Drove 2 hours 1 way to buy a set of wheels/tires. He said wheels were in excellent condition and tires were like new when I asked prior to driving there. Arrived to find 3 of the 4 wheels had curb rash and the 2 front tires needed to be replaced. He had the nerve to tell me they are used, what did I expect. I agree that used wheels could have damage but before I drove out there he told me "NO DAMAGE". He didn't care that I wasted my time. I suggest you don't waste your with this shop. Junk yard parts salesman trying to get top dollar by lying to customers. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

We call this business to buy some parts and make sure the parts were legit. It seen fine but we never received our parts. We send the money and paid over night shipping. The guy would answer my calls and text when it came to the money. But now, he doesn't answer my calls and text now that I'm asking for a refund. This business is a fraud. Don't buy from here. The guy is a fraud, a thief, and a liar. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

The parts I receive from Ramaz are good, but the communication was not. I had to fight and threaten Ramaz for any form of communication. I paid $2500 for a fender, bumper door, and headlight. I got everything except the headlight. The part was destroyed on its way to me so it was not his fault, but what was his fault was his unwillingness to communicate with me about what was going on. He went out looking for another headlight and never gave me update. It was not until today (5/3/2023) that I had to file a report to the BBB and FTC for him to tell me that he did not get the part he showed me, and he had no other part. If I had not said anything, I am sure he would walked away with my money. Speaking of money, he refused to refund me adequately for the headlight and only offered me $250 refund. Anyone who knows about audi headlights knows that even the cheapest ones come at $300 on ebay. And that includes tax. and yet he only refunds me $250. So not only did he fail to get me a new headlight, but i am also spending money on a part I was supposed to get from him. When I came to him I was in a tough spot, and I feel like I was cheated by Ramaz and his crew out of a part and my hard earned money. I hope none of you have to go through the same I went through with him.

Sent the wrong motor. Terrible communication to deal with to get the issue addressed. RMC arranged to have the incorrect motor sent back to them and short paid the bill and now the freight company is coming after me for the remaining bill. RMC has completely ghosted us and won't respond to any communication.
