Brought the car in after it was rear ended. Insurance gave me the shops name. The staff was friendly and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. The car was finished early and was actually cleaner then when it was driven out of the showroom. Would 100% recommend them

Both shop locations are very clean and organized. Staff at both locations are friendly and professional. They did an amazing job repairing my F150, and the text updates were great. I knew exactly when my truck was going to be ready to be picked up. I very surprised that they completely washed and detailed my truck inside and out. That was completely unexpected and they never said anything about it. Never experienced that at any other body shop. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

MountainView repaired my car after an accident. They reviewed everything with me and kept me updated via text messages. My car was ready a week earlier than planned and it looks great! They also detailed the car for me which was unexpected but very much appreciated. They even took care of returning my rental car. Great service. I highly recommend!!

Jason, Judy and the rest of the staff at MOUNTAINVIEW Auto are very professional and accommodating. They repaired my car after an accident, and I was very pleased with the service and the results of the repairs. When my car was returned, it had been detailed inside and outside, which was a pleasant surprise! I would highly recommend them as they did an excellent job on the repairs on my car(it looked like new) and they were able to deliver it on the date promised, which was very important for me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Air bag was stolen out of brand new vehicle. Insurance recommended this place and did an amazing job and kept me informed and was done before the actual day vehicle was promised.

Total professionalism across the board. From the time I first called to inquire about repair work to the time the work was finished everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and profession. WOW. This body shop left me speechless. Such incredible service and faster than any body shop you'll find. They fixed many damages on my car after an accident in ONE week. Other shops were estimating me a 4-5 week turnaround. The people I spoke to on the phone were so kind and patient with me. I got text updates on my car throughout the process. They worked with my insurance to make the whole process seamless. I drove away with my vehicle smiling. Not to mention, their lobby was super nice with some free candy lol. Would recommend this place to ANYONE.

Took my Kia sportive there after An accident to the rear. They did a great job fixing it quickly but now everything they changed is a different color. So now the entire rear end of my car is a different color. Started doing it about a month after I got the car back. Called twice and left messages. Never got a call back. Won t be using them again in the future.Service: Body & Trim

This is the best auto body I ve worked with . They re absolutely attentive, caring, and detailed with everything. They update you with every small detail. They are beyond amazing and they all work together as a team/family, and they all know what s going on. Never going to any other shop. Very professional and the job was done before the promised day. They kept me informed about the job. I can t even noticed that my car had a damage. It s amazing. I really recommend this place, I don t know about the rates since the insurance who hit my car paid for everything and I never see a bill. They also make arrangements for a rental a huge help, I just recommended them to choose another Rental place since the one in Wayne doesn t have a good Customer Service. As far as car repairs go, my experience with Mountain View Auto has been pretty good. During my most recent repair, the customer service was good, the quality of the work (as far as I can tell) was good... based on these factors I would probably recommend the shop to a friend.HOWEVER.The detailing shop used for cleaning cars before returning them to customers (Progressive Car Care in Totowa) is downright horrible, and has made a mess out of the interior of my basically-new vehicle. They slathered my truck's interior with a disgusting "protectant", probably ArmorAll, leaving just about every surface extremely shiny, slippery, and attracting dust like no other. So far, not even a degreaser (Simple Green) has been able to remove this product from my interior.This has left a sour taste in my mouth and it's disappointing that Mountain View Auto uses a car cleaning provider with such poor detailing practices. I would have expected a shop of its caliber to have higher standards when selecting a partner to outsource such work to.If you're taking your car here for any major work and you care even a little bit about your vehicle's interior, I would recommend opting out of their complimentary cleaning services.EDIT: After scheduling an appointment with a professional detailer, I found out that said car wash is notorious for using a TIRE SHINE for cleaning the interior, which is incredibly difficult to remove. I got rear-ended in my 2 month old car and had pretty extensive damage and my car was taken here for repairs. They kept me updated on the progress, and my car was ready a few days early. Couldn t even tell I was in an accident, and they even washed and vacuumed the interior. Definitely would recommend for any repairs.

I recently got work done on my 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque P250 S and having had work done previously from them on my 2015 Lexus RC 350 I am very please with the work. Ur having gone through my insurance the first time for my Lexus I thought I d receive the same service and pricing. Although comparing the 2 receipts for the completed work it seems that when I went through insurance for my first repairs the pricing was more favorable for painting and labor per hour than when I paid out of pocket myself. Other than that and being contacted more frequently the first time I went through them with my insurance than when I paid out of my own pocket. It seems like the pricing and service contacts are more preferable and prevalent when going through insurance rather than paying out of pocket when one would think it would be the opposite. But in regards to the actual work done on my vehicle I can t complain because it looks as it did when I purchased the car so for that I am extremely grateful and would recommend them to friends and family for work on their vehicles.

SUV was side swiped from back right to front right. Window was broken, side mirror broken and the side of my SUV was bad! They promised 9/17/20 but was completed 9/10/20! It looked brand new and as if it was never even damaged. I came with a horribly damaged vehicle and left with my SUV looking brand new! If you need your vehicle fixed and too look like it did before it was damaged then this is the place to go!!! Hands down 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
