My Toyota Tacoma was in an accident and Washington auto collision was recommended to me by a family friend. The second I met Dale I was at ease and knew the truck would be in good hands. Dale made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. He made sure that the truck was repaired with all OEM parts. He answered my calls always and even let me look at the truck during the different stages of repair. I couldn t be happier with the repair. Everything came out perfect. Color matched to perfection. I ll never use another body shop as long as I m in the tristate area. Thank you to Dale and the staff for being extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommending these guys are Highly responsible and works super fast and quality, God Bless you guys.They help me when my truck's oil leak out and cause some fire on engine section while i drive to Pocono mountains, State Trooper call them and they show up quickly.Just the tip for other guys who wants to save on Tow, make sure you find the parking spot or repair shop before these guys show up, otherwise they will lesve you at close safe locations as a Truck stop etc.

a little over a month ago, my truck unfortunately hit a deer and the only place I thought of was Wash Collision. Dale and his team are awesome. They even picked me up and dropped me off when I didnt have a car to get to them, who does that!! They are very friendly and they are straight up with their work and updates. My truck was just fixed and I couldnt be more happier. I suggest to use Wash Collision for all your body shop and repair needs. Thank you

Dale and his team were very helpful fixing a broken hatchback door on my Explorer. He was good enough to actually stop by our house to look at it, the work was well done, fast and reasonable. This is the 2nd time our family has used them and each time has been a very positive experience. Highly recommend them if you find yourself needing bodywork or repairs.Service: Body & Trim

After having both a tree branch fall on the roof of my Honda Civic AND getting smashed into by a pickup truck in front of my house, I decided to use Washington Collision on the recommendation of neighbors. And I'm glad I did! I worked with Dale and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were able to tow my car from my house to the shop - and also helped me in picking it up, since my husband is disabled. Both claims for the car were handled and fixed in a timely manner. Plus, my car looks brand NEW!! There were some issues with the insurance company and supplemental payments for repairs, but Dale handled everything for me so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs cosmetic work done on their car and will be suggesting them from now on. They were awesome!! Thanks again!

I had to write a review about Washington Collision because in this day and age it is very hard to find a business that is run Old School.I spoke with Dale there who is beyond professional, he made me feel like we knew each other for along time and I was very comfortable with everything he told.Actions speak louder then words and he and Washington Collision went above and beyond!They earned my business forever!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a bad day and ended up being in an accident on the way home.from work last week and they were Profesional and very fair with the price of the tow especially considering the amount of time on scene they spent cleaning up the accident. I would recommend them to anybody I no. Also I don't want to forget to thank the driver Eddy Stout for the great job he did salvaging as many of my Snap-on tools that he could off of the side of my Rt 80 wreck and he did have to do that at all. Thank you very much Eddy, I owe you 1 man and I really appreciate what you did and I won't forget what you did.

Dale and team did a wonderful job fixing my Chevy Transverse which was significantly damaged in an accident. They are extremely reputable, and they certainly look after the customer. I was traveling from Long Island when it happened and read their positive reviews and spoke to Dale and decided to let them fix my vehicle which they did not disappoint. I highly recommend them for all your auto body damages.

Great service! They are skilled professionals. My sister was in town and someone backed into her car. They looked at the car, gave her some options. My sister just wanted to go home after this accident and was upset. They knew she was upset and were mindful of that. They helped her think through the options and together they decided to do just enough to work so she could safely drive home to her auto mechanic. Awesome people!

My vehicle was in an accident and Washington collision was very professional and courteous to myself and my driver. They made the recovery a lot easier with all and I thank them very much. The gentleman on scene should be commended for everything they did for myself, driver, and my business. Can t thank them enough. Professional, courteous, and caring all at the same time. Washington towing saved us from an all-nighter. Being stranded on Rt46 80 West for over 5 1/2 hours. They came to us from a call from a state trooper. Both of the gentlemen tow truckers were the nicest, sweetest, friendly and far beyond professional 2 guys in what they do best. We could not of asked for anything more. They were timely and towed our motor home back home to Dover. Thankyou so much for being honest and pleasant and professional. I would recommend them 100 times over. Mr. & Mrs. Agront

I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and thanks to Washington Collison center, my car looks like new again! Dale was very professional and he even was able to save me a few hundred dollars! Highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.
