Gino was awesome! He gave me a heads up when he was coming, came at the time he said he would, quickly assessed my situation (new battery), switched it out and was done in less than 20minutes. The exceptional assistance from Pete even when it was a Holiday weekend and I needed a tow of my car he assisted without any problem. He contacted their towing service and who then came within the hour to bring my vehicle to their Wayne shop. Once they were opened for Business I was able to speak with their rep over the phone who was also friendly and helpful. The diagnostic was done timely and also detailed. The repair was a lot and costly but I appreciate them for letting me know upfront my options and even took the payment for the towing after the repairs instead of upfront. Thank you for your courteous assistance and quick repair.

Called AAA. We had a dead hybrid battery in a 2015 Prius. Gino came quickly, tested the battery, explained the results and that the hybrid battery was on its last legs. We approved the replacement, which he had on hand. The replacement work was done in less than 15 minutes. Price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend him.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had Jeremy come to help me with my battery issue. He arrived at my location a lot faster than I expected. He was quick and attentive to all the issues that I had. Extremely polite and informative to someone who does not know much about cars. Would definitely recommend!

Fast: arrived 10 minutes after hanging up with AAA. Gino called and let us know he was on his way.Efficient: Methodically checked the battery and alternator. Changed the battery. No hassle. Best service ever.

Excellent Service, 5 STARS! AAA Triple A Service Technician Friendly, Personable and Professional. Dead Battery, thought I would only need a jump. Battery was several years old. Installed new battery in record time! From initial call to installed NEW BATTERY took less than 40 minutes.I would give Technician 10 STARS. We were on our way in a remarkable short time. Alex R. Of High Tech Auto Service came to my rescue on Sunday afternoon, 3/17/24. My car battery died when I was away from home. After calling AAA, he showed up 15 minutes later. He knew exactly what to do and was quick and efficient. With a new battery installed by Alex, I was back on my way within an hour.Thank you Alex for making this experience much better than it could have been.

Gino is THE MAN. He was super quick and super efficient, very communicative, and overall just a genuinely good guy. I'm pretty sure he didn't have to come out to where I was to help me, but he took it upon himself to pull up no questions asked, took care of my issue in less than 15 minutes, all with a smile on his face. This dude needs a raise. He's top tier, both at his job and as a person. Hope I get him again if I need assistance!

Pete was amazing.This man came out in the snow to help me get my car started.I had no idea my battery was so bad.I called for a jump, and Pete saw my battery was corroded. He quickly put in a new battery for me before I could run up to my apt. to get him payment. When I returned, my car was up and running. He took the time to even check other car parts I have no knowledge of.I Highly Recommended Him and the Company.Thank you Hi-Tech Auto.

On Friday morning, I discovered my car's battery was dead so I called AAA. Within the hour, Gino arrived, checked the car's alternator to be sure it had power, and replaced the battery. All of this took just a few minutes. Gino was professional, knowledgeable, and fast, and I would like to thank him for a positive experience.

Pete was truly exceptional. He arrived in 10 mins, he had a great attitude, removed the tire, etc. and was very efficient and courteous. He also took the time to inspect the bad tire and show us the cause. The BEST experience I've ever had with a towing service. Thank you, Pete.

Pete is friendly and knowledgeable. All around am awesome guy!!!! He arrived within a few minutes is submitting the request for service. In no time at all he had my car on the bed of the tow truck and we were off to the repair shop. Cannot thank Hi-tech and Pete enough for making a bad situation of breaking down on a cold wintry morning better.

Got help form them through AAA, needed my battery replaced while my car was in a parking garage. After contacting AAA, Alex was able to come to my car in about 15 minutes, took him about 30 mins to replace the battery. He explained the charges, the warranty info, and all docs I should be receiving via email. Quick and helpful. No complaints.

Alex was wonderful from start to finish. He assessed my vehicle, presented me with options, and helped me weigh my decision to replace the battery. Mind you he worked on my vehicle in the cold and rain. Being that I had recently purchased my vehicle and wasn't completely familiar with some of the functionality, Alex jumped in and showed me some of the high level features. There should be more folks out there like Alex who go the extra mile to ensure the safety and satisfaction of his customers.

My battery died and the tech was at the house very quickly, a lot quicker than AAA said. Quick and easy tested the battery, needs to be replaced. They carry batteries with them. Had it replaced. The car is up and running before an hour of the original call. Thanks Jeremy

Gino was absolutely amazing and very funny and kind. We need more people like Gino. Knows what he s doing and gets the job done in a flash. He came out of his way to fix my battery issue and knew what the problem was and took care of it. 10/5 stars for Gino!

Can't say enough about these guys, they are professionals. They do a great job. At a reasonable price, The customer service was outstanding. They let you know how things are going throughout the process and send pictures. The new upgrades they installed on my Trucks, suspension and running boards are amazing.
