Writing this on behalf of my father who has a classic car on behalf of him Firestone should be rated negative stars! He purchased special tires for his classic car and needed to have them mounted and balanced. He had them done and it was pouring rain so once they where done he brought them home and placed them in his garage once the rain stopped he went to clean them and as any classic car owner it s needs to clean and spotless. He was cleaning it up on the next sunny day and noticed the tires covered in grease and then noticed EVERY tire had damage on them they destroyed the white walls. This was reported immediately and the manager out right told me that they do not have corp number for me to contact. The manager is not customer facing and shouldn t be a manager I recommend if you have classic or special tires NEVER use them and I will never set foot in a Firestone location again I have included pictures of how the tires where brought Firestone (wrapped in plastic) and the damage to all the tires that they have done. Also corp is not much better they are backing their employees and denying the claim that I have submitted to them for the damage of the tiresUpdate don t even bother with social care they won t help you they just pass an email to someone else. Don t waste your time dealing with them either

My 2011 Honda Ridgeline wouldn't start -Called this Firestone location since they should up open and the manager - Devon Harding said bring it in and they will do their best to get me running again. Well, they did!!!Thought it my be the key FOB since had chip replaced recently but tow guy Jose said most likely starter.(My Insurance co sent One Stop Towing & Recovery of Haleldon NJ. Great tow service - thank you Jose.)Dropped off at @ 4pm and they diagnosed problem (starter) and replaced/installed within 2.5 hours!!Out the door by 630pm...Big shout out to Devon and the mechanics there - especially Christopher who did most of the work. Thank you for such a professional and fast experience!Highly recommend!!!

I was way overdue for an alignment and was too busy working to schedule. I called the manager, Devon Harding and he was able to accommodate me within 15 minutes! He even remembered who I was when I said my name. There is nothing like the feeling that you are working with people who know you and actually care about providing great service. Highly recommend Devon and his team.

I highly recommend this auto care center! 100% satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. The 1st time I came here I got new tires, came back a 2nd time to have an oil leak sealed and wiper blades replaced. They are NOT rip offs. They gave me an offer I could not refuse. I came all the way from Elizabeth, NJ to get service done at this Firestone in Wayne, NJ. Great service PS. Shout out to the general manager, Devon and the tire sales manager, Gerald. They were so friendly, polite and honest. Really great dudes. Excellent customer service. I will be back soon for an oil change. Thank you guys so much

I recommend everyone not to go here. The store manager Devon Harding is very rude and inconsiderate. I don t like going to new places because of my past experience but I had to come here. I told him I had bad experiences in the past and asked for them to show me that the dipstick is full and not under or overfilled. He said no, he doesn t have time to do something unnecessary and that I can go somewhere else. If you want professional work with genuine kind people. Go to ETD Discount and tire 1397 Hamburg tpke in Wayne. Manny or Andy will take good care of you with any concerns or questions.

Starting with a simple alignment request, I found myself coerced into purchasing Firestone's lifetime alignment package, courtesy of Wayne Firestone. The initial alignment went smoothly, but the second one turned into a frustrating saga lasting over four hours. Frustrated and pressed for time, I opted to skip the alignment, only to discover later that my front axle suffered damage, possibly due to the neglect.In my attempt to seek a reliable alternative, I turned to Haledon Firestone. However, their overbooking practices led to a two-hour wait, only to be told they couldn't perform the alignment due to a purportedly tight bolt and a bent rear axle. Skeptical, I sought a second opinion from BMW service, which found no issues and efficiently carried out the alignment.Despite holding an unlimited alignment package with Firestone, my third visit proved exasperating. After making an appointment and arriving at the shop, I was told of a four-hour wait or the option to leave the car behind. Frustrated by the unexpected delay, I voiced my discontent, left the premises, and promptly contacted Firestone service to file a complaint. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for a response from the area manager as promised.Reflecting on my decision to opt for the unlimited alignment plan, I now realize it was a youthful and naive choice. It appears that Firestone's service might be more geared towards those without alternatives or unaware customers. Reading other reviews, I've decided to cut my losses and redirect my business elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-friendly experience.

They tried to sell me on a bunch of parts I didn t need . They told me they did my alignment the best they could . Didn t do anything. I went to the haledon location and they did it right. They also gave me a fake print out saying my alignment was good and 2 hours later I got a read out saying otherwise

Total scammers!! Had brakes changed by them a few weeks prior, I then brought the vehicle in for an unrelated matter and they told me THE SAME brakes needed to be replaced. Either they didn't even look at the brakes, or they sold and installed faulty brakes. After bringing this up to them they said it was a mistake. They will constantly upcharge and sell you unnecessary work. Beware, they should be shut down. Also whenever you ask to get a printout of the alignment done under the lifetime package, conveniently the printer is not working.. shameful service.

