Very thankful to Shai for his honest opinion on what my car needed in terms of repair so I wasn't paying a small fortune for work it didn't need. He explained everything in detail and allowed me time to make a decision without any pressure. Moshe and his team made sure my car was running properly before I drove it home.

I had a great experience working with Shai. I needed to get my rear bumper replaced and he quoted me a very fair price compared to other body auto shops nearby. I was able to pick up my car just 2 days after dropping it off! Shai is very professional and great to work with. He didn't push anything unnecessary on me and was very patient with my questions. Will be coming back in the future!

I don't understand why the Moshe's auto shop still operating? Only two mechanics, doing sloppy works, i need to go back many times to correct their work. Doesn't have standard repair fee, doesn't issue official receipts...etc. they should be investigated.

Great experience. I found the person I spoke with (I didn t catch his name!) to be straightforward, pleasant and not at all aggressive. Got my brake light fixed and replaced brake pads. Prices were reasonable and it was done super quick. All in all, I would def recommend this spot.

This place towed my car and stole it. They were supposed to take it to an auto body shop that my insurance told them to and instead took it to their shop. They held my car and did no work on it nor cooperated with my insurance to do the repairs. They are liars and have delayed my process extremely. I have no car and this entire thing happened 1/17/23.

Extremely pleased with the quality of work and high level of customer service. Brought in my brand new vehicle with significant body damage, and the staff at Moshes ordered the parts the same day and got working the following morning. The work was top quality, on-schedule, and on-budget. Great customer service is a plus.I would definitely come back the future.

Awesome customer service!! Moshe's Auto provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, regardless of the business genre.Last month, I was involved in a fender-bender in West orange. I chose Moshe's because they were the closest auto body shop which was recommended by my insurance company. I called at about 11:30 on a Saturday (they close at 12) and they offered to keep the shop opened beyond normal business hours just so my car wouldn't have to spend the weekend in the tow yard! Imagine that! Furthermore, every time I called or visited the shop I was treated with the utmost courtesy. And after the first phone call, they always remembered my name. Honestly, these guys should teach classes in customer service.They also work quickly. Initially, they estimated that it would take around two weeks to complete the repairs (the entire front end was damaged). The repairs were actually completed within 5 days.Most importantly, they seemed to be very honest and transparent. Before paying the bill, I asked many questions about the repairs which were made. The guys at Moshe's happily handed me a copy of the itemized insurance estimate and answered questions until I was satisfied. They didn't even act offended. In fact, they seemed rather eager to "show off" their work.HIGHLY Recommend

What an amazing auto repair shop. My family has trusted Moshe and staff with our vehicle's for over 8 years and never been disappointed. Prices are affordable and repairs are incomparable. As long as I drive, I'll return to Moshe's, no doubt about it. Five stars, just isn't enough.

Everyone at Moshe s Auto Body went above and beyond and it was an amazing experience. They explained everything in great detail and I understood the whole process.Great service and quality work. These people know their stuff. Great communicators and very trustworthy. I will only use this shop for my auto body needs from now onI would highly recommend them.

I've been coming to Moshe's for over four years and could not be more loyal and dedicated to a mechanic that does nothing but put my best interest first. They are both reliable and dependable in their customer service and repairs. Having three vehicles, price is always a lingering thought. Moshe's offers competitive prices without sacrificing the quality of their service. I would highly recommend their business to any consumer looking to have auto repairs and/or body work done.

Count me as a new fan of Moshe's Auto Body and Auto Repair Shop on valley Road, in West Orange. Based on multiple favorable reviews I have read I went to Moshe's first when i need some body work. I did not need to look any further. Not only did Moshe quote me a figure below what I expected, but he asked me if I wanted the work done immediately. He had someone drive me home and then pick me up when the car was ready. He finished in about 2 hours as promised. The two bumpers that he fixed look as good as new, and then some. Several years ago I had a similar issue with just one bumper, if cost more than three times what today cost and took three days to do the work. Moshe was concerned that if I have any problems to simply call and talk with him.There is now no place else I would go for body work or any auto repair. And he advertises 24 hour towing service and free local towing to his shop.

My car broke down and I called Moshe s Auto fit a tow back home. However the driver offered to tow it to the shop and give me a free diagnostic of what was wrong. My alternator was bad and was replaced for a great price. The service took about a day and I was able to pick up my car the next day.

