Buying process at WAYNE GENESIS was great! the salesman Ralph helped fit me into the right car with all the features I was looking for. The manager got me the pricing I needed to make a deal happen. The experience was great.

Had a great experience with Wayne Genesis. Buying the car was quick and smooth. Zack was very helpful and informative. Did not pressure us into anything just asked what we were looking for. Able to get the exact car we wanted at a good price. Absolutely loving the G70 3.3t AWD SP and haven't even really opened it up yet. Going to pick up the plates same great service and attentiveness. Have not experienced the service portion yet, which people seem to complain the most about with Genesis brand, but I appreciate them automatically scheduling my service appointment to minimize wait time.

Worst customer service of any car dealership I ve ever dealt with! Can t get anyone to call back, on hold for 10 minutes every time I call, my phone eventually terminates the call! I bought my car on Friday 2/9/24, today is Tuesday 2/13/24 and apparently no one cares after they take your money! I have a small issue that would probably take 15 minutes to resolve but I ve been trying for 3 hrs. Beyond frustrating. Don t ever go to this dealership!!

STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR DECEITFUL LIES AND PRACTICES. Classic bait-and-switch dealer shop. Should ve trusted the google reviews before dropping $200 on uber to/from there. Genesis really needs to get a standalone dealer shop asap.(1) Negotiated pricing with Ashley M. and she promised a specific quote for a genesis gv80 and sent me that quote. Note she is online and will not be present when you get to the store, and the dealers will NOT be aware of any deal you cut with her.(2) I get there, and Bryan C. says, unbeknownst to me, this is a DEMO vehicle.(3) Harold V. then tells me I have to pay $3,500 ABOVE the negotiated price on a DEMO VEHICLE WITH 400 MILES on it.(4) I obviously say this is unprofessional, but Harold V. disregards the negotiated pricing & the fact they did not disclose the car was a demo vehicle, and YELLS STRAIGHT BACK AT ME: NO IT S NOT UNPROFESSIONAL! IT S ALL THERE! , when all there is pointing straight to my negotiated pricing and the fact that the car is a demo vehicle WAS NOT DISCLOSED.(5) Not a single word of apology. I obviously get up and leave. Do note I bought the Genesis GV80 at another dealer shop that kept consistent pricing between the negotiated pricing over email and what I actually paid.I m obviously going to email Genesis about this incident very soon.If these guys reply to this review disputing any of the facts stated above, I will go through the trouble of uploading the email correspondences I had with Ashley to this review to corroborate the above.

Just horrible. I received a offer via email and on paper was assured up and down that the rate I was quoted would be the rate. So I drove a hour to get there. The salesman told me I can't get that rate unless I certified the vehicle which was a extra 3k and even then he said it still might not be the exact rate I was quoted. Typical dealership. You can bet I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Needed an appointment as my Rear Seat was not returning to normal position (and 1 grandchild has to sit there). It is Jan. 3rd today...They said EARLIEST APPT IS JULY!!! $65000 car and this is SERVICE??!! REALLY??!!

This is an example of a dealership that does not provide customer-centric service. Especially when buying a luxury car and having to wait long time.1. I went on True Car Military Program, and receive the price quote. They said they would Honor it . When I went in person they gave me a difficult time.2. As an FYI this dealer also adds charges that most other dealers do not do. They say that etching and a clear coat to protect the car is required .That is not true with most dealers. They added one of those charges to me and still have not broken down the charges. The chemical charge that was agreed upon was not on my invoice. Nor did they show me proof of where the etching is on the car.3. Title and registration is an estimate I'm still waiting for a refund.I purchased the car April 304. The dealer had me riding around with expired registrations and license plates because it would not notify me that there was an issue on my insurance card..4. May 16th I requested to cancel my extended portfolio warranties and they still have not returned a refund. According to portfolio they're supposed to be a 10% charge against the dealer for every 30 days they go over for not canceling my policies.5. There was a clerical error when calculating clerical fee EDP processing and documentary fee, the amounts that were calculated is adds up wrongIt's now September and only part of my issue has been resolved.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Ready to buy a car on the spot and salesman said he would need to call me the following day with numbers. It's been 3 days and have not heard back from him after calling and leaving several messages. Also good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Everytime I called it would take 5-10 min for an operator to answer. These guys certainly don't know how to run a car dealership and the managers are not in top of their game. This was enough of a indication that if I purchased a car from them it would be a headache. Not what I anticipate when spending $65K. I went to another Genesis dealer and purchased from them.

Working with Danieal was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Genesis took about 1- weeks. The best part Danieal stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Danieal if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile.

Daniel helped me get the GV70. The exact vehicle, color and style. They beat the prices the other dealers offered me. If I have one complaint is that my wheel was had a scuff on the passenger side and I was unable to identify it at the time of pick up because of heavy rain that day. Other than that it was one of the smoothest transactions I ve ever had.

Amazing car selection in the lot, however didn t bother to even close a deal out. 3 sales people standing in the parking lot not 1 took the time to greet us, instead just watched us go car to car looking at specs on our own, opening and closing doors and taking photos. I was a need to buy customer and for lack of service im taking my business to another local dealership. Word of advice, Have your sales person cut conversations short and attend to customers on your lot.

