I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Tri-State Auto Repair, and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix the initial issue with my car, but they actually managed to damage it even further. The owner, Maria, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. As if that wasn't bad enough, they had the audacity to charge me a tax of 6.25% without even providing a receipt. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this disaster of an auto repair shop.

I was very satisfied with my first visit to this place. Gentle and honest staff. They have 4 bays for car lift so they can take you on walk-in unless they are too busy.Will go again.

I took my car for an oil change and everyone was efficient and courteous. I explained to them how I was in kind of a rush and they had me out of there in 20 minutes. Their level of professionalism was like no other auto service center I have been to. Highly recommend.

I came here and they figured out the issue with my truck within 10 minutes of looking into it. I had taken my truck to get fixed to two other places and they couldn t figure it out.They have my business for life because of their experience and professionalism. 6 stars if I could.Service: Electrical repair

Simply the best and most efficient place I ve dealt with when it comes to my car! Family owned and operated so you cannot go wrong! They have helped me in a bind on more than one occasion and truly care about your safety! I don t plan on using anyone else for my car!

The only credible lead mechanic here. I've met way too many shady mechanics but there's a bunch of mechanics here that do the job right, within reasonable time, and don't pull any rugs from under you. The men there will be direct with you if you ask them questions. Excellent service.

We have been going here for about 2 years now and really appreciate the hard work and honesty from the mechanics. The first time we went to the shop it was after we had taken our car to another Franchise type place. We had gone there for some brake pads and ofcourse while we were they they tried to convince us we needed other things, including a new battery. We declined. Anyway, when we went to Tri State Auto we asked the owner about the battery and what they said. he could have just agreed with thier diagnosis and then taken our money for a new battery, but instead he tested the battery, showed us that it was fine and told us we had a few good years left with it. He didn't have to do that. He could have made some easy money.Another visit for a random thing, they saw that those brake pads I mentioned above had not been put on properly. He could tell that they were new but that whoever had put them on had done so in a way that they would need to be replaced faster. He suggested that if they were still under warranty that I go back to that place and request that they be put on the correct way. We took his advice and did so.Any time a repair might be really expensive he would always give us a call and make sure that we were ok with this. They are very respectful, honest, hard working and good businessmen.My only complaint is that if you don't speak Spanish it can be difficult to consult with them. Luckily we have a Spanish speaker in our family who can work out details with them. Most of the staff speak predominantly Spanish.I highly recommend this place.

Great friendly enviroment. Very honest workers and the boss as well. Never had any problems with my vehicle and the price their are very reasonable. Very trust worthy. I would deffinetly recommend this place to friends and family

Beware of this place. Bait and switch move. We were offered to do an alignment for $75. He calls us later in the day to pick up the van and said the car had bad ball joint issues and couldn't do the alignment but still had to charge us $50 diagnostic fee. He never warned us prior of any diagnostic fee. I argued the fee but the owner held the van hostage unless I paid it. Bad bad business ethic from this place. I wouldn't fix my ball joints with him even if he was cheaper.

Care, this place will ba to wring and take away what little you have.I take my car for a code not allowed to pass inspection but does not affect the functionality of the car and left the workshop giving problems. I paid $1119 for this work and what I got were problems. A car that worked, now is not and my money is lost.I saddest thing is that nobody. punishes them for fraud.Este lugar esprimira tu bolsillo y solo te dara problemas. Tengan cuidado.

The owner is very trusted yes you pay a little more but the work is guaranteed. Terrible place. Unprofessionalism all around. They re very expensive and will lie to you and say you need something different done than what you re going in there for. No cleanliness whatsoever. Gente muy amable y responsable. Vine desde Miami con un problema en la caja de cambio de mi Beetle 2001. Tengo dos dias probando el carro y todo perfecto. Muy buena atencion del Sr Humberto, el Sr Javier y las demas personas que trabajan alli. Cuando llegue a Florida de regreso termino mis comentarios.Hola, pues llegue a Florida y el carrito perfecto. After searching in many places, this place was the only one that, with honesty and professionalism when it came to giving us a diagnosis, price and workmanship, they did an excellent job and I guarantee it. Very expensive and exaggerated when it comes to giving a diagnosis, I hope it is not always like this but I had no desire to set foot in that place again.Muy caro y exagerado a la hora de dar un diagnostico,espero que no sea siempre as� pero a mi no me quedaron deseos de volver a poner un pie por ese lugar.