Shai did a great job fixing my car. There was body damage and when the job was done it was as if the body damage never even occurred. Looks just like new. Also, the owner, Moshe, is a great guy. I've known Moshe for years, he is very funny.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This repair shop was very rude kand arrogant. I brought my truck to get trans replaced with my rebuilt. They bent trans cooling line and I broke down 10mins after picking up my truck on 280 due to loss of fuild transmission overheated and burnt-out. My car was in need of repair after hitting a deer. I took it to Moshe s Auto and am very glad I did. They made the whole process easy and did a great job of repairing and painting. My car looks perfect! They even detailed my car for me before I picked it up! I highly recommend Moshe s Auto Body. I will certainly go back for all my auto body repairs. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS AND FOR TOWS. When my Dad wanted his car towed by AAA to get his transmission fixed, Moshe's Tow Service told my Dad that their shop could fix it cheaper and better. They told my Dad $1,200 and my Dad believed them. A day into the job they called & said it would now cost $1,800 instead. Then when it was finished my Dad paid them the $1,800 and tried to drive home. The transmission still wasn't fixed!! My Dad took the car back immediately since they have a 12,000 mile warranty. Now they asked for even more money and my Dad refused. More than a year later (I finally had to have the car towed to have it truly repaired) and in that time my Dad's car got vandalized and damaged on Moshe's lot. Another $2,700 later and the car finally works and the vandalism got corrected. In the words of the Mercedes specialists, Moshe's Auto Repair "had no clue what they were doing with a Mercedes diesel transmission". They bait and switched my Senior citizen Dad, they didn't fix what they were supposed too, they didn't honor their warranty and now they also won't refund us our money. To add insult to injury now have the nerve to ask for >$8K since they were "storing my Dad's car". BY ALL MEANS DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF THIS LOW INTEGRITY MARGINALLY SKILLED MECHANIC SHOP. We now have no choice but to take them to court. This is the kind of business these guys run and it doesn't matter what kind of car you have, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Moshe helped me out when I needed it the most, a last minute service called. The typical neighborhood guy who knows everybody and everybody knows him. Quality work done fairly quick. He told me come over I got you and he did. Great guy, great place

This is my first time coming to this shop and I was very impressed! I arrived to Moshe's Auto Repair with 2 of my engine mounts broken. They were very attentive, professional and worked quickly to get my Nissan Altima 2004 up and running smoothly again. The also gave me a 1 year warrantee on the parts and repair done to my car. They were super friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for their car repair needs.

He lied about the type of part that he was putting in the car over charged me. He says the part cost him over $500 but it was $175 and the less expensive version of. Then he explains as part of the price he will clean up my car (that wasn't done). Not to mention, there was a wrench still attached to my car. When I went back for him to remove it, he gave me an attitude instead of apologizing.When you hear of car repairs shops being dishonest about pricing, he is one. I would never go back

I will never EVER bring my car to this shop again!! I was told my car would be finished on a Monday after 4pm, only to show up and not have it touched at all. They claimed they were still waiting on a piece to come in and it would definitely be here by Friday. I call Friday morning around 9 and they guaranteed my car would be fixed that day and I would get a call around noon. 2pm rolls around and still no phonecall, so I call the shop and they say the piece didn't come in and it won't be fixed until the following Tuesday. When I ask about why I was not called at noon to be told this I was hung up on. Tuesday comes and I call twice to make sure that my car will indeed be done today. I was told my car would be ready between 2-3pm, so I arrive at 3 and am left waiting a whole extra hour than I was told for my car. Two weeks later I come to my dealership to get my oil changed and it turns out there's still significant internal damage! Not only did this body shop keep me waiting without updating me, they didn't even finish the job! If you want your car to be fixed do NOT take it here.

My instrument cluster (gauge panel) had to be replaced. It cost me $1400. Upon me picking the truck up I was giving a subpar invoice / receipt with no explanation of work done and it mentioned nothing about a warranty. When I mentioned it to the front desk they told me to write what they fix. The day I was going to pick my truck up, I was informed that it wasn't going to be ready the time that they told me it would be. I would have been more than okay with that if they would have placed the call to me at least an hour earlier let me know that the truck wasn't going to be ready. They may know how to fix cars but doing business with them sucks.Service: Electrical

THE ABSOLUTE BEST SHOP EVER...If your looking for a fast,reliable shop this is the place to be. As a women looking for a shop that wont take advantage, I felt completely comfortable. The owner is honest and upfront and the prices are great. The work is backed up with a warranty and the service is fast and convenient. The customer service is A1, They never have a problem picking you up if your stranded with your car and the best part is that they are a Authorized Triple A road side service shop. TRIPLE A SERVICE FROM A TRIPLE A SHOP..Do yourself a a favor and give them a try,YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!

Moshe did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do to my car. Give Moshe patience and respect and he will perform a miracle for you. He is a family man with a wonderful family and a big heart. My car was an OBD1 nightmare for him and yet he was able to fix and make it operate significantly better. Thank you Moshe 5/5 stars.

Blew a tire on 280 on the way back from an appointment in the pouring rain. Called Triple AAA, and Moshe's was there within 15 minutes! With cars and trucks barreling by us in the torrential rain, my tire was switched out with my spare under 10 minutes! The Moshe's service member who helped me out was professional, friendly, and quick. Knew exactly what to do. Thanks so much for all your help!
