Super helpful mechanics! I came here because I was having a hard time starting my car and my car was shaking when braking. They checked my car quickly, made sure I understood what was wrong and pricing, answered all of my questions, and they gave me alternate options to save money since one of the problems could be solved without actually replacing something myself and having to pay for it. Saved me time and money and were so kind and helpful. Loved their waiting area. They do have a lot of customers so just make sure to call in and make an appointment so you aren t waiting longer than needed. Altogether really great service.

I had a wonderful experience with ETD. Their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service was unlike anything Ive experienced at other car shops. They greet every customer by name and are wonderful hosts while you wait for your car to be serviced. As a woman with practically zero car knowledge, it s easy to feel tricked and overwhelmed when it comes to car service. But Manny explained things to me clearly and I found the pricing to be very reasonable for the work being done (oil change, tire rotation and replacing a broken wiper motor). My car is running great and Ill definitely be back when I need service. Thank you, ETD!

I ve been taking my car(s) here since my very first vehicle at 17 and these guys are the best! Quality service, VERY fair prices, and a super quick turnaround time. They are always so polite and flexible about scheduling services I m not the most knowledgeable about cars but they always explain what should be done and why with no judgement. To top it off, I asked for a recommendation for a body shop to take care of some paint damage at my last visit, and Andy actually took the time to find that the defects are COVERED under warranty by the company for my year, make, and model. Wow! If I could give higher than five stars I would! Even though I don t live in Wayne anymore I will always make the drive because they are well worth it!!!

I have had work done on my car at ETD in Wayne for several years. From work under the hood (oil change, etc.) to the purchase of new tires, the work done by Manny and "his crew" has been Top Notch. They have excellent knowledge, give good advice, and have shown great kindness and respect. I highly recommend this ETD location!!

From Andrew to Manfredo, everyone on the team is kind and compassionate, and they take the time to explain what's wrong with your ties and what your best replacement options are. They also match prices on tires, which is an added bonus.I ordered tires over the phone, and when my tires arrived, they called me to schedule an appointment - great service, and the waiting area is nice and clean.I will recommend these guys to everyone.

ETD has consistently demonstrated professionalism and punctuality. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, addressing all my questions. Manny and Andy are amazing! They are both so professional, kind, and really made my experience a breeze. This was my second time returning to ETD in Wayne, almost 2 years apart, and both times Manny and Andy were there to help me.I cannot speak highly enough of them! I recommend everyone to go to ETD Wayne for all their tire needs!

Most reliable and trustworthy mechanic's anyware. Always friendly and fair. Good prices, try to help you out when they can. Definitely make an appointment and expect to leave your vehicle if major repairs, they are always busy, Andy and Manny are awesome.

Purchased 4 new tires and the extended 3yr protection warranty at this location in Nov of 2020. Today, I had my first tire problem as the warranty is expiring in days. Called ETD to get a time for them toLook at my tire and was told to come Thursday and drop off my car for the day. Got off the phone and was not satisfied with that response so I called again asking them to please take a look at the tire to determine if it could be patched, plugged, or if a new one needed to be ordered. If I needed a new tire, I would prefer to know right away so that on Thursday they can have the tire ready to go. They agreed for me to stop by before closing. One of the employees who was very nice came out to look at the tire and indicated that it appeared that the tire could be repaired rather than having to order a new one, but he needed to go inside and confirm with the manager (Manny). He comes back outside to speak to me and informs me that the manager has advised that this tire cannot be repaired even though he never looked at it himself. A new one must be ordered, so the new tire is $215 and the only credit left from my three-year warranty is five dollars. I decided to do some research on Google and YouTube on when tires can be patched or plugged and then decided to go to another tire center on my drive home. I arrived just as they were closing and they were still able to accommodate me by not only assessing my tire, but immediately telling me that because of the location on where the nail was my tire it can absolutely be plugged. They did it within five minutes. Based on what I read and videos I saw on when tires can be plugged, I knew that they were giving me accurate information. I am fully disgusted with the service or lack of service that ETD provided. I now know that this business takes advantage of customers, so ladies, please do your research and get a second opinion. ETD , do better because this was not acceptable.

