Laurie and Alex were a pleasure to deal with. They took the hard work and stress out of the equation as we worked to get my wife s SUV repaired. They delivered the car back in excellent shape and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them for anyone who s looking to repair their vehicle following an accident, and wants to deal with pleasant, honest professionals who do what they say they re going to do, when they say they re going to do it.

This is by far the best collision center you can possibly fine in NJ. I've had a few accidents and so has my wife. With each repair, it is virtually impossible to see any signs of an accident. They use the correct paint and the paint matching is second to none. I Will only take my car to Paul Miller Collision center!

After someone hit my parked car in the parking lot, I took my bumper to be repainted at Paul Miller. The team was one of the most responsive bodyshops I have ever seen. They are extremely thorough and take pride in what they do. The bumper came out flawless and they kept me informed every step of the way. While I hope no one I know needs a bodyshop, Alex and his team would be my first call.

Quick, competent, professional, perfect results.Completely managed and interfaced with the insurance company to resolve delta repair authorization and pricing. Just dropped the car off, and then picked it up fully done a week later.A little tricky to spot off the road. The first time you look for the shop you really need to brake hard to make the turn, but worth the effort to find them.

I cannot thank Paul Miller Collision Center , especially service manager Fab, for the amazing job completed on my 2015 4 series. Fab and his staff are complete professionals and go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations. Fab , was kind and unbelievably understanding regarding my car and stayed in contact with me with repair updates and overall progress. Fab made an extremely stressful event worry free and positive. I am grateful to Fab and his returning my car to me better then the day I bought it.

What an incredible experience! It took over four months to have my car repaired there. Initially, my car only had some damage on the rear corner, but it was functioning properly. I had to wait for an entire month until they finally obtained the necessary part. Once I dropped off my car, the technician kept discovering additional damages, which resulted in repeatedly ordering more parts. This process took two months. Surprisingly, the car was working fine except for the damage to the rear corner, even the light was functioning perfectly. However, the final payment escalated from the initial estimate of $9000 to a staggering $23000. Three months later, on the day I was supposed to pick up my car, it failed the final test. Consequently, I had to endure another month-long wait for an additional part to arrive. The lack of a proper apology was disheartening, as instead, a lady at the front desk mentioned that she had no involvement with my case. Throughout the entire repair process, I never caused any trouble for her. I am profoundly disappointed with the customer service provided by Paul Miller BMW. Had they sincerely apologized, I would not have left such a negative review.

Alex is an angel! They repaired my rear bumper AND had the inside of my car detailed (after my small kids destroyed it with their mess!) The car now looks brand new and I know I would not have had this level of professionalism and service anywhere else. So thankful to the skillful team at Paul Miller Collision!!

What a great experience! 100% Honesty. Paul Miller did an amazing job on replacing my front end. Communication was great every step of the way. Laurie did a fantastic job throughout the whole process, and Alex the GM was very personable and understanding of my situation. Not too mention, they are understaffed with technicians and still managed to get my vehicle back to me in a timely fashion.

Alex at Paul Miller Collision is truly the best. Great guy, very friendly,and responded quickly to all my communications. He made my body repair process as painless as possible. Worked with my insurance, was totally transparent on all costs, and got the work done as quickly as possible. Also cleaned my car for me!! OMG the wait was worth it. "Good as new" lost it's meaning to overuse, but that's what I'm looking at. And that kind of work cost more than double what Geico gave me, but they beat it out of Geico! The Staff here is amazing. Can I say that one more time. Truly amazing. From the beginning of the process they helped me every step of the way. Kind, courteous, and Genuine. No body wants to be in a body shop with a broken car, But they made the experience a pleasant one. I would have given it a 0 star if I could. We are fixing our car there thru insurance. After almost 20 days, they just gave an "estimate" to the insurer. No transparency--They wouldn't tell us what exactly are wrong with the car and they refuse to give us their report. They also keep lying. I wouldn t trust anyone else to fix my car! Paul Miller Collision Center will not let you down. I ve now used their services 3 times and every time my car came out more beautiful than ever before. While the condition of the front office is a little dusty and grimy, your car will come out super shiny. Having an older car shipped over from Europe I was a little worried at first they wouldn t find the parts, but my worries were ill-founded. They found every part at a very reasonable price. Valerie in the office rocks! She might come over a little blunt, but that s only because she knows her stuff and won t sugarcoat the repair needed and the cost. It has been ducky working with her. Fab, the manager, excels in customer service and professionalism. He creates a trustworthy atmosphere which reassured me that the work would be well done. On my last visit, I had my car polished and had the pleasure of meeting Mike who works in the back. His passion for cars and a work well done was so apparent I immediately entrusted him with my car. With this team, the uneasiness that comes with getting a car fixed, was washed away. Thank you!

