First off, thank you so very much Paul for bringing my truck back to its rugged look!I found Paul to do work on my partners Impreza and it came out amazing. Fast forward to about a month and half later my 2021 pick up was involved in an accident, luckily no fault of my own. The next day I called Paul back and told him what happened to the truck. He helped guide me with all I needed to do with insurance and the tow company, to making sure the adjusters got all the info they needed to get my truck taken care of.Paul is extremely transparent and is an amazing advocate for his customers. He makes sure he does right by them and takes care of them. He takes pride in what he does but not only that he LOVES what he does and you can see it in the work he puts out.He did an out of this world job on my pick up. It looks as if it just came off the lot again.Paul, is the guy you NEED if you re in need of body work to be done. He will take care of your car or truck, be with you every step of the way, and give you a phenomenal result in the end.5 stars isn t enough for how amazing him and his shop is!

I would highly recommend Paul and the team at Accurate Collision Repair Inc. in West Milford, NJ. They made an unfortunate event into a pleasant experience and provided me with an excellent repair in a timely manner keeping me informed every step of the way. It is hard to find a business today that genuinely cares and that is how I felt when dealing with this company. Keep up the great work and thank you!

A perfect experience! The repair, paint job and pinstriping are flawless. Paul, the owner, is honest, reliable and professional. He also coordinated with my insurance company and car rental place which made the experience effortless for me as a customer. Highly recommend!

I am 63 years old and have used many body shops in my life. My neighbor uses Accurate and recommended it to me and Im glade he did....This shop is the Best I have ever used.. Accurate was recommended to me by a friend. My friend knows a lot about cars, inside and out, and he knows many people and businesses in the area so I knew I could trust his opinion.Paul at accurate is without a doubt, now in my opinion, one of the best in the business!He took the time to explain everything to me, and I mean every little detail, from how the insurance companies work, to matching up the colors, the difference in bumpers, just so many things that were new to me, that I didn't know about and I appreciated that so much!He told me (and other people also told me) that he is a perfectionist.. and that is what I needed for my pearl white car!I never knew this, but pearl white is the hardest color to match... from everything I heard about him and what I learned about him just from the talks we had, I knew I was in good hands..He did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier!! It looked just like the day I got it.. My car is a 2019 but I just bought it 4 months before I hit and ran over the biggest gosh darn racoon or whatever the heck it was! I'm not even 100% certain what I hit but it was big and hard and did quite a bit of damage to my car.Thanks to Paul there is a happy ending!If you're looking through these reviews bc you need your car fixed, you can stop searching now! You just found the best you will get!!

This is the best place I've ever had auto body work done. Paul the owner is meticulous, concientious and professional. He went above and beyond what his estimate said yet charged the exact amount as the original estimate. On top of the extra work, the time it took was still exactly what he said it would be.. Paul and his team do wonderful work. I ve taken our Mercedes and Maserati, as well as my family s Mercedes to be fixed by Paul. They are courteous, quick, and talk you through the entire process from start to finish. No matter the work that has to be done. I have worked with several body shops and collision centers over the years and working with Paul and Accurate has been by far my best experience.Paul under promises and over delivers. The value and quality of work is beyond anything I have dealt with in the past.Communication is great and when he says something will be done by a certain time, it gets done. Paul and his staff are friendly, reliable and do amazing work! They recently did work on 2 of our vehicles and they look better than new. The best part of the work has to be how they repaired the dents in the bed of my husbands F150 (aluminum body) and the silver paint match that was spot on. Paul has an impeccable eye for detail and he makes sure everything he works on reflects that. If you want your vehicle repaired the right way, call Accurate!

