Overall amazing experience I worked with Semo, he was very helpful throughout the whole purchase process and worked out a great price. I recommend 100% make sure you check them out if you are looking for a car or need repairs.

I brought car here after a bad experience with another mechanic and also bought a used car from here in the same day. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great people. Bought my 2012 Durango off them. They fixed a few minor issues with it under their own warranty. Speak honest and plain, and shoot you straight. Found a new garage to trust and take vehicles to.

One of the most highly responsive and reasonable mechanic/ sales person ever! I was truly scared that I would not have a truck in time before our second child is born. Fortunately! I was able to get my family a reliable Acura RDX with more than beyond reasonable pricing, I love our new family SUV! Thank you so much, I will be continuing business here for sure!

The best spot to go for quality and affordable used vehicles period. This is the only place I will buy used cars from as I know they stand by their customers even after they leave the lot unlike virtually every other dealer. 5 stars is not enough for Washington auto. They deserve a few more.

Excellent automotive shop. My husband and I have brought our cars to them on several occasions (for everything from oil changes and tune ups to a full exhaust system) and we are always very happy with the service we receive. They are very knowledgeable. We know that any time we bring one of our cars there that not only are we getting an honest assessment of what we need, but it will also be realistically priced, they won't add anything we don't need and we trust the work they do. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for great mechanics.

Washington Auto Repair and the people who work here are wonderful. My family and I will not bring our cars anywhere else. They are so honest, which can be hard to find and do great work at a very fair price. I live out of state at the moment and don t have a place to bring my car that I can trust. However, if I ever need anything or have any car questions, Waseem ALWAYS helps & answers any questions without hesitation. So so glad to have found this place!!

Great Local Business! The guys at Washington Auto Repair are incredibly knowledgeable with ALL makes and models. I service all my vehicles here. Waseem and Martin are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Recently purchased a 2010 Honda Civic as well. Transaction went smoothly and the car runs great. This is the ONLY place that we take our vehicles for service! When you speak with Waseem, you realize immediately that this is the type of person that has a very high degree of integrity. Trust me, you can have the utmost confidence in his abilities, as he is one heck of a mechanic! We enjoy giving our business to this gentleman because he very genuine, honest and accommodating. Buying a car for my teenage daughter was such an awesome experience. Waseem, the owner, found her the perfect car and worked with me on my terms for payment. He also made sure that my daughter was safe by checking out every detail of the car. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from Washington Auto Repair.

Love these guys! They took my car without an appointment. Replaced two wheel bearings and I got my car back the same day! Such kind people! Would've gotten totally ripped off at a dealership; so glad I took my car here. This place gives you quality parts for good prices. 10/10

Owner Waseem is a great mechanic and most importantly, a man of integrity! He installed a fuel pump and sensor in my 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis. He spent a lot of time to ensure what was wrong and was very fair with the cost. As a senior, this means everything! You have a loyal customer! Thank you!

Waseem was extremely helpful and friendly!! He went above and beyond for me! I was very nervous about buying a used car, however Waseem calmed my fears. He was very knowledgeable about his products. He also works very hard to ensure that your visit is pleasant. He also doesn't make you feel pressured, like other shops do. Plus you cant beat his prices!! If you are looking for friendly helpful service, a great deal, and a reliable car, then stop looking and come visit Waseem!! You definitely wont regret it!!!

Moved to the Washington area 12 months ago and decided to use a local mechanic for my auto needs. Found Washington Auto and have had no regrets. Chief mechanic Waseem has proven to be reliable, trustworthy and appears to be very honest. No regrets and very happy with my decision.

I just reconnected with Wasseem from years ago. I use to go to him for my car repairs at another establishment. I called him today and told him the problem and he fixed it immediately. He is an upfront mechanic and he now has all of my business. I'm very happy that he is doing well owning his own shop. Fair prices and excellent service. Give him a try, you won't regret it. This dealership and the owner were great, everything was done promptly and professionally. The vehicle was in great condition and I honestly couldn t think of any way the business could have done anything any better. I live 6 hours away from here but will definitely be coming back for future business.

If your looking for a ride come talk to Raam he is the man, very helpful and the shop looks good. I checked out a few trucks on there yard and was impressed. Gotta check them out for a new used car.

I was in the area for a bit visiting family and needed some routine maintenance. I just looked for any repair shop and found this place and got my brakes done. The mechanic, Waseem, was very helpful and knowledgeable about my basic car needs, and most importantly, he was honest. He wasn't trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I took his business card, and a couple of months later, I needed a new car. I called him and asked if he can get the car I want with the specs I want. I just wanted something practical and economical. I bought my 2009 Nissan Versa from him and I've had it now for the past few months and couldn't be happier. The car is fantastic and very reliable for my daily commute. I now go to Waseem for most of my car maintenance needs.Highly recommended!

I bought a used 2007 Jeep for my daughter as a 2nd car and Waseem was very helpful in making me comfortable that I was getting a good deal. I had a starter wire that needed to be replaced almost right away and he made sure that it was completed and apologized that had not replaced it before I bought it. I feel that Waseem would work with anyone to make sure they are satisfied with his product and workmanship so that he maintains his reputation. I went there solely from google reviews.

Being in the automotive industry since 1989, I can honestly say that I would only do business with a select few folks in this business. Working for both BMW and Mercedes-Benz, you have a level of expectation in dealing with car dealerships. Waseem met all my expectations when I was searching for my 16 year old daughter s first car. We purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback from Waseem and were pleased with his honesty and integrity. He will disclose everything about his vehicles and makes sure you drive off happy. This kind of transparency is very rare in this business. Waseem will do everything to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and I look forward to doing business with him again.

Waseem is a wonderful and friendly mechanic I went to visit him for a oil change and made it his business to open up a hour early for me so I can get to work at a reasonable time, Eli greeted me the next day and assisted as well. I recommend anyone to stop in and get thier car serviced here. I plan on continuing my professional relationship with Waseem and Washington Auto Repair. Great group of guys and good prices as well

I was looking for a Jeep for my 21 year old son to take to Vermont. Waseem was immediately very accommodating and my first impression was that he was just trying to sell a vehicle. I quickly learned that he is an honest person. He lived up to all of his guarantees and delivered without any hesitation. It's hard to find anyone, let alone someone in the automotive business, that is RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY! I would recommend Washington Auto to anyone. Thank you again Weseem!
