So I go into today at 7:30 am sharp right when they open to pay my $500 deductible and pick up my car. There was just one guy there and he didn't know how to work the credit card machine. So he calls some other guy who over the phone tells me to give him a 10 minutes to come and do the payment. No problem. About 10 minutes pass and a young guy comes, takes my card and then decides AFTER he's swiped my card to inform me of a 4% credit card fee. Like dude, you had me sit there waiting for you to come, and I could have easily gotten the cash from ATM across the street. So basically made me waste $20 for absolutely nothing and mind you, I know the merchant isn't 4% so he's pocketing a nice chunk of that fee. And on top of it, my bumper which should have been repaired, wasn't. This place is a joke. I'm beyond furious. Damn thieves and I came here from Jersey City off a recommendation. Big mistake on my part. Stay away.

The BEST service in town. We are talking 1) Excellent body work (better than we could imagine), 2) Quick (deliver on time or before, 3) Personal customer service (we needed a permit and needed proof of bodywork and they delivered within 5 minutes) and I have a baby and Julio drove our car to my home and helped me reinstall our car seat!If you are seeking a place!!!! Go here!

I had a minor accident that wrecked my whole back door, they took care of everything starting from insurance to the physical damage! As well as that being said, it only took about 2 weeks which was very quick considering they had to order brand new parts to replace the damaged ones. Customer service is 10/10, I ll always go here rather then my car dealership.Service: Body & Trim

I've been using R&J for many years now. They are a family owned business and treat your car with care. Each experience has been better than the last. Not one of those places you bring your car to for an oil change and they say "lady, you are going to need a new timing belt, air filter, transmission and battery." Trustworthy and reliable. think twice before going there. Ramon and Julio are sneaky owners. After they get there money they will leave you dancing in the rain all by yourself. Make sure before you sign any documents with them you have them write what ever both of you agree to it. INTEGRITY is hard to find in people. DO NOT TRUST THEM

This place is did not exceed my expectations. My father's car got dropped off for a repaint. The scratches were not taken off, and yeah the paint from a far looks good. But once you get closer, it's a different story.

Took it for. Some new part got over charged got generic parts installed got charged as if they were original parts on top of what my insurance payed they were still charging me original tail light 365.something cents original bumper 285 original truck door 587 plus pain on 2 pieces bumper and truck that are not original would price it around 1000 most places. And my insurance got charged 3000 and they charging me and extra 1000 never againServices: Painting, Electrical, Welding

Biggest time wasters and worst customer service. I asked for Julio and got hung up on. I wouldn't spend a dime at this place.

They are expensive and quality of work is mediocre at best. Take your car elsewhere, stay away from these con artist. Regrettable expirience.
