After my honda dealer couldn't see me till tomorrow I drove away.punched in dead battery replaced and advanced auto came up...they were fast efficient cheaper and free install..saved 100 install fee..highly recomme

Came here after my car wouldn't start to get battery tested. The staff was able to test my battery and let me know it was a bad battery. I purchased a new battery and the car is running with no issues.

made online order and went to pick up and without realizing it rec'd the wrong item. called store a half dozen time before 8am ( because website indicated store was open) when tim, the manager, finally ans'd the phone. without saying anything further it made a simple (2) item purchase very inconvenient, time-consuming and waste of gas. i should have stuck to my regular advance auto part store.

I needed a new battery for my wife's vehicle. I went on line and placed an order for a new one. I checked availability at the closest store and went ahead and ordered it. The vehicles battery needed to be jumped just to get it to the store on Rt 36 in West Long Branch. Upon getting there with the printed confirmation on a Saturday afternoon at approx 12:15pm, I was told they could not install it due to the rain and lack of available man power. There were at least two people behind the counter at that time. Being I needed a new battery by late afternoon, I was forced to cancel the order and make other arrangements. I was lucky to have planned ahead and carried jumper cables. (No help was offered to jump my vehicle.) Nothing like trying to keep the customer happy. This is the last time I will shop at Advanced AP.

The person who helped me, listened intently to what I had to say and came out and checked my battery as expected, and told me that the problem was not the battery. He did not try to talk me into buying anything needlessly and gave me good advice. I recommend Advance Auto Parts on Rt.36 eatontown 100%. I should have gotten the workers name, as he insured that I will go back to them for all my auto needs.

This store have old guys,treated me rudely,was just looking for a part they said they would have,when i got to the store i said i was too busy very unwilling to respond !!!!!!

Friendly staff. Manager came out to my car with me and explained what parts I needed, as I was a bit confused. Highly recommend this store they are very helpful. Give the manager a raise!

Loved it the two men there helped me with everything I needed even came outside to make sure I got the right light bulbs for my brake lights

Horrible. Girl that helped us was great but we went in for spark plugs. Your system had a variety on hand or so we thought after only having 3 of 4 we needed in a NGK. She then looked for another set after calling another store that didn't have them ether. Goes back to find out none of the other plugs "In Stock" are no where to be found. Huge waste of time. Very unacceptable for a store to not have the product and wrong inventory on hands. Something in the broken chain of this store should be fixed very soon.

Very poor customer service and the prices very high camper to other AutoZone and the customer service for auto zone very good .And this place limited with items they are not advanced they are very poor I don t recommend for any body to go there .The only good thing there was lady there that the onley one helped me and she was nice

No book to look up air filter model number. Slow staff that didn't understand my frustration waiting in line to do something I used to be able to do myself. Couldn't be bothered to even say sorry. Oh and they didn't have my air filter in stock. I will never come back here. I'll buy car parts online instead.

Here's to Rem! I had driven around to 3 auto stores looking for a directional light bulb with my 83 year old mom's car. The least fun I ever had ended up with a victory dance in my family's driveway thanks to Rem, who works at Advace Auto in West Longbranch. He was professional, kind, informative, and gave me a step by step tutorial as to how to put this bulb in. (The only thing I've ever done with a car is pump my own gas.) No, it wasn't rocket science, but I would have never attempted it had he not inspired me to do so. Way to go Rem! Your mom raised you right!!

Always have good experience coming here. Associates are knowdledgable. They helped jump start my car when I showed up thinking my battery was bad. They troubleshoot and said it was alternator. Bought one. Installed and sure enough it was. 4 stars though as you tend to wait at the counter a while a lot of times. They will take your used motor oil as well just make sure the alarm is disarmed before yoou go in the back. I walked back there and someone forgot to disarm the motion sensor.

Favorite auto parts store. They always have the parts I need. Idk what the complaints are about, I've been going here for several years and I've never once had a problem. Guy even checked my CEL in the blizzard of 16.

It is nice close store in vicinity of where I live. Well prices are good but customer services, you cant expect a lot on that side. Very rude people. The time I was buying battery a customer was engaged in harsh dialogues with one of the representative because the customer mistakenly left the battery on the floor.After one month , went to buy a gas cap for inspection. Just asked a question if I could put it on or take it in the box to NJMVC, the representative talked rude "I dont work for NJMVC".Everyone has a bad day once in a while at workplace but no one dusts off right on the customer! Lesson learned not going there anymore.

Got a replacement battery. The installer found that I had gotten the wrong battery. He took care of the swap and installed the correct one without issue or complaint. Seamless and great experience!

I called this store and even though they had the battery in stock I had to buy it online to get the sale price. (?!) Uh, Ok. They swore they d replace and install it for free when I came in, but when I showed up that afternoon they wouldn t install the battery because they didn t have the time . Like the other reviewer here, with a dead battery I couldn't wait. As I walked back to my car with the battery I saw them install a light bulb for some girl who probably paid $5 for the item! No time, huh? OK, no big deal to do it myself, but I had to go back there again to return my old battery for a $20 credit. That's just poor customer service. I won't be back.

Worst experience ever order a caliper Monday that supposedly was going to be at the store by 4pm get there is not so I had to posponed my car repair until Tuesday so I finally get the caliper just to figure out that is the incorrect side call and he can t even accept reponsability blaning other ppl at other warehouse Whn you receive a shipment ur job is to make sure u have the correct part b4 giving it away to the client extremely upset and disappointed

Not sure how this happened. Guy asked all the usual info for my car to get me the right oil filter. I looked at it and was like, "Naw, that's not it." He assured me it was. Brought it to my mechanic. It wasn't. Luckily, my mechanic had a place that delivered.

Better than pep boys but still Terrible, horrible miserable. There's norwood auto parts right down the road, don't even waste your time here. There's literally no one with any experience at all here.

The employees are very nice more than happy to help and when all else fails they have no problem solving the problems by any means necessary some may have a problem bothering others to get the answers needed to get me in and out because they work well with each I have been there more than once and it's conveniently located right next to ShopRite win winon

I always shop here over everyone else knowledgeable staff generally good. Prices and whatever they don't have they can usually get in the next morning for you

Hello, friendly staff,Covid 19 friendly,price better than Advance in Neptune by $10-12.Worth the travel.