Every time I needed repairs on any of my cars, I ve always trusted Paul to make them look as good as new. Most recently, I was in an accident involving two deer when they ran into the side of my car. I brought it to Paul knowing he would do an outstanding job. Between working with my insurance company and making sure he fixed the broken pieces with the appropriate parts (all Ford parts) so my car would be perfect, he exceeded my expectations. Truly if you ever need body work done, Paul and his team at Accurate are the ones to work with! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Paul's shop came highly recommended to me by someone I trust, my husband. I drive past Accurate Collision repair almost everyday and wasn't aware of its existence. My husband previously used Paul's services and RAVED about Paul's work which is a huge compliment. Hubby is extremely knowledgeable about cars/auto body work and has criticized the results of other body shops I have used in the past (and when he pointed out the flaws I agreed with his assessment). He ended up finding Paul's shop through Google a few months ago when he needed his car fixed after someone rear ended him. A few months later, I needed work done on my car after someone hit it while it was parked. Paul was extremely professional and didn't waste my time during the estimate or repair process. He told me it would take 3 days to fix and he FIXED my car- it looked better than it did before the minor accident. If you've ever been unfortunate enough to have your car repaired, you know that it's unheard of to have your car fixed in the estimated amount of time. I've been in 4 different accidents where people hit my unmoving car and I've never been 100% satisfied with the work or service, until now. Accurate Collision is my go to body shop for my next repair. Do yourself a favor and use Paul's services for your next collision. You won't regret it!

Paul always goes out of his way to make my collision repairs Beyond my expectations.The repair to my wife s RAV4 was a awesome job.My car came back cleaner than when it was dropped off and the color match was undetectable.I highly recommend the shop for all your collision repair needs Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is amazing! Paul and staff handled my car like it was their own. I was hit two times and both times I brought my 2017 Dodge Challenger GT to accurate collision where it was done in record time and looked brand new once it was done. I would absolutely recommend accurate collision and I give it five stars!

Went to Paul with my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport after a front left side deer hit and was amazed how he handled every little detail from rental car, insurance relations, repair progress and explanation of what was done to repair my ride to pre- accident condition!All parts were OEM factory parts, not those cheap imitations after market parts that don t fit correctly and start to rust in a year.He handled the insurance company calls and and questions for me so I didn t have to be bothered with them.The limited edition color was a perfect match! Even my neighbor who painted cars for 25 years could not tell.Thanks again Paul and to your courteous staff!

PAUL did an OUTSTANDING JOB in COMPLETING THE REPLACEMENT of the BUMPER and all the LIGHTS AND SENSORS ON MY S CLASS MERCEDES IN a VERY TIMELY MANNER.PAUL CONSISTENTLY COMMUNICATED THE STATUS of the Estimated Completion date and the PARTS THAT HE WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY OBTAINING in order to complete the installation of the NEW BUMPER and all the related parts.He followed up with the Dealer to get the PARTS that were difficult to get so they were delivered as quickly as possible, particularly considering the PARTS SHORTAGES in the U.S. today.PAUL DID A FABULOUS JOB IN MAKING THE CAR LOOK LIKE NEW.I RECOMMEND ACCCURATE COLLISION REPAIR TO ANYBODY THAT wants to have a SUBERB experience.I could not have had a better person with many years of experience to work on my behalf.Service: Body & Trim

Paul was wonderful!!! Fixed my truck which was pretty much new but got side swiped by someone who didn t want to stop at a stop sign and you look at it now and would think nothing ever happened!!!! Just moved into town and so happy I found him!!! All my future auto body issues will come here!!!!

My 2009 Subaru sustained impact from road debris and Paul managed to reattach my rear bumper and repair the front spoiler! Very fair price and very pleased at the outcome! Thanks Paul!!!

Long overdue review. First off, I'm a car guy and am quite picky about who touches/repairs my vehicles. Many places can do fair to decent work and even more do flat out POOR work. That's not good enough for me. It's got to be the best work or I promise you, I will see the flaws. Poor color match, poor blending, overspray, orange-peel, debris in clear-coat, bad / mal aligned seams between body parts, ect ect. You "F" up, I'm gonna see it. No matter how small the error is. These are my "babies" you are touching and the baby I let them touch was my recently acquired R8 Spyder. I caught the front fascia on a higher Belgian Block curbing. The plastic got deep gouges in the paint and even tore a little where a screw fastened the plastic part to the metal fender & frame.Now, here is the difference. Most body shops would tell the customer that the part needs to be replaced because it's easier for them and saving YOU money isn't their concern. We even discussed replacing with NEW just because the car is what it is. But then I was informed that it could be fixed for less than the new part would cost and be quicker then getting it from Germany. That open honesty is what clinched the deal for me. That and the other reviews. The work done? I will be going there from now on for any of my vehicle's paint/body repair work. Period! This is your new autobody shop! Go there. You will not regret it.

Excellent work by Accurate Collision. Paul did excellent work and guided me through the process of going through another insurance company from a municipal vehicle that damaged my car.
