They took my car in, same day for an emergency repair. Mike and the guys diagnosed it that day and advised me of a potential recall. Long story short, my blown engine got replaced for free by the manufacturer and Bukenas Auto s honesty saved me thousands of dollars.

So 450.00 for two headlights replaced without speaking to me. They called once, I missed it then saw the missed call only to be given this price FOR TWO HEADLIGHTS . I saw the videos on YouTube they didn't need to do all they did. Lookup changing headlight. For a 2006 lucerne . One guy did it just from underneath the car .450 for 2 headlights.Here's a free one, try texting next time cause I assusse you I would have said NO.

I was in need of an oil change and all 4 tires, and finding someone to work on a Fiat isn't easy.They verified they had the correct parts before scheduling me, so as to not waste my time, completed my old change, and then informed me I was only in need of TWO tires.They saved me money, were kind and professional, and never made me feel uncomfortable at all.Phenomenal shop that I will absolutely continue bringing my car for service!

Was quoted $4k for some work on my truck from another shop, wanted a second opinion.Took it to Mike @ Bukenas Auto , they told me that work wasn t needed and fixed what was actually wrong for a way different price. I d recommend to anybody in need of a good mechanic. Fast, fair, & honest

Mike and his team came by referral and I couldn't be happier with their service. They have years of experience and the entire staff was very friendly. They were always upfront about timeframes and costs - which were better than the other places I checked. In the end, I got my car fixed faster and cheaper. Got my car towed there after an accident. Took over a month and a half to get my car back. The Owner, Mike, states he s the Only one who can diagnose issues and give estimates, he goes out left and right and during the over month and a half, he was out for almost three of those weeks, further delaying the repairs and me getting me vehicle back. He took forever to submit supplements to the insurance company, talks down to you, then tries to be all kind and fake to make you feel like it s all okay that he s taking forever to get this done. Finally get my car back, I live five minutes away, right As I turn on my street, the car stalls out and the oil pressure light came on. I check the oil and it s full. It s rattling like crazy under the hood. There was a cap left under my hood, and then I call Mike the owner and tell him what s going on to figure out what happened. He tells me oh yeah we had the same issue when we were testing the car, the light came on, but when we hit the gas pedal, it went off and then came back on during idle. And so he had a mechanic check the oil and saw it was full and fine, so they thought it was odd. So this owner knew of an Issue with my car, failed to call me and let me know, failed to let me know when I came to pay and pick it up, and told me oh it sounds like it s just dying . Openly admitted to me that he knew the problem and still allowed me to drive off. Then when he spoke to my wife, he tried talking down to her and openly admitted to negligent work on their end. Do not go to them, not worth the risk.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Okay seriously they re the BEST! I had a terrible thing happen with my car over the weekend and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to handle everything (even things they didn t have to) to lessen my weight!!! Its really hard now a days to find people who actually care and they re like family!! It s literally a FAMILY owned business, which is also very hard to find anymore! Thank you Bukanes Automotive for lessening my burden and doing everything you could (AND very quickly might I add) to help me get back on the road! You d are the best! I highly recommend you go there for any car troubles!!

My first time going here and I had a great experience. Went to a local mechanic who was going to charge a lot of money for a timing belt kit repair ( a lot for me) . So I called three shops to ask for a quote. Mike at Bukenas was the only one who called me back. Price was just right and his demeanor was great. This will be our regular place from now on we got the car the next day and no more rattling. Thanks Mike for all your help.

Our go-to mechanic. I always feel like they are looking out for us and do the job right the first time. Mike has gone over and above to fix our cars. I appreciate how they explain what work has been done and even show us the parts/systems that had issues. It s good to know there s a mechanic you can trust in this area.

I've taken my cars to every shop from small family owned garages like TMT & Signature to chains like Tire Corral & Meineke and even bought warranties for repairs at dealer shops like Ace Ford and Autolenders. The one thing all these places had in common was the amount of anxiety they'd give me never knowing how much it was going to cost or when the job would be finished. Not to mention they would ALWAYS upsell or flat out try to get me to pay for stuff I didn't need thinking because I'm a girl I would be clueless.This is what sets Bukenas Automotive apart from every other shop out there. There are no surprises, no hidden costs, no unnecessary upsells but more importantly, you get the quality work and integrity that the Bukenas family and their employees put into every job to keep you coming back. Clear communication and checking in to let you know if there s going to be a change in costs or if they found any other issues means you are never left guessing how hard your wallet might take a hit. And the best part? They aren t just reasonably priced, they re AFFORDABLY priced.No one should have to dread the cost of making sure their vehicle is running well and safe to drive. Bukenas takes the dread out of bringing your car in for repairs and I highly recommend them to any and everyone.So do yourself the favor, avoid the headaches (& costs) of other shops and take your vehicles to Bukenas Automotive.

Very nice place with decent people. I moved here from Philadelphia so I needed a new local mechanic. I saw all the great reviews so I decided to give it a shot, zero regrets.
