BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE. I had the mobile service come to my house to do my BMW M3 tires and the technician ruined ALL 4 wheels. You think he'd stop after ruining 1 rim, but he continued and ruined all 4 rims and caused a bubble in 1 brand new tire. The rims looked as if they've been curb rashed and had gouges. The rims were in mint condition and the tires were brand new from tire rack.The owner had the rims refinished and bought me a new tire and they still looked terrible and ever since they have a terrible vibration.I contacted the owner again and he pretty much told me to just eat it and it's not his problem. I'll be taking this issue to small claims court. SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS and do not go here

Kept contact on the phone prior to visit. Showed up as promised and he was in and out in 45 minutes (four tires mounted and balanced). Excellent service! He treated my car as his own!

As you can see from every other review, these guys are the real deal. They understand the importance of customer service and having a quality product. Don't hesitate to give momentum a call. By far the best option for rims and tires In the area. I trust them with my M5

I have used purchased tires and rims from Momentum 2 or 3 times now, and 6 or 7 times now for changing rims and tires, mounting/balancing and things of that nature, and use the mobile service. They always do a great job and are on time if not early. I highly recommend!

The process was simply easy. If you know what you want in terms of tires, great! Or the owners provide a few options that also meet your needs.Having the mobile truck customized with the right tools to replace tires on your rims, balance them, and install them on your vehicle is an Amazing concept and my experience was excellent. My SUV was done right in front of my house in about 1 hour.The best thing? During the 1 hour, I was able to work from my home.Their prices are competitive and probably cheaper than any brick and mortar shop you go to (without having to wait 4 hours, in some experiences).Too bad they don't do brake! because I need a brake change soon.Highly recommend Momentum Tire and Wheel. Kudos to owners, Zach and Ian !!! Great job.

Great service!I had first selected the mobile service but circumstances dictated I visit the site instead.Small neat office, no frills. They got to work almost immediately. Work took roughly an hour (not on Lift, mobile jacks.)No issues with install or lug torque check in 50 mile check.

Amazing service. Seems too good to be true. Ordered tires online, shipped to Momentum, and arranged a time to come to the house to install. Arrived on time, and was entirely professional. Price was substantially cheaper than local tire stores, and overall process was significantly more convenient. Also had an oil change at the same time for the same price you would pay anywhere else.Bought online and had tires installed within 5 days.Overall saved at least $150 over going to a local tire store.Highly recommend their service.*I am in NO WAY affiliated with this company, but am a very satisfied customer.

Absolutely the most unreliable tire service. Purchased tires from TireRack and they were listed as installers. Made first appointment one week ago for 9 AM, at 9:05 AM they called and cancelled. Reason was installer sick. Made another appointment for one week later and they called and cancelled again. I took off 2 days from work for these appointments. DO NOT USE this company unreliable.

Great experience. Frank was helpful on the phone in choosing my tires. Good price. Answered all my questions. He set up delivery and installation using their mobile service. Caesar called to let me know when he would be here to install my tires (still within the 2 hour window they quoted me). He was helpful, efficient and answered any questions I had. Smooth transaction. Would recommend.

Excellent service. It was done completely and professionally with no fuss. After setting up an appointment the serviceman arrived on time and replaced 4 newly purchased tires in my driveway. It saved me a ton of time (as opposed to driving to site and waiting my turn in line) and as a bonus they were by far the most reasonably priced in the area. I am extremely happy and have recommended them to all my family and friends.

They quote a price on TireRack that is higher than other normal tire services and represent it as a mobile service, only after you call and schedule an appointment do they tell you that the inflated price there doesn't include mobile service and that costs an extra $100.

I had a great experience with Momentum Tire Mobile service. Showed up within the appointment window, brought my tires that I ordered from Tire Rack and had shipped directly to Momentum. Installed while I was at work. Paid and happy with the experience. It was convenient and fairly priced. I will recommend to my family, friends, and work colleagues.

The service was great from appointments to the follow up. When the installer Carlos arrived was professional and courteous despite the rain but he did his job with a smile.So if you need tires and can t make it to a shop they will come to you home or office.A most definite I will recommend to family and friends.Thanks guys you are Awesome!

Very polite, very helpful, very accommodating! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Momentum! I ordered tires online and shipped them to Momentum. They brought my tires to my work, installed and balanced all 4 and hauled away the old ones in 40 minutes! Their prices are amazingly reasonable ! After my tires were delivered, I had some mechanical issues with my vehicle and it spent a week in the shop. They held the tires and worked with me on scheduling with out question. Thank you!

Fast and reliable service. The mechanic was experienced and thorough.Friendly service and a good price. He even called the office to get my price lowered as the job was not as involved as previously estimated.Will use Momentum again for all my auto service needs!!

