Very good tires and the employees are awesome! Can be very busy! I dropped my car off at 11:00AM and went shopping inside Costco. Tires were on the car by 1:00PM.

I ordered my tires online on Sunday and they were delivered the next day to the warehouse! Toke about 1 hour to install. Great customer service answered all my questions on the phone and in person.

Chris R. saves the day! 5 Stars is all for Chris. I ve been a Costco member for decades but 1st time using the tire center in Willowbrook. Placed an order in house for 4 Michelin tires. Was told 3-5 business days. When in actuality, it was going to be one month later. Can you imagine!? Almost 2 weeks later and nothing,. No updates whatsoever. In between that time, I placed multiple calls, phone rings off the hook & IF they do pick up which is an absolute rarity, it s brief & abrupt. They grab your number, tell you someone will call you and they never do. Finally, I went in to cancel my order & I was coming in hot. Then I ran into Chris. Chris turned my frown upside down. Not only was he patient & very kind, he was professional, understanding & super knowledgeable. Costco almost lost 1 but thanks to Chris, I will be returning. And ONLY if Chris is around to assist. EXCELLENT customer service.

Fantastic customer service provided by Claudio. Professional, courtious and very accommodating. This visit included a tire rotation and it took under an hour. Outstatnding!

I was waiting here while having my tires done and witnessed probably six or seven groups of people with no idea of what they wanted or what they were asking for come through. These guys patiently sorted them and tried their best to get through. They did a nice job on my car and got my tires mounted a perfectly balanced. The best part was that I got my wheels back without any marks on them, which seems to be more than most dealerships can accomplish. I really appreciated the effort they put in.

The people that gave the tire center five stars are actually being nice. These people do not deserve one star. It is ridiculous how much you have to wait in this place. It s like being at a emergency room at a hospital. And to make matters worse some of the staff are not very nice. this to me is not Costco.!!!!

Don t understand why an appointment was needed. I had an appointment at 10:15am (got here at 10am) it s 12:02pm and I m still waiting. My car has not been touched yet. All I need is a balance & rotation on the tires I purchased within the last year from them.

BUYER BEWARECostco tire does not balance tires properly no matter how many times you bring it back. I dont think they are capable of doing it right. Never bring your car to them.

Never answers phone. Made an appoint and went there because i had a bubble on my front driver side tire from pothole. I get a phone call over an hr later just to tell me that the inspection is done and is covered under the warranty and i need to pay first for them to start the work. I was told it was ganna take 20-30 mins so i sat at the food court table right in front of tire center. After 40 mins, nothing. So i walked up to the desk and he grabs the key, meaning its been done and who knows how long its been done for. You can grt serviced here if you have all the time in the world but if you are busy, avoid this place. Worst service ever

The appointment system definitely needs to improve. You make a reservation to find out you have to wait 2 hours to get seen. In this case what is the point of making appointments if nobody is following it. This process is a headache especially if you have work, or other commitments you have to attend too. I just missed the birth to my first born child. I ll update with how the service went , hopefully I don t miss my firstborn s wedding.

They never answer the phone . When they do, they say please hold as soon as they pick up and waiting forever. Atleast find out what the customer needs first, maybe it's a quick question and if it's not then you say please hold . Even when I was there nobody was at the desk and all the mechanics see you waiting .

They do a good job It s not their fault with the appointment program If seven people make a appointment For the same time and there s two employees in the shop how can how can they get the cars out in less than one hour?? Also the phone keeps ringing because the front end keeps taking the employees and having them work the registers they are understaffed So we have to cut them some slackOverall they did a fantastic job

Let me start by saying I am a Costco super fan. But the staff at the tire center don't take their job too serious. They make an appointment to get something installed only to tell you it's out when you arrive for your appointment. Kind of defeats the purpose of the appointment.

Horrible customer service from Claudio who claims to be a manager at the Wayne Costco tire center! They ordered the wrong size of tires for my car which caused my AWD system to malfunction. Took my car to the dealership 3 times to get this resolved and when I spoke to Claudio he was nasty and not helpful.Eventually they reordered the correct size of tire only to have the car back with a replacement air cap for one of my wheels. Apparently they lost the original and gave me back the car without telling me anything! Call them twice with no one answering the phone maybe because they have caller ID and can see who s calling. Horrible service!

Greatly appreciate for service here,Thanks "jose" to help me your pleasure two days ago i got 4 Michelin tire for my honda odyssey I'm really appreciate all of employees are the best workers what a great job and conversations awesome, very fast service and everything perfect on time,very clean and nice place i think i went to here all the time also I'm share with my friends and family to recommended go this place for best service.

Great experience! Staff is very friendly and professional. I dealt with Chris when I was there and he was very kind and helpful. Really knew what he was doing and made the whole experience painless. Highly recommend them

They took my phone number and said they would call me when my tires had been installed. After 2 hours, I checked and they were working on other cars.Thanks for calling me...NOT!

They never ever answer their phone. I have called numerous times. So i was forced to go to store for a quick answer I could have gotten on the phone. IN SHORT THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT THEIR MEMBERS!
