Concerns Regarding Service at Hudson Honda DealershipDear Hudson Honda Dealership Management,I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent service experience I have had at your dealership. While I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have always found the service to be exceptional, my current situation has left me feeling disappointed.My car has been waiting for service department for five days now, and I am still waiting for it to be repaired. To add to my frustration, I was asked to pay before the repairs were completed. As a result, I now have multiple warning lights on my dashboard due to the unresolved issue with my car.I have always trusted Hudson Honda Dealership for their reliable service, but this experience has left me questioning the quality of service I have come to expect from your establishment. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with an update on the status of my car as soon as possible.I value the relationship I have built with your dealership over the years and hope that we can resolve this issue promptly. Hudson Honda s service department is fantastic!! They found a way to get my FIT in the schedule when I had a last minute emergency. They all were so friendly and helpful. My service advisor Benjamin was very thorough and wanted to make sure I knew what was happening with my FIT at all times. The service technicians recommended maintenance that needed to be done and Benjamin explained why it was important, but never pushed me to have anything done I didn t want. He also wanted to make sure I was financially comfortable with the cost. How refreshing is that!My FIT ran like a dream when I drove it out. I never knew it was supposed to drive that good! It was so wonderful to find a business that s helpful, charges a fair price and actually does an outstanding job. Hudson Honda is definitely my forever service station going forward!

The staff was so professional. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. There was a small problem with my axle, your representative was polite, and took me to see my car. He pointed out the issue and clearly defined how they would repair it. Thank you!

Benny was a more than exceptional service provider. He fully broke down and explained the issue that the mechanics found with my car along with the cost. He also followed up with me multiple times throughout the day I was expecting to get my car back since I initially wasn t expecting them to keep it overnight. I can t recommend him enough!

Eli was great, polite, professional. The service provided by the dealer and mechanic shop was great , but I had to wait over 20min to get my car back because one of the employees had parked his car in front of mine blocking it while he went to lunch. Otherwise very happy with the service.

Stopped in to replace a key. Very good service from customer rep. Joseph who promised to have the job finished sooner than the anticipated 90 minutes. Job was completed in just over one hour. TCOB (taking care of business) at Hudson Honda every time!!

I had a great experience getting my brakes done today. Brought the car in at 7am and it was done by 11am. The service advisor Benny was very nice and explained my options thoroughly. The mechanic was also nice and enthusiastic. Overall I am thankful this is nearby! Very easy

About a month ago I came to this dealership to get my car fixed, I had gotten a bad break job and the wiring harness from e break came undone. They told me they needed to replace the whole right rear of my brakes. I worked with Benny and he told me the caliper is on back order and he d call me with updates. I practically had to call every week just to know what was going on, so my car was just sitting there waiting for one part. A few days ago I get call telling me that they can reuse my caliper to fix my brakes with the other replacements. My question is why wasn t this assessed when I first brought my car in. Instead I was told everything needed replacing because it was damaged. With parts and labor everything came out to 1600$ they replaced my break fluid when I had already done a break flush a few months prior, not to mention the condition they returned my car back to me they scratched my left side rear view mirror and the side of the car has oil stains. 1600$ and I couldn t even get a courtesy wash? All in all I won t be coming back here

Great experience purchasing the car! Milton helped me out and since I have recommended him and the dealership to my friends and family. There was another agent that first started off my inquiry and within the Forest 5 minutes he had given me false information about the crediting process. Whether a learning curb or not, this is information that could cause a lot of damage. However, the entire staff is very kind!

I came in as a walk in for an oil change and had a coupon. They honored it and my car was serviced within 1.5 hours. He did mention there was a wait but I didn't mind.

I went for multiple repairs due to recalls and sensor problems but thankfully the dealership has taken care of my car. I have been a customer for many years and never had a problem. I would like thank them for taking care of customers like all of us. Excellent service and support!

The parts they sold me are very expensive and they were not covered by the car warranty, when I had warranty they never told me that the car needed parts replacement and I always took it because it had bad sounds in the front.After they changed the parts of the car, now I had to go again because the car had a sound because of the change of the part, when I tried the customer service that received me had the sound that I took engraved to identify it faster he said it was not necessary my intention was not to tell me that the sound was not found, I had to talk to the maneger, I have visited twice this honda and I always have a bad experience.