I did not actually go to their location. They came to me at work. I ordered some tires online and had them shipped to Momentum. Then, we scheduled an appointment for them to install and balance the tires on my car s wheels. Two guys arrived within the two hour window that we agreed upon and took a reasonable one hour and fifteen minutes to do the work and called me back outside when they were ready. The men were friendly and professional. The only downside is that they didn t have change when I offered to pay cash and they didn t have a mobile payment system working either, so they had to call my credit card info to their office. I m deducting one star for this inconvenience. To my understanding, their mobile wheel balancing machine can t apply a road force (it can t simulate the effect of the road on the tire during balancing). However, as far as I can tell on these crumby roads, it makes no difference. Overall, I would recommend Momentum to anyone, especially those of us whose schedules aren t flexible enough to wait for hours at a shop.

They showed up on time. Job was done quickly. Technician was professional and courteous. They came to my door and did the work right there. This is easily the best experience I've had for getting new tires! Please use Momentum Tire and Wheel whenever you need tire services. Thank you!

WOW! First of all, this provider was amazing to deal with. There were hiccups on my end and they were very friendly and accommodating. Secondly, this is a genius service offering. The convenience of getting your tires changed at home or in the office is great. I highly recommend Momentum Mobile Tire and will recommend to everyone that will listen!

I was recommended this place by someone and by looking at the great 5 star reviews I went on and did an appointment for today at 3 and they never showed up or called me to cancel or let me know they had issues. It wasn t until I called and they told me that their truck broke down, but couldn t call me before I called them to communicate this to me?! I have work and things to do, and they just thought it was okay not to communicate this issue with me. Definitely will never recommend them to anybody when they lack communication and letting me know they weren t going to come ever. Truly disappointed and I could ve turned into a total Karen but I m pregnant right now and I m not up for all that work. So, in conclusion don t waste your time with them. Thanks for the amazing service.

Had some initial scheduling issues but they were resolved without any hassle. Installation was fast and the price was VERY reasonable considering they come to you! Never again will I sit and wait for hours in an uncomfortable waiting room while I wait for tires to be installed. I highly recommend Momentum Tires.

The service is priceless, even addictive. It was so painless I can't see buying a tire another way. Your prices are the lowest I've found on most tires add to that the convenience of not have to go anywhere to get a set of four tires high speed balanced and installed on my vehicle, I am hooked. Best prices even online, great customer service, in my driveway service by good people, I hope you guys stay in business forever. You've already done 4 sets of tires and will do every set I need going forward. Thank you..."

Have used their on-site & mobile services for the last 3 years and have been a very happy customer every time. UPDATE: Called today 3/19/19 to schedule my annual Winter tire swap and was shocked to hear that they raised their prices... I used to pay about $65.00 for this basic service and now it's over $100.00 before taxes. So unfortunately I will no longer be recommending this company. I have a few friends who use the service and will be sure to update them as well. It's now actually cheaper to get it done at my dealership

I called the office for the replacement of tire. They came to my house removed old tire and replaced with new and also perform the balancing of tire. Very happy with their onsite service. I will refer to others and in future if I need service I definitely call them. I am very pleased with service provided by the company

I had a great experience with Momentum several years ago and shared that experience with friends and online. My recent experience was terrible. I had an appointment to get tires installed and waited at home for the appointment. I received emails and texts, including the morning of the appointment confirming. After a reasonable time elapsed and no one showed up, I called. I was told they tried to contact me to cancel my appointment which was clearly a lie. Further conversation disclosed that the tires were never ordered and now mysteriously were not available. This despite several confirmation emails and texts. I was willing to accept a mistake, (particularly given my prior awesome experience) but lies and lack of apologies are inexcusable.

I ordered tires from Tire Rack, had them shipped directly to Momentum, and called to setup an install. They were able to schedule me a few days after they received the tires and came right to my home. The install technician was attentive, courteous, and made the whole process seamless.What really sets Momentum apart, though, is their customer service. After the tire install was complete, I had to drive on a 4-hour trip the next day. During the trip, the tires were vibrating excessively, which made me think they were unbalanced. I took the car to a local shop in the city I traveled to, and they stated that none of the tires had been balanced, which required me to pay another $100 to have them balanced. Needless to say, I was not happy. I called Momentum and spoke with the manager, who was very apologetic, said he would look into how that could have happened, and he refunded me the cost of the original installation!I don't understand how the tires weren't balanced in the first place, but I chalk it up to an oversight by the technician. I appreciate that Momentum made it right, and will use them again in the future because of that.

They have done multiple fast jobs for me when I lived in a townhouse and had no driveway to work on. Their prices are reasonable considering they're coming out to you on your schedule. I have been pleased with the work that they have done for me and will use them again.

Perfect experience! I was hesitant to use a mobile installer, particularly one in another state (I am in CT) I didn't think they would come or that they would be 'thrilled' to make the drive over. The came on time actually a little earlier than scheduled! They were done quickly in my driveway, while I relaxed in the comfortably at home. They took the old tires for disposal. The work van average to slightly above average in size and was well marked.. My housemate was so impressed with the service that he scheduled his tires for install shortly after. He did all by credit card/phone and was not even present for the install! (his car was in the driveway)
