Had 2 different noises from my Lincoln. Nicole and the staff found the problems and took care of them along with regular maintenance. She kept me informed regularly and my car was done in a timely manner. As someone in the car business, I really appreciate the professionalism at Lincoln of Wayne

Every person involved in service was exceptional! They keep you informed. They thoroughly check your car. The service area is beautiful and has everything you can need while you wait and they even put my car through a car wash for me. 100% best car service department I ve ever seen

I had a great experience at the Lincoln of Wayne dealership due to their phenomenal service, efficiency, and great communication. They were able to solve my check engine light issue in just one day and provided me with a loaner car. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even returned my car washed and detailed at no cost.

Love my new car and love Lincoln of Wayne's Service, however I'm giving 4 stars, not because of Lincoln of Wayne, just skeptical that I'm about to have the same problems with my new car as I did with the last two. It always starts with the screen not working 4 months in and then it goes down hill from there. Fingers crossed when it goes in for service next week that I don't have ongoing issues like I did with the other two new cars I had.

I was very disappointed in the service we received. After waiting approximately 2 weeks for our vehicle, we drove from our home in NY to NJ to find the work we were BILLED for had NOT been done. You could see the dirt on the car and even the wheel covers. There were scratches on the car that should have been addressed prior to applying the ceramic coating, which I do not believe was done at all, just as the tire which had a nail in it was not changed. This service department was going to send us back to NY with a faulty tire, therefore putting us in danger. Keep in mind we were billed for these services. We had to leave our vehicle once again so that the work could be completed correctly.We also found that purchasing our vehicle off the lease was very difficult, as the paperwork the bank asked for looked very unprofessional, as some information was hand written. It was very difficult to contact the representative that was working with us to provide more professional paperwork that would include something as simple as proper letterhead.I hope upon the return of my vehicle the services that were suppose to be done will be done correctly this time, as the employees should show pride in their work and have concern for the safety of their customers. I hope this dealership will improve but I will not utilize their services again.Thank you,Mrs. Tanyia Hector

Service tech called to let me know he could come earlier than scheduled and asked it that was alright. He was very friendly and polite. He came and finished his work in a short time. It was fast, efficient and wonderful to have him come right to my home. I ve always felt the service department at Lincoln was excellent. Recommend them highly.

Lincoln made it extremely easy to get my recall fixed. The service was extremely convenient and the associate who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the service. Being a teacher it was such a relief to have such a reliable service come to my location so that I did not miss out on teaching my kiddos! Such an amazing experience!!

Another wonderful experience at Wayne-Ramsey Lincoln! They are always thorough and helpful! This was my first visit to the new location in Ramsey and loved it! Thank you to Earl who completed my service. He took so much time to figure out my car s issue! To Gabby my service advisor who was wonderful! And of course thank you to Peter Spina for all the time he took to educate me on the new Nautilus Hybrid coming out! This is why I ve been coming to your dealership for decades! From the minute I drove into the dealership, I felt like I was at the right place. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I was constantly updated on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was given back to me cleaner than how I dropped it off. I feel my vehicle is in good hands when I drop it off!!

I brought my 2023 navigator in for service, and the entire process could not have been smoother. I was going to wait for my vehicle, but they were kind enough to reach out the day before and offer me a loaner which was very nice of them. The entire process of dropping off the car, picking up the loaner and then getting my car at the end of the day was really easy and the car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I ll definitely be bringing it back for service there whenever it is required

The employees at Lincoln of Wayne are super thorough and professional. The dealership is top notch and offers many amenities to keep the customers comfortable while they wait for their service to be completed. Fantastic and fast!!! The loaner pick up program is the best thing I ever experienced. What I feared was a massive tech problem was solved super fast and my car came back to me same day. I loved having a person text me instead of me having to call and check up on it. 5 stars!

The staff was great. My car was taken into the shop promptly at the scheduled time. I was not pressured into buying any additional service and my car was returned to me clean and ready to go. Having the drinks and treats are definitely a nice touch.

My car is a 2000 Towncar so I was kind of expecting to have to deal with sales pitches or being brushed off but I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! I received prompt, friendly service, my loner car was ready shortly after I arrived, they kept me updated on the repair process via text, were very responsive to my questions, when I picked up my car I found that they replaced my remote for free and there was no high pressure sales to buy a new Lincoln. I am extremely happy with the service I received!

New 2024 Nautilus Black Label I bought has a knocking sound coming from the rear shock area. Lincoln engineers knew about it before I purchased the car. I traded in a mint condition 2018 MKZ with no rattles and now I paid cash for a 2024 Nautilus Black Label that should be whisper quiet and it knocks from the rear shock area. I brought it back 4 days later and Lincoln of Wayne told me to make an appointment . My salesman Ryan came to the rescue and they looked at my car . That's when I found out Lincoln engineers know about this and are working on a resolution. I never would have purchased the car had I known this.

The office staff is both friendly and efficient; the service mechanics, technicians and support personnel are thorough, well qualified to provide the services I needed, and went the extra mile to explain everything to me and make sure the car was in perfect condition, and that I was completely satisfied before releasing the car back to me. I couldn t be happier with my entire experience with this Lincoln dealership.

I unfortunately hit a massive pot hole on the Turnpike. The rim and tire was damaged. Lincoln of Wayne did an outstanding job returning my MKZ to perfect health. Shannon is a positive asset to the service department. She kept me up to date with progress via text messages and voice calls. That alone sets Lincoln of Wayne above any dealers I have known. The courtesy/loaner vehicle was an added plus. Lincoln of Wayne hit a home run with this one.

Had an oil change visit for my Nav. Everything was set and smooth. Sat in the very nice lounge till the truck was ready. Communication was very good. Went in for an oil change but ended up needing more done. Not sure why on my other visits nothing was said about issues that needed to be fixed.

Had an amazing experience at Wayne Lincoln. Jonathan had incredible customer support in helping me purchase my Lincoln. Never had one before and I am sold for life with the quality of this car. The deal ship had an amazing vibe and a wonderful experience all around. The receptionist was very personable and also offer me a Lincoln Latte. I mean come on. All the staff truly know what they are doing there. Thank you all for making car shopping (which is so stressful) a pleasant experience.

Shannon Munsey is an excellent Service Advisor.
