honest . I had a two hour drive back home and he even texted to make sure the car was all good . This place really cares. Kristen is at the front desk and treats you like a friend . She even gave me a ride to the appointment I had to get to l, but I was detoured by my engine light . She communicated with me throughout the day with options and analysis . My car was leaking, I went to a mechanic by my house in Fairview didn t even inspect the car and just said it was my radiator. So I go to work at Hillsdale and just googled 3j mechanic. I was skeptical at first but BMW wanted to charge an arm and a leg/ the mechanics by my house. So I called Rich Extremely polite checked out my car in about a hr I received a call from him saying it was my water pump. I have a BMW X5 and small simple things go into the thousands with this car $2,400.00 to be exact. Rich was straight forward and polite and fixed it for a quarter of what BMW and other mechanics wanted. BTW I m 32 Miles away from 3J Auto and I will only go to this shop for now on with any car I have! This man is golden,Patient and doesn t try to get over on you. Best mechanic in NJ for Japanese,German and American cars. Meet the man yourself and you ll see. Thank you again guys!!!!! My X5 is running Mint again

Joe is an honest and fair mechanic. I started going here because I normally get gas here, I had a quick auto question and I really liked Joe's approach to auto repair. I am glad they are in Westwood NJ, it is close to my house in Hillsdale and they always pick me up or drop me off at my house when needed. A GREAT auto repair shop and good prices.

This has nothing to do with the shop. It's the gas attendant. I pulled up to get gas he puts the cap on my car. I ask him could you please remove it. He says I put it on this way it won't damage car. I asked again could you remove from car and use the gas cap clip which is on the gas door. He wasn't pleased with me last time I ever get gas their. This has nothing to do with the shop never been their this is stricktly the has station.

It's the last gas station before the bridge. Or is it the first gas station after the bridge? Either way it's the best gas in the area.