I ve never been to a body shop that doesn t deal with insurance companies. They waited to the last minute to tell me I was responsible for the payment. I was in contact throughout the process and they didn t mention it once. They told me I signed a contract. The contact did not state that I was responsible it stated the insurance company was responsible. On top of that I was treated like garbage when I was in shock that they d do business this way. If I were to of not had this problem with Paul miller I would of gave them 4.5 stars the work looks nice. It s a shame, they were clearly afraid of being stuffed for their payment. What Paul miller forgets is that they have a professional reputation. If they were afraid of getting paid they should just get payment ahead of time rather then putting their Coustmers thru this.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional and courteous. My vehicle is a lease from another Paul Miller business, so when it was damaged I wanted to take it here so I wouldn't have to worry about the work not being up to Paul Miller standards when it came time to turn the lease in. I was a little nervous to only find a handful of reviews online and those all pretty much being negative before dropping the car off. I was pleasantly relieved to find that these reviews were either issues of the past or unfounded. All interactions were pleasant and hassle free. The work was also perfectly done. Over all they earned the 5 stars, my time to type a review, and a future customer.

i know from talking to Alex on the phone before i met him today that it will be good experience and honestly it was not only good but great one .the guy is so honest and give you the options to choose and get the job done with great smile and his staff copy him it made me comfortable and happy and i will tell anyone looking for body shop to go there and my granddaughter might be one of those customers haha

After my car got hit I decided to bring it to Paul Miller Collision Center in Wayne. This place exceeded my expectations. Everyone was beyond helpful!! The woman that works the front office was on point and answered every question I had. Fab, the manager was beyond helpful, professional, and easy to work with. After getting my car back I was thrilled with the work! I would 100% bring my car back.. Wish everyone ran their business like these guys! What a team:)

I had some minor paint repair to the hood of my Subaru Crosstrek and the team here was absolutely stellar. They did an impeccable job fixing the hood and they also were wonderful with helping me handle the hiccups with my insurance company. Both Laurie and Valarie were fantastic with helping me with all the little details and organizing with my insurance. If I ever need to have work done again, I will absolutely go here again.

Be-ware. My fiance' put our car in the shop to fix the bumper. First we were told it would be fixed by the end of the week. Then we get a call that the tail light was broken & they had to order it. We disputed this & advised we had pictures to prove there was no damage to the tail light. Get a call back 3 days later saying that the light wasn't broken (DUH) and the car would be done today. Get a call today that the call wont be fixed until the end of next week. They are rude over the phone, and try to milk you for unnecessary repairs. Stay away- even if going through your insurance.

I wouldn t trust my car with any other collision center . They are great !!!! Mr. Digangi was absolutely excellent to work with. He explained every detail to my husband and I , mind you the world is going through an pandemic at this time , and everyone is on edge . Mr. Digangi was professional and the nicest !! I had a dent/scratches on my door which they fixed impeccably. I also had a minor scratch on my bumper which Mr Digangi fixed himself . I m in awe of Paul Miller and the employee s whom are always kind and generous of there time . If your driving a BMW or any vehicle for that matter and there able to assist with bodywork , Paul Miller Collision Center is the way to go .Thanks Again & Greatly Appreciated Mr Digangi!!!

I was a little bit worried to bring the car after the bad reviews but service was really good. Julien was very helpful on guiding in the process of insurance claim. The only negative point was that one part had to be back ordered and it took two weeks to get. Not their fault
