I completely trust Jim and his team to be honest and efficient. I needed a gasket replaced and the Mini dealership gave me such a run around about pricing. Jim did his research, came back with a straightforward estimate and the final price was exactly what he said.

I had been happy with the courteous, prompt service until I had a problem..I had my oil changed there and drove my car to Florida.In route, the check engine light came on..We had to pull off the road and have an engine diagnostic done which revealed that the oil was over filled.It cost us $200 and 4 hours of our time. I contacted the manager (who was rude and said that they would not take accountability) even though they knew they were the last ones to change the oil..and obviously over filled it..sad customer service..

Some of the best service I ve ever gotten and it s not the first time. I ve been using this Jiffy Lube for a few years and recognize most of the staff. They re ALWAYS pleasant and go above and beyond. Not enough people leave reviews for a positive experience these days and these guys deserve a shout out. Went there for an oil change. Reviews lived up to the billing. Effiecient clean friendly. In and out. From crew to managment top notch. As someone who works in and is consistently let down by most businesses. Its always great to see a place get it right. Time and money well spent.

The staff here is super knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my car in to get a second estimate after visiting a Meineke. The manager/mechanics at this Jiffy Lube found an issue that Meineke had missed, and ultimately saved me hundreds of dollars. I m so grateful for Jim and Joe. I ll be taking my car here from now on!

Stopped here at the end of a long day and got excellent service. I stepped in at 5:05 and stepped out with an oil change for a discount at 5:29. Fast, clean, professional friendly. Highly recommend.

This is just my second visit to Jiffy lube in West Long Branch. My first was just to check if the car needed an oil change. They looked it over and told me that all oil levels were fine. This time I started my car and it began to make noise and jumped forward. I did see one of the lights came on and drove straight to Jiffy lube. They took me immediately and began to assess what was wrong. James & Toby worked on the car. In less than 1 hour it was complete and the cost was very reasonable. As I sat in the waiting area with 2 others getting repairs we all agreed that Jiffy Lube West Long Branch is the best place with reasonable prices and professional workers. Thanks again gentlemen.

Took my car in because the tire sensor was on. The mechanic checked all the tires and put air in them. No charge. Quick service and very professional.

Coolant change and flush. They took their time and did it right. Anyone reading the reviews can be assured that they can confidently bring their car to this location for other work other than oil changes. Good experienced folks at this one

No frills, honest assessments and you don't feel like your being ripped off. Jimmy, Chris & Peter are awesome. The staff are friendly, promote a comfortable customer oriented service and safe environment.I've brought my car here for oil change, routine tune ups and a suspension change and can not complain. I'd recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

Good service and knowledgeable personnel. Took my truck in to get my serpentine belt changed. They didn t have the new belt in stock but ordered to come same day. Went back when they had gotten the part in and replaced within 30 mins.

The worst. Charged 60 bucks, for regular oil. I keep my van clean. But some ashes fell on floor they didn't vacuumed. Never reset the oil. took half hr.

The business hours information on the google map is wrong. They are closed on Sundays and they close at 3 pm on Sundays

I first experience Jiffy Lube when I was stationed in the south and continue to use them and although it might be a minut things, I always appreciated from them is that they vacuum my car. I left today, but I had to remind them that my car wasn t vacuumed. I have been bumping into many warnings about my tire as I have seen my warning light go off especially when the weather gets cold. I decided to have the experts take a look at why this light is on again as I noticed the frequency of this problem coming up more frequently lately. After Chris explained that they would do a thorough check, he took the time to show and explain where the problem was. He took the time to present some options and helped come up with a suggestion that helped me not only solve my immediate problem but also helped me bring the cost down and ensure the safety of driving my car with this problem being fixed. I was most touched by his sensitivity to the overall cost by giving me surprisingly a discounted price as well. Johnpaul the Cashier explained the total cost for me and was very cordial. My wife recently went in. It s sad that the stereo type of these places taking advantage of unsuspecting women is too true at this location. She went in in a early 2000 s Chevy Malibu, a $500 car, and he told her she needs a $90 premium oil change. When I got home to see the reciept I was so mad. Told her the previous owner of this car had this oil so would you like to keep the same kind? Complete lie and totally took advantage to get an extra unnecessary $60. All because she is a woman and has a slight accent. Don t go here !
