This mechanic was recommended to me by someone I trust. I should have read the reviews 1st.In Sept. of 2023 my car over heated and was smoking. FDR Auto repaired it and it cost me a little over $1,600.00 (Water pump and thermostat + coolant) I have a foreign car and this was acceptable because the dealer would have charged me twice that price. Fast forward Feb. 2024 (5 months later) my car started over heating again. I went to him and he repaired it and this time he invoiced me for $750.00. (thermostat + coolant) and some casing part) His explanation was that the thermostat was not under warranty. I paid.Fast forward 3 weeks later my car overheated AGAIN. I took it back to FDR Auto and I was told that it was a hose. He then told me that the fan needed to be replaced. He invoiced me $300. I paid. He said it out his mouth that the parts that he used was not BMW parts. This time he sent me a video of him testing the car out on a machine.This is the facts, this is my story. I got the receipts (literally)Take away from this story what you wish. I'm giving facts so you can base your decision off this story.

mostly the only good shop to fix your Chinese scooter I can't get anyone to say I'll give it a try and see if I can fix it..I didn't like the towing service the second time around but the first one was good.. but he should have his own towing service to be getting these scooters to the shop a cargo van would have been nice ...

They drained my oil and never filled it back up. I found out when my engine blew and they did no restitution. Ruined my car and didn t even acknowledge.

Was told 1 week for a part to arrive for repair but waited 4 weeks with no news. Has no patience and gets irritated when questioned. Used a non standard battery that went bad after 1 year and did not own up to it. Spend your money elsewhere.

Went to price tires and service for my car. All phone calls were answered promptly, and I was able to speak to the owner within the hour. I was asked what price range I was looking for and he gave me his recommendations, and then options for what I was trying to spend. There was no pressure to up sale, and he was very honest and courteous. I did go with his recommendation because he took the time out to explain the differences, communication was great. Service was speedy, and very professional. I am very happy someone recommended me, and I will definitely be using this shop for future services.

Highly recommend them quick efficient nice right price don't rip you off mechanics know what they're doing. And if they don't know they have a legion of friends to diagnose for them people that have worked there over the years it's a great Network. And the owner of the place is really good nice human being
