I ve been bringing my car there for oil changes and minor mechanical work for the last 10 years. Today, they outdid themselves. I had an issue with the suspension, and they were able to clearly describe what was happening. They went out of their way to bring me in to show me the issue. They got the part and had it fixed quickly. I have to say I trust them more than the other places that I ve brought my car for services. In the 10+ years I ve been going there, I ve never had a bad experience. I feel as if their mechanics and techs are honest and do their best to help you. I really appreciate that!

I always good here. Been going for years. Just be careful when you go cuz I paid for an oil change and a car wash for exterior and interior and they forgot to vacuum the inside of my car. And I always do love going to see the fish that they have there

I have been going to the Royal Carwash for a couple years now. They always do a great job! Most recently, I came for an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wiper fluid. In addition to being professional and kind , they buffed out the scuff marks on my car free of charge. I ll continue to come here

Went in for an oil change, for starters they did not check my air filter or fill my washer fluid. They sent it through for the free wash where it then came out with a flat tire. Upon looking at it, the machine had completely ripped out my valve stem as well as scratched my rim. My car was also left dirty with soap streaks. Management, as well as workers, were completely useless. When asking a mechanic for a hand with the flat tire, one of them laughed in my face and then drove away even though the place didn t close for at least another ten minutes. Only one mechanic finally came out and gave me a hand. When I spoke to management about the accident, I was sent back and forth and told to call the next day. After calling the next day I was told to come in with the wheel, where they then told me to call again in the morning for the owner. The next morning comes around and I call, only to be told the owner was away for the weekend, and then management finally telling me that they aren t liable for the damage that their machines did. If I could give negative stars I would. I will never come back to this wash, and I recommend you go to one of the other washes in the area and avoid this place altogether.Service: Oil change

I ve only come here for the wash. They clean pretty good, only complaint I have is their drying system. The workers don t use an air pressure hose to really take out the water from the openings of the doors, mirrors, etc. But other than that not bad.

Sent my truck through the car wash on 4/2/2023 and it came out with a broken right rear mudflap. I made the manager aware and he denied it happening there... I wrote down my information for the manager to give to the owner, for the owner to call me the next day. I never heard anything. Go figure.... horrible customer service, I will never be returning with any of my vehicles

Paid $65 plus tips to have my minivan cleaned after which i spent another 30 minutes on their premises cleaning out the inside the car, crumbs, dirt poor poor cleaning job! Manager: have someone spot check the cars after each treatment.

They did an awful job on my car. They were busy and rushed everything, so despite paying $25 I had to go home and clean the windows, seats, and dashboard again. I wish the pictures reflected what a poor job they did, but i couldn't get the smudges on the windows to show up. The dashboard literally took 2 minutes to clean- something I would expect done when I pay for a car wash.The owner of this place should be embarrassed by this, but judging by the other reviews I really don't think they care. Avoid- much better car washes available locally.

After paying for the king package car wash which is over $40 I pull out with a trunk that has not been cleaned or vacuumed streaked up windows and no spray wax which was paid for. This place has gone down the toilet, I do not recommend getting your car washed here. Brought my work van there for the first time got the oil changed, new air filter and wipers was in and out quickly. Brought my personal pickup there a few weeks after and got an oil change and same great quick service. Great job and great workers.

Have refrained from leaving a BAD review but enough is enough. Stopped going here for a while and figured I d give it another try for a vacuum inside and exterior wash. When prompted here for services provided, it should state What services did they NOT perform? Can see in the back grass clippings, wasnt even touched After Paying for the king castle and tipping! Totally disappointed. Do better.

I got the upgraded king wash for $40, right after I left work, and then proceeded to go home. I was 30 minutes away, did not notice that the car still had spots from the leaves, and or stuff that was on the car prior to the wash. it was all over the car, I went back the next day and asked for a rewash. They said they cannot do this that I would have to pay $40 again.He then proceeded to tell me that the stuff wouldn t come off I showed him how it came off using my shirt to wipe one of them, so I was just asking for my car to run through the machine again and dry out. They said no that unfortunately they cannot do this. I will never bring my car here again.What car washes to get your car washed! If zero stars were possible that would be the rating. I hope the owner sees this so it can finally be rectified. My spouse went to get an oil change and car wash. The gentleman assisting seemed to be in a rush when we arrived. After our wash and change everything appeared to be ok. Not too long after my service our check engine came on. Went to another closer service station to where I was and the person said that the oil was jet black and none of the filters were changed. Also oil wasFilling my engine. So the $140 dollars we spent at Royal Carwash/Lube they did not complete ANY service to the vehicle. The service to fix the problems he caused cost $250 in addition to the original car wash. What an expensive car wash. Don't go here, let the reviews tell the story. Terrible place.Services: Full body wash, Oil change

The cashier needs to get another job! I came in to pay, and she was engaged in a conversation with someone else that had a dog. I love dogs. It wasn't even another customer. Looked like a friend or family member. Made a comment to be friendly, when it's HER job to treat the customer friendly..... She didn't even acknowledge me. Took the receipt out of my hand, charged me and didn't even have eye contact to Thank me for my business. Hmmm. I can go elsewhere. Employee number on my receipt? Yes. It's 12345. How detailed. Must be related to the owner. Don't think I'll go here again, and I feel bad for the guys drying off the cars and I've always tipped very well. Bad experience. Consider if you want cabin air cleaner and air filter before you go. Advise if so or not up front. Overall, oil swap seemed fine.

