My roadside assistance provider connected me with this company to tow my car for me around 10 pm and it was the worst tow experience of my life. My roadside assistance told me they would come by around 10:41 pm. I waited outside by my car to make sure the two truck would see me and it never came. My provider gave me a call around 10:50 pm to make sure the tow truck came and when I told them they did not so they apologized and tried to contact the company. They were told the driver was stuck in " traffic" . They told me to wait another 30 minutes which I did. When the tow did come they did not drive up to where I was, did not call me and just left. I called my roadside assistance again to let them know what had just happened. They themselves were appalled on how unprofessional this company was and tried to reach out to them about 4 times and no one replied. My provided connected me to another towing company that actually came 40 minutes earlier than the suggested ETA and that driver actually gave me a call. It is already stressful having car issues but having to wait for a tow that never comes is even more annoying. You should really reevaluate who you have working for you. I will never use them to tow my car and I recommended to my roadside assistance company to never use this company for their clients.

My car unexpectedly broke down and my insurance contacted Price Rite Towing. I was told to expect a tow truck in 75 minutes but it arrived in less than an hour. Chris was so professional and got my vehicle to my destination safely. He was a very careful driver as well. If I am ever to need a tow again, I would like to use this business because of their courteous and charismatic employees. Thanks again Chris!

My insurance provider set me up with this company when calling for emergency roadside service. Somebody was dispatched quickly and arrived right on time. The driver was really courteous and helpful! He was able to jump start my dead battery right away, and patiently answered all my questions. He even took the time to look over my brakes when I mentioned they'd been giving me some trouble, going so far as to make a call on my behalf to check the availability for additional brake service if I chose to bring it in. Extremely happy with the experience and would recommmend this company to anybody.

I called my roadside service when my car died , and these guys were the only ones that had available drivers. I got a little nervous when I read some of the reviews saying that people had to wait for hours for the guy to get there. I can say with confidence ,that those one star reviews and two star reviews could not be further from the truth.I literally waited a total of 10 minutes before I got a phone call from a guy saying that he was in the parking lot . The whole process took 30 min from the time i called my service to the time he came and gave me jump. Very happy with the experience. Would use these guys again.

Couldn t be more pleased! We got a flat tire today and this company was contracted through our insurances road side assistance. Chris was great! He was so nice. Got to us fairly quickly considering how far he was from us. (Not his fault as I assume the company is probably contracted with our insurance) Got my car up quick and had no issues.

I had the same experience as Amit. Vendor for BMW Roadside. They provided a 90 minute ETA. When BMW roadside called them back the first time, they were stuck in "traffic" ...on a Sunday of a holiday weekend at 10:30pm (no one was on the road). They updated the app once to reflect an additional half hour. ....2 1/2 hours later I was still waiting and A&T refused to pick up BMWs call or my calls to at least acknowledge they were not coming. How do you run a professional tow truck business knowing that the only reason you are being asked to come out is because someone, a human, is in need of assistance. I've already recommended they be removed from an approved roadside vendor and will be calling the BBB.

Completely terrible service. Called them at 3 pm to tow my mother in laws car to our house because she got a flat. The car didn't get here until 9 pm & the driver was very rude when trying to get information. We live in an appartment he left it in the middle of the driveway blocking in the cars of other people and didn't even bother to call and tell us the car was here. Called him and asked him if he could move it to where we're suppose to be parked he said "no oh well"

Abysmal - the absolute worst experience. I waited on the side of a highway for 3 hours for a tow (they told me 60 minutes). I couldn't get in touch with them because their phone service has multiple redirects ending in a message that only Geico representatives are to contact them. I eventually had to get picked up, but when I called Geico (again, there was no directly contacting this company) to make sure the car had been moved, they were told by A&T that the car had been dropped off at the dealership. Well, I checked with the dealership. Nope. So a few calls later I found out that the car had not even been picked up. Sure enough, they got around to it FOUR HOURS after they were initially contacted. I can't believe how poor the service was, and I'm shocked that they outright lied about having completed the job.

USAA sent this tow service out to me this morning. They called me, arrived in less than an hour, and drove me to my mechanic. Driver was very friendly and professional. Truck was clean and comfortable. Would definitely use this tow company again. Thanks for getting me out of the frigid cold!

I don't really write reviews, but they deserve one! Made me wait 4.5 hours for a tow! They never pick up any customer calls, only way to get to them is call AllState and then they pick up right away if they see them calling. They hold a cue to get the most tows possible and just keep accepting tows. Reason I know that is because I spoke to the driver and he said they just called him 20mins prior to arrival (they waited 4 hours just to dispatch him). If I could give 0 stars I would. This did occur on 2 different occasions, and it's not my choice to use them but I really hope AllState just removed them from their service list. Beware!!

