I came in hearing a noise in my front tire. Had the guys at Westfield auto works check it out . Come to find out my wheel bearing & brakes n rotors were toast . Gave the the okay to fix it & the next day I got my car running mint no noise ! I m super happy with the service mark provided. Thank you so much

These guys are great!I was having an issue with my Honda that my regular mechanic could not figure out, even after multiple visits. I called Westfield Autoworks and described the issue to Javier (the owner), and he was able to identify the problem immediately. I brought it to them the next day, and my car was running great 24 hours later.Javier and his crew are not only great at what they do, they are courteous, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. They are my go-to auto-repair shop now.

Great local shop to deal with. Amazing work by Westfield Autoworks on my 2012 Mercedes E350. They quickly identified an issue with the oil cooler on my vehicle. The issue was fixed and I had my car back quickly. I also had them set me up with some maintenance so they took care of an oil change, brakes and a couple other items. Thanks again. Why did I drive out 1.5 hours? To get real attention, education, and a commitment that was felt immediately in my vehicle. After two locals, this is my forever mechanic. Saving my 18-year Odyssey another 5 years! Real parts, real work! Came in to hopefully find out why after spending so much with my usual mechanic, I was still hearing and feeling a clunky suspension. Had three alignments, too. So I gave my old trusted friend a shot. Had me under the lift and showed me the issue. Told me everything seemed solid (others told me same) but he said But look at this - two links different sizes. Replaced both lower control arms, and with a quality brand. I sat down before being told the estimate, but let me just say I left there in silence and thanked God for giving me the patience to give this van another try. I was told at another autoshop during an inspection that my car had several issue that I had never heard of and wanted a second opinion. Westfield Autoworks took my car in very quickly and addressed different leaks my car had, as well as replacing my front brakes all for an affordable price. On top of that, they touched up several other things for no charge to keep me coming back! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Went in because the heat in my car wasn't working & Javier the owner quickly made time to have it checked out. Hector the mechanic diagnosed the problem within minutes, I had bubble pockets in the tubing which wasn't allowing the hot air to make its way through the vents. I came back after work and it was ready to go. They even checked the rest of my cars fluids and made sure I was good to go. I had them do my back brakes later in the week and they gave me a great price on them. What I like about W. Auto works is that they gave me options, they worked with me. I honestly do not get this kind of service at some shops I've been to before. I will certainly be back, the shop manager Mark always kept in communication with me so I didn't have to wait for a response about my car and you can't beat that kind of service in my opinion. Took my 1982 corolla to get and an aligment. They treated my car as a baby. Westfield Autoworks is family owned and they are knowledgeable, honest, reasonable and a pleasure to work with. They serviced my Honda Pilot and Toyota Prius. My pilot is a 2004 and they were able to find used parts in almost new condition to save me money. I was driving on the parkway and something smelled funny. I searched for the closest mechanic shop and I saw Westfield Autoworks and went there. It ended up being my brake caliper and they fixed right away!Fast service and good quality work priced fairly. Thank you again!Service: Brakes

Great new shop in Westfield. The mechanics quickly identified my car's issue and took pictures of the broken part to explain the problem to me. The prices were relatively inexpensive. The two guys were friendly.