I've used this car wash many times over the last 10 years. Regardless of the car I bring or the time of day I visit, they have always done a good job.The windshield, paint, and rims are all consistently cleaned without damage. If you pay for shampooing and vacuuming, the inside looks, feels, and smells clean. They do not clean the more personal areas of your car (trunk, glove box, etc) unless asked.You drop off your car which is then taken thru the car wash. The inside has glass windows so you can watch the process. There is a small store with assorted car cleaning products, including a nice selection of air fresheners. You pay inside. There is a fish tank too.When you get back outside, there is a koi pond at the end with a bench. At this point, they wipe down the exterior and vacuum the interior. When they are done, the walk away from your car; they leave the key in the ignition, or the key fob in the center.To the overly critical naysayers: Obviously, if you pay for the more expensive wash options, the car is more thoroughly cleaned. Pay less = clean less. And obviously, if you bring a disgustingly dirty car, it will not come out as clean as a regularly cleaned car. Everybody knows that's what a detail job is for.Anyway, as I said, I have used this car wash many times, and I think it's the best one in the area. If your car needs some tender loving care, you now know where to go!

They got my baby nice and clean. Quick & efficient. The interior (dash cupholders etc) was immaculate after. I've been here twice (thanks Groupon). Is affordable and I'll return.

This past Sunday I brought my car here to use the self serve car wash. Went to use the foaming brush on my car and there was no foam a little soap trickled out of it. The bristles of the brush was very hard and rough. The end result was covering my black car with fine scratches . This is by far the worst self serve car wash in the area. Very unkept equipment. I will surely never be back.Service: Vacuuming

FINALLY a place that doesn t try to sell me services I don t need! The oil change guys are always super patient and explain everything because I know nothing about cars. So I stopped coming here for many reasons, and this last visit was my last. Each time I come they charge me different prices for the same service just to wash my car outside and not have my carpets cleaned nor my floor mats and let alone wise my windows cleaned, they always leave it wet. Each time I leave this place I noticed nothing interior gets done yet I m always upgraded to get the service done but nothing gets done. One time I purchased tire shine and didn t get them. This last service I even told the guys I wanted the inside vacuum and nothing was done. You should truly pay attention to what your getting charged and what your getting serviced. Oh and the lady in the register rude as hell. Wish I can give them a zero Last time I come here, this place sucks.

Unfortunately this place is a scam. Last time I came to bring my car for a synthetic oil change and did the same today the girl at the front desk told me I didn t get synthetic oil last time but I was charged for that price. She was also questioning if we lease or own the car & that by law they are required to put in synthetic (I own it btw) and another customer had to jump in and tell her that s absolutely not true it s the customers choice what oil we want to put in our car. I would not recommend this place, like I said I thought I had been paying for synthetic oil and the front desk girl basically told on the company and i was being charged for it and being put regular oil instead.

Very disappointed in the service I payed for the royal duke and when I got my car back my car was half vacuumed the windows wasn t done the dash wasn t done the entire inside of my car wasn t done at all when I confronted the manager he said that I am asking for to much very disrespectful and he stated that the royal duke doesn t come with a full service but it does again like I said very disappointed and will never return here I don t suggest this place for anyone to take they re car.

I went in for a car wash today I usually come here because they do a better job over the car wash that is local to me. My interior was not clean anywhere but the dash it looked no different from when I went in. 4 people worked on it together I had to clean it after them and did a better job with a tissue. They put my rear weather tech mat in backwards too. Did not vacuum off booster seat or under it at all. I ll save my gas and not bother going back.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Were it possible to rate this establishment zero stars, I would without hesitation. I recently brought my 2003 Cadillac Superior in for a coolant and oil change, in addition to a basic wash. I would like to state that the workers who serviced my vehicle were polite and cooperative, and are in no way to blame for my negative experience as far as I can tell. Once I exited the building in my vehicle post wash I immediately entered back into the parking lot upon realizing my hood ornament was missing. After speaking with the employees in person, talking over the phone to multiple individuals, and doing my utmost to maintain an air of eloquence and decorum, I have finally been rudely hung up on by one of the gentlemen there after I attempted to explain that I would like to request a reimbursement of 200 dollars for the missing ornament should they be unable to find it by the end of this week, even though they have had ample time to locate it prior to today. When I mentioned the possibility of taking this matter to small claims court if need be, his only response was I ll see you there. I know not who this man is, but his unwillingness to assist me in the matter is inexcusable. I will not spend 200 dollars of my own money for their mistake, and I firmly believe that no one else should patronize their business unless they wish to be cheated.Services: Full body wash, Oil change

I wasn't satisfied with my service regarding the "castle" option & the amount of money I paid for it. The crevices of the seats were still dirty, the carpet between the seat & center console wasn't vacuumed & the interior was streaky. I asked about the detailing services & was told that someone would meet me by the exit once my car was done to provide a quote. That said person was not there. I definitely will not be coming back.

Went to get my car washed I pick the number 2 on there best value so after 25.00 my carpets were barely vacuumed they did nothing to wipe down my interior or inside windows I still had a dead bug stuck to the inner windshield. There is know one supervising the front to make sure the car is vacuumed properly and there is know one on the other side making sure people cars are cleaned properly. For $25.00 these cars should be like new leaving the place. Terrible. And also get the guy that yells to you when you walk through the door let him check the cars.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