Last week I called Andy in a bit of a panic - my wife's coolant system was leaking and not safe or smart to drive - knowing how popular and busy the Wayne location is. While trying to figure out when he could squeeze me in, Andy asked me what year and the mileage. When I responded he said "why are you calling me, take your car to the dealer and get it fixed under warranty." Only a quality person and honest businessman would say that! Been a customer for many years, always recommend ETD and won't take my cars anyplace else.

They made me wait so much time. When I called they told me that I could come and they will fix it right away. However, after making the effort to go, they told me that I would have to wait over three hours just to check my tire. I was waiting one hour outside until they realize that they did not place the order. After that, they told me that they could not figure it out and I just decided that I would want it to replace the tire instead of fix it. To fix a flat tire their fare is 40 and change and to change it with the spare is 10. They have Apple Pay which is very useful, but I was just too tired and frustrated.

AAA came to the house on two separate occasions for my car not starting. Both times told my wife different stories about the battery.Confused and needing some clarity, my wife went to ETD and the assistant manager was so helpful. He immediately tested the battery and troubleshoot the problem. He could have not been any more helpful and professional. Would definitely go back for any service. Great job!

To patch a flat tire they expected me to drop it off 3 days, claiming it's over an hour work. Just say you prefer to do higher paying mechanic repair work.UPDATE:I love how they reply with a flat out lie. Shows the kind of business they are. They told me it needs to be patched and I said I expected nothing less. Then they said it's over an hour job and earliest they could get to it done was Monday but I could leave it and they could try to do it today but no guarantees.Got it patched elsewhere, 20 minute job total time.

Manny and his team are excellent. So honest and fair. We have been customers for years. Today my daughter exhaust was making noise. It was just a loose bolt. They tightened it at no charge. Highly recommend!!

I've always had a great experience at this ETD. Andy and Manny have always been honest and helpful with all my service visits. They never try to push unneeded repairs and their prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them.

ETD Discount Tire Centers in Wayne has been working on my car for many years. I have a Maxima 2016. Manny and Andy, who run the the center, are terrific. They take the time to speak to with me and explain any of the issues that I might be having with my car. They are fair in terms of pricing. I find them to be very accommodating with appointments as well. I would highly recommend ETD in Wayne NJ.

Manny and team are all great! I had a really positive interaction each time I've gone. Everyone here is honest and don't push you to do things for your car. They give you advice and options. They were great in obtaining parts as well as fixing my car which is over 20yrs old..Their mechanic Wayne was great in fixing my car. Josh was great in installing tires. Mannie along with the rest of the people who worked up front were great..place is extremely clean and very friendly. Also pricing was fair and work done in a good amount for time....So great work guys ....Thank you

This is a great place. After the Genesis dealer wouldn t change my tire which had a bubble in it, until September (10 week wait), I called multiple tire places. Andy from ETD was so accommodating and understanding. He scheduled an appointment so I wouldn t have to wait and 48 hours later the new tire was installed. Really knowledgeable about tires. They called my insurance company to get all the info. I can t thank Andy, George, Danny and Manny enough for correcting a bad situation.

Manny and his team were amazing to work with! They handled my Aston Martin with great care when doing a full tire swap, got the job done with very quick turnaround and provided great customer care and follow up throughout the entire process. Also the best prices as well! They genuinely care about the customer experience! I look forward to coming back when any of my cars need servicing!

I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change and was very pleased with the service. I had two previous appointments I had to unavoidably cancel due to health issues and Manny was very understanding. He knew I am disabled and was undaunted by the delays. I really appreciate that customer care.Manny is very knowledgeable and accurately estimated the time it would take. My car was taken in for service immediately after I dropped it off.

Best place to get your car needs serviced! These guys really go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Everyone here is super knowledgable and helpful, they truly care about their customers. I m super grateful that I found this place, I have had some bad luck with tires and rims in the past and I know absolutely nothing about cars so it can be a very stressful, difficult and scary experience. Fortunately I discovered ETD and my nerves can be more at ease knowing they are here for me in times of need! I would give these guys 10 stars if I could, highly recommend!!

I went in without an appointment because of a slow leak in one of my tires. They had many cars to do, and I could not wait, as I do not live in Wayne. (This one is near my work.) My fault for not calling first. Anyway, they filled up the tire so I could go to an ETD near my house, and put on my license plates. Much thanks to Joshua and Joshuel. They were great!