If you know you want a Genesis (or even interested in looking at one) and want a fair price with extraordinary customer serve, you must visit Genesis of Wayne. I called a few days ago -- knew exactly what car I wanted and after getting pie in the sky prices in NY, I just wanted to work with a dealer that was not going to give me the run around or try to sell me on a bad deal. Jay got right on the phone with me and worked with me to arrive at a price I was comfortable with to get me in a brand new Genesis G70 2.0t sport prestige in extremely short order. He then immediately put me in touch with Matt - a clearly seasoned salesman and a straight shooter. They immediately sent me pictures of the car, were in constant contact with me, and had the car ready to go in a matter of days! When I went to pick up the car, they were ready - waiting for me to arrive. They took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through all of the options in the car, and took care of all of my requests. Overall, they are an extremely fair, competent, and courteous group. Go to them and tell everyone you know to do the same. I'm so glad I did!

Are you kidding me !!! Dealer ship. The bagel store in my town is bigger! Pulled into the lot maybe 30 cars all 80s I was staired at from inside of the dealership and no one came outside. NO CARS INSIDE ?? What a waste of time. Might be the best vehicle ever but if you dont wow me with a nice place to look i will just move on. Stick with Acura first class alll the way.

Working with Ralph was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. He's patient, understanding and knows his stuff! I never felt like I was being pressured into making a deal. 10/5 stars! Go to Ralph for your Hyundai needs.

Honestly everything with Genesis is an issue. Want to move to different state and register the vehicle? Have to wait one to two months. Now I want to simply service the vehicle with the at home pick up as promised. Even offered to drive it in. However, there s an issue with their computer system and I was told to reschedule after waiting at home before work. Mind you, I had to call since no one reached out. Please make sure to call them when you schedule so you can make sure. Called after reschedule and was told now nothing is available until November. Confirmation email and text means nothing. Stated manager would call to arrange new date, but no one ever did call. Just go to a different dealership/service center. Genesis is a great vehicle and I love it, but just get ready for all the headaches as the company/dealers are still working on putting some solid roots in the ground. If I could rewind, I would have just stayed with Lexus/Toyota for their great service and how easy it is to move the vehicles to different states.

Service is terrible. Once you purchase car they provide no follow up. A few weeks after buying my car the network connection failed and I lost connectivity to phone app and navigation. Went to dealership and they said they couldn t help and they directed me to service department which is down the highway. They turned me away and said to make appointment for service. Called to make service appointment and was told there was a 4 month wait and they no longer offer valet service to NY. I called Genesis of Mahwah and have an appointment in 3 days. I bought my car at the wrong dealership. So disappointed.

After shopping for a vehicle for a while, I stopped at this location and I worked with Ralph. I have nothing but high praise for this gentleman. He was super informative and educational throughout the whole buying process and he was willing to help me out in every which way. I will definitely be doing more business with him in the future and I highly recommend Ralph!

I worked with Jeff to purchase my GV70 and couldn't have been more pleased. He was extremely patient and professional. I hadn't expected to make a purchase that day but dealing with Jeff made it an enjoyable experience. From the Manger to Finance, it was a simple and quick transaction. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the technology so I wasn't overwhelmed. Great experience working with him as well as Wayne Hyundai Five star service. Made an appointment to test drive a GV70 3.5T specifically; double checked that they had one in stock. Drove over 1/2 hr to find out they only have 2.5T. No apology from the manager, no suggestions how to make it right, nothing at all. Needless to say, I ll be getting my Genesis elsewhere.

I just came back from Hyundai in Wayne to get a Genesis. After waiting for a long time talking with the dealer, he came back to me and said: cause "I said I wish the gear was closer to the front", the manager thinks it makes no sense to give you a price!!! First, I thought I misunderstood but when he repeated, I was so shocked! So they directly came to me and clearly told me we are not selling you???!!! I was speechless and left the place without telling them anything. This is VERY DISRESPECTFUL and what they did was unbelievable and not appropriate for a business owner!!!

Everyone I spoke with was kind, prompt, and polite. However, typical dealership shady pricing tactics ensued. Car is blasted everywhere as Certified and listed for a good price. Just kidding, you have to pay another $1,900 for Certification. Bait and switch. Also like to add on mandatory Document Fee's and Window Etching. Shame on me for falling for it. Go buy a car from somewhere with honest, up front pricing and sleep well knowing you didn't get ripped off and pad someone's pocket that didn't deserve it.

My experience with Genesis in Wayne was phenomenal.Zach goes above and beyond. He puts the customer first! He is very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and is always available. Zach follows up on everything. He even called several days after I received the vehicle to be sure everything was going well. Incredible service!"Genesis in Wayne is the name of the game"! Just recently bought my new gv70 and I must admit that it was the most simple car buying experience I ve ever had. The salesman Matt welcomed me in and took me through everything in the most professional manner possible and made the car buying experience very effortless. I was in and out of there in 2 hours. Couldn t be more happy with the service they provided and with my purchase. Highly recommend.

5 stars because it is what is, I called in asking for a Genesis G70 since it s what I ve been looking for. I was attended through the phone & must I say the exceptional service from Araceli through the phone, I am pleased to have spoken to her. An appointment was made, I came in & first thing that took me was the outstanding greeting by Ralph, followed up by exceptional service, communication & presentation. Any questions I had & got answers on the spot. Simple & quick process, I m a happy customer. You get what you give. Thank you for your business, I ll be back for sure.
