I tried to give this shop the benefit of the doubt. I got new tires 6-7 months ago, and when they installed them, they never did an alignment on the vehicle. They also didn't put tire caps on the valves. I was shocked I paid over $800 for new tires and they didn't finish the job. I am certain they didn't do an alignment that day, they were super busy and the lady asked about it and the man behind her told her to just push us through. I went back for an oil change since I had a credit card with them. Oil change was ridiculously priced and to top it off they didn't check my brakes like they said they would, nor did they top my fluids off, because a few days later I got the empty warning for my wiper fluid. $100 oil change... not done right. I wonder if they really changed my oil. Then before they checked me out, the man looked at my van from the desk and said, "Oh, I'm going to get you new wipers." Didn't ASK me if I wanted them just added it to my credit card bill. $80 more... So total of $180 and they didn't do a great job making sure my car was taken care of. I rely upon the honesty of these mechanics and businesses. I am not mechanical, and my husband isn't. I have three young children I can't have my vehicle break down on me. I called today, and the man who answered said that I wasn't charged for an alignment. And I told him they were supposed to include it in the new tire package. He just gave a bunch of excuses. Like... we must not have had wiper fluid that day... etc... excuses. No answers or apology. I won't be returning.

I stopped in on 12/28 a few minutes before the shop closed due to a nail in my tire. The customer service I received was outstanding. DJ,Eric, and Nay had extreme professionalism and were very attentive. The fact that I came right before they were closing, I didn t feel rushed and everyone was soo patient. The empathy I received while my issues were addressed from Nay made me feel like a valued customer. Communication skills were exemplary and they explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. The effectiveness that was displayed exceeded my expectations. Thank you for delivering such high quality service. I left with 3 new tires at a great price in the matter of a few minutes.

Nay was the best. Took care of my tire needs like the professional Mavis promise. Very knowledgeable and did everything that could be done to get me great price on new tire. Best and fastest service I have ever received from a tire shop. I strongly recommend this Mavis location for everyone's vehicle repairs. A++ service.

Due to the type of tire I had, I went to 3 different shops but none of them was able to help. Mavis was the only one that was able to do it. Zero wait time, in and out in less than 30 mins for a tire replacement. Great pricing, great staff, great service. Highly recommend!

Had macOS do a simple alignment on my truck. I asked them specifically to charge me extra to go over every bolt in the front end to double check them for safety as I had just done my front end. The mechanic said okay no problem and I said seriously not a dime is to be spared for safety as I tow heavy with this vehicle and he assured me he would take care of it. Two days later I was driving down kettle run and I lost all steering to my truck and it ran off the road and luckily I was able to break before running into a bunch of trees with a truck full of employees. When I picked the truck up I said wow you only charged me for an alignment? Everything checked out okay and they said sure did we went over everything and checked every bolt like you asked. I was so happy then and trusted them as I should. Then I called when the truck went off the road and asked why they hadn t done as I asked and promised and they told me that they did and I said clearly you missed something if I just lost steering and ram off the road. They said well it looks like you did as well. Completely deflected my words and blamed it on me. We ll in an alignment job you have to adjust tie rods. So happened the tie rod was what came lose on the truck and I have employees as witnesses. So not only did mavis employees lie to me and put me and multiple innocent people at risk but they also denied accountability and I also had to pay a 700 shop bill to fix there mistakes to get my truck back in proper working order. Never again will I be going there for tires, alignment or anything and I will make sure to let everyone know of the danger that their employees put us all in.

I went to have my tire checked and I was immediately helped. They were very friendly and attended to me swiftly. The receptionist was very lovely and I would happily continue to use this Mavis in Berlin! Love good customer service and got my tire fixed on the house! Go Berlin Mavis you rock!!

Had an issue with one of the tires I bought online from a different company. Took my car in there on Sunday and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had me in and out of there quick with no issues. I recommend this location to anyone who wants a great experience.