I initially took my car in due to overheating problems, and it was given back to me after they replaced the thermostat. However, two weeks later, I had to return it for the same issue, and they assured me that everything was fine. Another two weeks passed, and the car overheated once more, leading to another visit to the same shop. Unfortunately, the communication throughout this process was severely lacking, and their explanations didn't make sense to me. What compounded the frustration was the substantial bill I received.On the third visit, they finally informed me that the problem was related to the engine (gasket), which they didn't have the expertise to fix but proposed an estimate nearly 3 times the amount initally paid. They claim it isn't related to the overheating, but wasn't present any other time that the car was brought in. At this point, my car remained unresolved, and I had to seek assistance from another mechanic to address the issue.

Dropped car off at 9:30am. Was told to come back at noon; that car would definitely be ready by then. I showed up at 1pm and they hadn t even started looking at it. Terrible service.

It is a flag ship store so they took care of my blown tire on an emergency basis when the Montclair store couldn't. I walked to lunch and saw a move and the car was done. They gave me a dscount to finance. No pressure consuting info and they prorated my tires that need to be replaced with lifetime protection. They will work with my warranty company. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!

We highly recommend this Firestone! They were able to get us in on very short notice and they stayed late to fix our van so we could get back on the road home! This was on a Friday night and they didn t have to but they did!

My engine light went on for a while but then turned off. I thought I should still come to Firestone to see what s up even though the light turned off, they told me I needed a new catalytic converter and that the total price was going to be over $2000. I told them I can t do that today, since I didn t have the money. I brought my car to my uncle who was a mechanic (should ve done this in the first place) and he told me nothing was wrong and that the engine light going on was just a glitch. I went to a different (better) Firestone in Wyckoff for an oil change and they checked and didn t see anything wrong with the catalytic converter. Then today I went for my vehicle inspection at the DMV and passed the emissions test. So they were just trying to charge me the most expensive service after I told them my engine light went on.

Don t bring your car here unless you wanna get ripped off. Brought my car here to get 4 new tires and an alignment. A month later front tires are balding out due to me needing 2 front struts and 2 front control arms. Why allow me to put 4 new tires? and how did you guys do an alignment on my car knowing my control arms and struts were bad. Therefore they only took it as a money grab and didn t care to tell me my car needed the work. Not only that but then they want to say the tires don t come with warranty when on the website most of the tires come with 50k miles warranty and then they want to try and charge me for two new front tires when I had just got them put on a month ago.

Don t Go to this place they are real thieves .. if you go for just oil change with brand new car they try to load your invoice with many unnecessary stuff just to rip you off

I've been coming to this location for a long time. The service here is great in my opinion. The representatives are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Repairs are done in a timely manner and done correctly. They also stand behind their repairs - if there's a problem with the fix they will address it and make it right. Overall a great Firestone location. I plan to continue bringing my car here and recommend this place to all my friends. Car repair can be really stressful and difficult if you don't use the right repair shop. Im glad to have found Firestone, and especially the Wayne location- they make it as easy as possible to get my car fixed.2023 update: I still come here to get my car repaired when needed. My review above still stands this is an excellent Firestone location with polite, friendly, and knowledgeable people and very competent management.

I recently visited Firestone in Wayne and had an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager, Devon, who was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and provided expert advice on what services were necessary. The staff at this location were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was comfortable and that my vehicle was taken care of.The service itself was top-notch. The team at Firestone in Wayne was efficient, thorough, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. They even took the time to explain each step of the service and answer any questions I had. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took with my vehicle. Also to share, what a clean establishment!I was particularly impressed with Devon's expertise and knowledge - what a really good guy as well! He was able to diagnose an issue with my car that I had been previously unaware of, and his suggestion to fix it was done quickly and I was happy with the outcome. In addition, he was also able to recommend an ongoing maintenance schedule that will keep my car running smoothly for years to come.Overall, I had an extremely positive experience at Firestone in Wayne. The staff and manager were friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of automotive services. Do not bring your car to this place I brought it in for an oil change ONLY but before the car was done they offered to change the air filter and cabin filter along with draining the antifreeze and replacing it I said I couldn't do it that day because of time and the I will schedule it for a day that I'm free now it's only been a few days my car AC is not working and the car is overheating like how it's that possible if it's a newer car and the things that are failing now was exactly what they had offered to fix. Now I'm gonna have to go fix something they broke because they want to bring more business. NEVER BRINGING MY VEHICLE HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I drive to the Willowbrook location because I trust the staff and their work. I DO NOT go to the Parsippany location because they disappointed me on several occasions over the years.
