NYC Auto helped me with getting my 2024 Acura Integra. I loved their quick and friendly service. They made the experience very pleasureable as i did not have to go through the hassle of going to the dealership myself. I simply told them what car I wanted and they immediately got to work to make it happen! NYC auto was even able to help get my car to a different state (FL, where I live). Santiago and Joselyn were very kind and attentive with any questions or concerns I may have had about the vehicle. I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new car as I had an amazing experience.

Joselyn & Santi were very helpful from helping me decide on a model to explaining all prices and costs as we got closer to the make of the car. We scheduled test drives and met at the dealership no problem. Paperwork was what they said it would be. Would recommend

It was my first time leasing my own car and I couldn't have had better help and guidance in this process than Santiago and Juan! Got my new car with NYC Auto. Juan is just an amazing and professional broker I told him what I need and he delivered it right away!!! he was always there to answer any questions or concerns. I didn t have to fight for the price, or go over my budget!! It was a very good experience I m a very happy customer and the car was delivered at my house!!! THE BEST! Juan didn't stop hustling until he found the car i wanted at a reasonable price! And dont worry you wont spend 6 hours like you do in a dealership! You ll spend at MOST an hour and he will break down EVERYTHING for you so you can understand! THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

Hands down, the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car!I had the pleasure of working with Juan, from NYC Auto. After my first conversation with Juan, he was thorough, honest, and confident in getting me the car I wanted. He handled my trade-in seamlessly, and I can honestly say that there was not much to do on my end.With his knowledge and expertise in the business, my only job was to show up when my car arrived. Juan constantly follows up, and follows through on his word. The car that I specifically wanted was out of stock in all dealers, and Juan just MADE it happen!I have recommended both him and NYC Auto to my close family and friends. Even after one week of recieving my car, Juan continues to check in. This is by far a long lasting relationship.Lastly, a huge shout out to Joselyn, who is the transaction coordinator.
