I just got an amazing Ford Edge. I called told them what I wanted and they had it for me the next day! They gave me the best lease deal and the car drives smooth as butter. This is my 4th car from Wayne and I have always had an amazing experience. I will never get a car from any other dealer.

Once again, Wayne Ford went above and beyond when I purchased my new Explorer last week. The entire staff at Wayne Ford is friendly, conscientious, knowledgeable and respectful. They aren't pushy and aren't out to just sell you a car. They want you to love it! I would also like to give a shout out to the service department- I had a little issue and they fixed it in a snap. If you are a true Ford lover, don't go anywhere else but Wayne Ford!

The response from Wayne Ford asked for more information, in response to my low star rating, so here it is. This is by far the WORST and most unprofessional Ford dealer I have ever dealt with, even by North Jersey standards. Aside from the pressure tactics I experienced such as "we will only give you an offer if you are going to purchase today", they offered me 26k for my trade-in over the phone, and then when I physically went into the dealership soon after they changed my trade-in offer to only 24.5k despite zero flaws with my practically brand-new vehicle. The salesman simply said that the 26k offer was just a "discussion". Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and purchased a car from a different dealership who deserved my business, gave me a much better deal, and who have been polite, courteous, professional, and honest - the exact opposite of Wayne Ford!

I recently ordered my car from Wayne Ford, and the service was fantastic. My sales representative was Edgar, and Jordy was my finance manager. The delivery took less than two months, which was actually faster than planned. Both Edgar and Jordy provided prompt service; if you have any questions, they will be there to answer them. Edgar is quite welcoming, so you should feel at ease doing business here. Enjoy your visit here!

What a great service in what could have been a bad situation. Driving home from work in torrential rain I ended up getting two nails in my tire and losing air fast. I happened to be near Wayne Ford and pulled in to the service area. Michael Williamson happened to be in the area and calmed me down, had my tires plugged and filled! This isn t even my regular dealership and they welcome d me with open arms and helped me out! Thank you Michael and Wayne Ford!

Just a really bad experience all around with no resolve, when ford contacted them I finally got a call back and instead of trying to resolve the issue he blamed me for not reading everything in the contract. Also beware of "due at signing cost" every time I've leased the due at signing cost includes the first months payment. Not here. When the salesman knew there was a problem he just blew me off and never even showed me the inside of the car to explain functions, as soon as you sign the papers don't expect any calls back if you have an issue. When they finally called they just wanted to know why I left a bad review not how they could resolve my problem.

We brought my Ford Ranger for a routine maintenance service and maintenance was on point, good job with time spent in the dealership. However, we are rating "zero stars" in engaging with customers during our arrival process. No engagement at all and while we were seating awaiting for our vehicle we just receive a text, telling us to text them back for any question we might have during the service maintenance. This is very robotic and we have never experienced this level of customer engagement before.

My wife and I made an appointment to meet with Sean Bowman regarding the purchase of a 2023 Explorer. We could not have been more pleased with our meeting with Sean, or with the outcome! We ended up getting an Excellent deal. Sean was attentive, forthright, articulate and, above all else, honest and transparent. We bought the Explorer I wanted, in my preferred exterior/interior color combination. Sean made a point to spend as much time as needed with me to explain, and walk through, EVERY feature (in particular, all technology-related features) in the vehicle. If you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle and want to deal with a true no nonsense, no pressure, and honest professional salesperson, look no further than Sean Bowman.

I had a great experience. The moment my family and I stepped in we where welcomed. I explained my situation and if there was a chance they could help us and they where honest from the start. Thanks to Sean and Jordy I am in love with my new car. They where professional and ethical with the whole process which is the best combination alive in the industry. Sean is a very helpful person who informed me new information about my old car and I have to thank him for taking of the blinds that I had in the past. Jordy was very understanding and patient with my family. Again thanks to Sean and Jordy I love my car and so does my family.

My experience with Wayne Ford was so wonderful from start to finish. Mike, the salesperson I worked with, was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs. It was my first time ever buying a car, and he made the process very painless. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. At the end of the day, he got me in the right car for my needs. I am so so happy with my purchase from him and the other folks who helped me drive off in my brand new vehicle. Purchasing the car was smooth and easy. A dealership is measured by the service you receive when something goes wrong. I live in the city and drove an hour for a specific model that was available at Wayne ford. After completing the purchase process and leaving with my new car I found out there is a missing internal part. I tried contacting the dealership multiple times, I got very vague responses to my emails and no responses to my calls. If you re looking for a Ford, you better look for another dealership.

I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion, which I bought at Wayne Ford, for service yesterday. I always bring my car here and I ve always been pleased! Skylar was my service advisor-she kept me informed via txt. I have something else to be fixed-so I ll be back next week. The waiting room and bathroom were clean and well maintained! Overall a very positive experience!

I want to thank Wayne Ford service team for good job they do. Their rep even called me on the phone to remind that my car is overdue for maintenance (I totally forgot!), and when I came earlier than appointed time, they took me right away. In half an hour all was done, and nice young associate thoroughly explained me every position in the report list. Very friendly and helping atmosphere and minimal waiting time, high quality of professional team members - all that is Wayne Ford!

I bought a Mache E from Wayne ford. It was my easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I did not feel pressured. My salesman was Patrick and he is an amazing individual. He was very knowledgable and polite. Even after buying the car he reached out to me to see how everything was going and if I had anymore questions. Jordy the finance gentlemen who took care of all the paperwork was knowledgable and kind.During my whole experience I was not asked once to leave a review. This guys deserve it.

Horrible experience. I am warning those who get a price over the phone to get it in writing because they will add $100 . Michelle in service department gave me a price over the phone and my wife also got the same price. after the job was done they added another $100. The Douche on the phone who claims to be the manager says that my wife and I was told that price on the phone and heard Michelle give us that price. Ok RICHARD. of course you're not gonna side with the customer because you want to charge extra. I want to hear the phone conversation. My wife was told $500 and she asked multiple times to confirm the price

Wayne Ford is incompetent brought my car in during the summer for a shake in the drive train after many rides with the A1 tech and service manager and reports sent to ford engineers was told nothing was wrong. Finally couldn t take the shake anymore took it to Tony at Stagers auto body he sent out the drive shaft and it was warped I cannot thank Tony enough for figuring it out, I have a warranty with extra care and neither the dealership or Ford warranty services would cover it stay away from Wayne Ford and the extra warranty isn t worth the paper it was printed on!!!!
