So I was recently involved in an accident and my bumper and the whole right side of my car was damaged badly. I didn t know a thing about how to proceed with the insurance and getting my car fixed. Thankfully I found Rizo s Auto Body and they educated me on the process. Not only was it a painless process, they did an amazing job on my car! It looks better than when I bought it. If you re looking for a professional auto body shop that not only does an amazing job but are also very transparent look no further. Thank you to the whole staff you guys are awesome!

George and Jeff were absolutely great, they made a very stressful situation a seamless process. As a very busy business owner George is not only professional but walks you through every step of the process and assists with dealing with insurance companies which can be very tedious. They definitely know what they are doing and are people for their community. I am very happy that I went to them. No regrets, only a very satisfied and grateful customer. I recently had my car repaired at this body shop after an accident, and I couldn t be happier with the results. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive from start to finish. Dealing with the consequences of a car accident is a very stressful situation but thankfully I brought my car to George and I couldnt be more satisfied.He dealt with the insurance and adjuster and made sure my car gets OEM parts and asap. The shop did an amazing repair job and you cannot even tell the difference from pre-accident, the paint, the fit and everything.I strongly recommend this shop.

Car was almost unrecognizable. What an amazing job done! I am extremely happy and you can't tell the car was even hit at all. They even waxed and detailed the car. Perfect score! Highly recommend.

Accidents are stressful, Rizo Auto Body was not! George Rizo made the entire process easy and simple from day one! George is very professional and knowledgeable in the industry. George was able to handle all my issues with the insurance company and adjusters! Last but not least, the work was amazing and very clean. My car looks brand new again! Thank you Rizo Auto Body!

Brought my car here to have my door repainted. An employee of Rizo auto stole a thousand dollars in cash from the glove compartment of my car. I know to this because the car was in their garage from the time I left it to the time I picked it up and realized the money was gone. At first they thought I was trying to scam them or something but then after I filed a police report and paid the bill they changed their tune real quick. I took full responsibility for leaving that amount of money in my glove box. It was a lapse of judgement on my end but regardless no one should have been in the glove box of my car. I noticed that someone had been joy riding in my car as well since gas light was on and the seat had been set way back. I brought it in with over a quarter tank Also, I had a full pack of gum in the pocket of my door and someone had eaten the entire pack and left the wrapper in the glove box where the money was stolen you cant make this up.The owner told me that there were only 2 people that could be responsible that were in charge of cleaning my car, but no real action was taken to confront these 2 individuals and as far as I know, they got away with it.I really do not go out my of my way to write bad reviews but I'm writing this because of this has got to be one of the worst experiences in my life. All because of one dishonest employee. The only reason I did not give Rizo Auto a 1 star is because they did good work repainting my door.To the employee who robbed who me: Karma will get you. Really hope you enjoyed driving my car, spending my money and eating my gum. Have a great life.

Extremely professional, I finally found a body shop I can trust to do good work. They worked with me, the insurance company, and in the end I was very surprised and happy with the quality of work that was done here. If I ever have some more work that needs to be done this is the shop I am bringing it to. Also the bodywork and paint is flawless.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Jorge is so professional and reasonable with prices. He did an amazing repair on my prior vehicle,(Mercedes) and now with my BMW getting rear ended, I couldn't go anywhere else! Excellent repair shop!! Very professional!!

Had a rather large scrape across the rear door and back of the car. Rizo was quick, easy to work with, the car looked better than it did before the scrape when I got it back. Pretty reasonable pricing too.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Jorge is great! Very honest guy with very fair prices. Came in with slight front bumper/grill damage on our Audi from an accident and he was able to quickly fix it to return back to what it looked like prior to accident. Jorge was nothing short of professional, honest, up-front and timely with his service. Always available when you give him a call and was flexible with my schedule when it came to an appt for my car. Brought in my Chrysler 200 with some significant driver side door damage earlier this year. He and his team took a look at everything, provided an estimate and repair timeline all during the first visit. Had my car back in perfect condition within a week, and the body work was phenomenal. Highly recommend Jorge and his team.

I hit the right back door of my car when I was parking... So I searched on google map and find this 5 star place. I m very satisfied with the result. The place is bright and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional. Very reliable work with fairly price. No waiting time and my situation is fixed in a week. Early open time so I can drop off and pick up my car in the morning and then go to work as usual. Highly recommend!

Definitely a 5 they did an amazing job and they have all the tools they need to make your car like brand new. Time was perfect and the way they explain every detail about your car and how is going to be the process.Great job. If I have to come back,which I hope not. I will definitely trust on Rizo auto body again.

I had an appointment for an estimate. When I arrived on time they refused to do the estimate because it was raining. Even though it wasn t raining inside the garage!!! The middle aged man with dark hair was extremely rude and told me I would have to come back when it wasn t raining even though I had previously scheduled appointment. I had to take time from work to come here and was turned away citing the rain! Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the rude, dismissive, and unprofessional experience and go somewhere else. There are plenty of places that would be happy to have the business. Don t waste your time because when you come here you, the customer is definitely not important.

The best experience with Rizo Auto Body. Starting with the receptionist , the awner, and the rest of their staff . Amazing and professional team to work with. This Auto Body is the best. Everyone goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They were on time and my car looks like brand new.