This company is the worst towing company. They took my axle off to tow my truck didn t put a seal on it so the oil won t leak out. When they got to where they was taking my truck they didn t put my axle back on. JUST LEFT IT. My truck was towed because it was over heating! I called the company and told me they wasn t send someone to put my axle back on. So now they cause me another problem!!!! PLEASE DONT LET THEM TOW YOUR Vehicle!!! Safe yourself the trouble!!!!!!!!

do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I was driving home from work and an A&T flat bed tow truck cut me off so bad that I had to drive up on the sidewalk in order to avoid him hitting me, then five minutes later both of us was taking the exit for 80 west, he jumps in the exit for the turnpike just so last minute he could cut off other drivers to get back on the exit for 80 west , meanwhile he is towing some person's vehicle.. If this is the way they drive while towing their customer's vehicles, do yourself a favor and stay clear of them....

Scabs of the towing industry steal everyone's calls that people need to put food on the table for their family and run with thier light bars on all day when we get Amber light permits that state they are for emergencies on the side of the road only we are not supposed to use them while driving. They are used to make sure we don't get hit and killed on the side if the highway not for show. It's places like this that no one slows down or moves over because e everyone thinks the lights mean nothing because of companies like this one. Price rite is the same

I don't even want to give this place a one star deserves negative 10 stars sat and waited for 2 hours to find out he doesn't know if he can even get my car on the bed. My car is low so I understand it isn't easy but don't take a job you can't do. Not to mention he suggested just going for it even tho it would rip my bumper off yes there is scratches on the bumper but it's called Bondo guy worse experience I've ever had with any business shouldn't even be called one. Waste of space.

We received service from Anthony in a Price Rite tow truck. He arrived within the time frame expected and was so kind and helpful to us. He was extremely efficient and had a great attitude in dealing with us as we were a little panicked while it was raining too. Thank you Anthony!

I'm writing this review not as a customer, but as someone that had to share the road with these self-important douchebags. Two of their trucks tag team each other to block lanes while driving down the road like they own the interstate, all while blinding everyone on purpose with their beacon and rear work lights on at night. These two punks are a menace and if I wasn't a defensive driver, my family would have been in a wreck.

Tow truck never showed. Called twice, texted & no response. Pretty sure my call was rejected too because it rang once then went to voicemail. Waited an hour in 10 degree weather

Rich (driver) did a great job, came fast and helped me get to the shop fast. Not sure how others are complaining so much when they have no idea the issues theses guys goes through for simply towing a vehicle.

I work for a small business with a fleet of vans and Tony is always extremely helpful with all my repair and towing needs. They are fast and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone for their business or person all repairs.

Would NEVER use this service !!!! While crossing over rt. 23 to turn onto Berkshire Valley Rd. the driver who was in the right lane forced me over the double yellow line so he could pass me. What kind of person drives like this ? He is a danger to others and fails to consider the name of the company is on the truck.

So like most of the people reviewing this terrible company, I've had the same experience where their ETA is never on time. I was stranded on the side of the road for 5 HOURS!!! so they were 4 HOURS LATE. It would've helped a little to even get an update but they dont seem to be very familiar with how the green button on the phone works. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND ROADSIDE SERVICES STOP USING THEM

Used service for flat tire while the driver went above and beyond to help, the owner or supervisor was very nasty. Management needs to be much nicer to staff and for that reason I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Service is horrible. I called them for roadside assitance. They promised an eta of 1 hour plus or minu 10 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later i am still waiting for them to come. They told me 2 updates times which are still off. 20 minutes ago, they assured me they were 2 minutes away. They dont pick up their calls. Ridiculous.

Screw them truck on 78 was changing lanes multipleTimes without signals or anything, called to complain and got hung up on and they refused to state their name or whether they are the owner or manager either, then told me maybe I deserved it

WARNING DRIVERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Horrible service guy lied to his boss and said he called me when he dropped off my car on top of that he dropped it off around the block from my repair shop and he throw my keys in a night box to the wrong business he never called me nor verified the address -, then he clicked on me and my wife and told us to figure it out smh

BY FAR THE MOST HORRENDOUS COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER ON THE ROAD. PLEASE DO NOT DO NOT USE THEM. I WAS GETTING INTO ROUTE 80 WEST LAST NIGHT AND THE DRIVER OF THIS BLACK TOW TRUCK COMPLETELY DISREGARD THE YIELD SIGN MAKING ME ALMOST HIT THE DIVIDER, THEN HE TURNED HIS BACK STOP LIGHTS ON ME SINCE I WAS DRIVING BEHIND HIM AND HIT THE BRAKES TO ALMOST MADE ME COLLIDE INTO HIM. AFTER WE GOT ON THE HIGHWAY HE BROUGHT HIS WINDOW DOWN AND GAVE ME THE FINGER. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COMPANY IS ON BUSINESS, IF HE WAS THE OWNER THEN HE HAS NO SHAME AND IF HE WAS JUST A DRIVER WELL IS PUTTING THE NAME OF THE COMPANY SOO DOWN, EVEN THOUGH I WAS READING THE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY AND IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE. ITS SO SAD THAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE IN BUSINESS!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISTURBING, BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD!!!!!

They take 2-3x longer than their original said time. Owner sets unrealistic ETA's for the employees, at the customers expense. Ended up stranded for 3 hours.

They said they called me to cancel and didn t. I sat there for over an hour waiting just to find out they weren t coming.
