Wayne Tire Service helped so much when I rolled in with a flat tire. Since it was time for two new tires, they ordered and installed them quickly and charged a reasonable amount.

This is my second time at this facility and everyone is so nice and helpful. My car, rhonda, was making a weird noise to me. I called for an appointment and took her to get checked out. They checked my car over and they said she was okay. They didn t charge me for looking at her! I appreciated it so much because other places would just wanna charge you for just coming in I feel. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for everything! :)

Great people. I've bought at least 4 or 5 sets of tires over the last 20 years and the folks there are always friendly, with good pricing and excellent service. One time my wife went there with a problem that they knew they were not going to make money on, and they treated her fantastic, solved her problem, and had her on the way in 15 minutes. I don't bother looking for tires anywhere else anymore. Highly recommended.

Wayne tire and service has been my go to service shop for 20 years. Great work and honest, perfect combination. Edit: I no longer use Wayne tire & service. Was much better at the old location when they were on rt23 behind the Wendy's.

Good Year in Wayne NJ is the best! Amazing service, great prices and discounts, and a wonderful staff. I will come here whenever my car needs maintenance. Love the new texting service they now provide simply amazing ! 5 star !

Earned my business for years to come! Mike is great to work with. He is very honest and will search at length to give you the best, safest, and most affordable options available. Saved me lots of time and money today and did a great job of repairing a part on my car which looks good as new. 5 stars!

Excellent service, friendly staff, fair prices. I needed the whole front end of my car rebuilt and they gave me an itemized list of what needed to be done, and the option to do none or all with no pressure at all. I got it all done and they did it FAST. I went in another time for an oil change and I waited... service was super fast. I only wish I found these guys sooner!

If they can do it (and they usually can!), they do it right, quickly, and at a fair price. If they can't, they are honest enough to tell you. Good shop run by good guys. In the last 6 years all my cars and all my family always go here first.

I had an awesome experience. Jeff was really nice and informative over the phone. He gave me instructions, answered all my questions and was able to work with me to get my car new tires. I would recommend this place 100%. !

I was in Wayne for business when my check engine light came on. I had a 3-4 hour drive ahead of me and these guys told me I could swing by anytime to get a code pulled. So they did just that, took only a few minutes. They explained what the code was and that it was safe for me to drive home. And they didn't charge me a cent! Class act! Wish I lived closer, I'd come here for all my mechanic needs! Thanks!

Third time here for tires. I really appreciate their honesty in dealing with us. Prices are competitive if not superior. Service is fast and professional. We'll continue to use Wayne Tire for years to come.

My husband bought 4 brand new tires, the exact tires make and model. Truck came back shacking when driving on the highway.They definitely did something and won t admit it. They take no responsibility, and Actually said they couldn t drive the truck at that speed. (Few miles over the speed limit) There s plenty of tire shops in Wayne I would recommend going somewhere else. They don t alway ruin people s vehicles, but they definitely ruined my husbands.

Terrible experience. First of all two of the men in charge had no mask on when I got there and never put one on. Shop closes at 5pm, I got there at 4:40pm to get a tire patched and they refused to do it because apparently it takes 30 minutes to patch a tire. Little do they know that I used to do this for 7 years and KNOW it doesn t take 30 minutes. Then he goes to tell me that he s 52 and knows more than me . Lol he followed me outside and sees the car I m driving and then goes Oh and it s a Range Rover, we also have to reset the computer . Dude the computer resets after you start to drive. Anyways I went somewhere else where it took 10 minutes and I paid less for it. Very disappointed in the customer service in this place. I wouldn t refer my worst enemy there.

The customer service at Wayne Tire and Service is great. Mike and Charlie are two great trustworthy guys. Every time I bring my car in for service or for tires, I know that they will give me the best price and only complete the work that needs to be taken care of, not just to up-sell. This is a welcome relief from my other experiences bringing my car to the dealership. I highly recommend Wayne Tire and Service!

Quality service and customer care. Went above and beyond with my standard oil change. Mike saw my back light was out and fixed it, at no charge at all. Happy customer who will be returning!

I've been going here for 15 years. I'll buy my tires here and I get my oil changes here. I also get car repairs done here. They are honest. I brought my car there a few times for repair. One time they told me my car was still under warranty so I brought it back to the dealer.

It's hard to find a reliable mechanic these days. These guys are reliable. They don't sugarcoat when it comes to price. Then again, there won't be any nasty surprises at the end of the day in that regard. They're up front, quick and dependable.

Pretty swift. Works with customer. Fights for customers - towards insurance. Friendly. Waiting area with seats and coffee. Bathroom. Parking lot. Has "accounts payable" (lolz). Close-enough to food and light-shopping. Calm area.