Live in the area, but my first time a Mavis Discount Tire. Had an emergency situation with my two front tires losing air. The staff was able to check on the vehicle immediately, diagnose the problem, and effectively implement a solution. Turned out to be a simple fix (and minimal cost) of remounting and balancing the front tires. All throughout the process, the staff kept me informed and did a safety inspection of the car as well. Can't say enough good things about the staff there and how they handle their customers.

Appointment. Scheduled @ 10am for 4 new tires. car in within 12 minutes. Efficient service, great price. Clean waiting area and great front desk team engaging and professional.. Thx DJ (manager) and Shanaya.

Best place for car care. Had my brakes changed for a great price and now have lifetime warranty. The manager is super nice, the staff is friendly, and they are in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend for all your car care needs.

I called and spoke to DJ who was EXTREMELY professional. I had Malik at the counter treat me wonderfully and Matt the tech did a fantastic job repairing my truck tire. They took me in immediately and got me out fast for the best price I got when I called a few places for a price quote. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely be coming back when time for new tires

Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Tire just needed a patch. Good tread, less then 15k miles on the it. Pepboys tried to upsell me a new tire. Mavis took great care of me!!!

I recently bought two tires at a very reasonable price. One day later I noticed much lower tire pressure on one of the tires. I called Mavis and Dom asked me to bring it in. When they put it up on the lift they showed me a 2-inch nail I d just run over. They immediately fixed it for me free of charge, no questions asked. Dom and staff were great as usual.

Really appreciate this Berlin Mavis for servicing my vehicle. After going to another location with a long wait time. Berlin Mavis were able to get me in and out with no issue. Great customer service. I will visit this location again if any more problems

Got out work and going to my car I can hear a hissing sound. Screw stuck in my tire. Was able to get to Mavis tire and within 10-15 minutes my tire was fixed.Great customer service by Dj and the team there!!!

Very happy with the service I received from Omar at Mavis in Berlin. He was professional and polite. His attention to detail made the process very easy, I will be recommending him to friends and family. Very rare to find an employee motivated to take care of customers at this level. Great job Omar!

I ve been coming to this location for about 5 years now, however this is the first time dealing with the new staff, and they absolutely didn t disappoint. They did great work and most importantly they were honest.I m happy to know that I can comfortably continue to come here and that my car is safe and in good hands. Thanks Everyone!!

The people are so nice and accommodating. They inspect the entire car rather than the issue that it is brought in for and always have a solution to our problem. I 100% recommend their services to everyone as I only go here!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish! I called Saturday morning with a flat tire and they warned me there was a wait but to bring it on it(I did not have an appointment). There were about 4 people in front of me and I was still in and out in less than an hour. They went above and beyond with every customer there (including a less than pleasant one). I cannot recommend them enough!

Eric you are an angel. I want to publicly thank you for helping with my tire on October 31, 2022. I was having a rough day and to top it off my tire broke in the middle of my getting my son from school among other demanding responsibilities.You kindness and your approach and mannerisms were factors that contributed to my being a customer of this location. Thanks a million for helping with my car and for taking the time to be humble, kind and respectful.Aaron, thanks a bunch as well for assuring me it will be well and my car will be back up and running again.Recently, I had to get oil and filter change and I had a greatest opportunity of meeting the man behind the great team of people Angel. Wow! Angel seems like a wonderful human. I observed his interactions with his employees, us as guests and over it was nothing short of an incredible pleasure. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! BEWARE!!!! I made an appointment at 2:00 and my truck sat there until closing at 5:00 and nothing was touched. I called twice to see how it was coming and they said good. I could tell instantly that nothing was done to my truck. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! This review is for RT 73 West Berlin. Bunch of CROOKS!!!!

I came in to have my tire plugged due to getting a nail stuck in it. Joe was absolutely amazing! He was attentive and explained everything well. His estimate of how long the service would take was spot on - I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! You can t beat the service and prices here, I would recommend Mavis to anyone with tire needs!
