I m going to talk from my experience with this auto body ::Robin, the person who answers questions and the phone, was pretty helpful and gave me some good advice on how to deal with my insurance company, but that s all. My vehicle was there for almost 2 months, and after all that time and a whole bunch of lies about when my vehicle was going to be ready, they finally call me to come pick up my vehicle. What a disappointment. Their paint work is awful, they painted my hood and clear coated over a whole bunch of imperfections. i will upload pictures. They over sprayed some trim areas,. They scratched my windshield, and used an old and broken seal strip around it. Save yourself a headache people and just go somewhere else. Like i said, this is my experience with these people. Maybe others had a better experience than mine. i would not recommend this place to anyoneServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

My daughter's SUV was in an accident and Stew's did a GREAT job, but that's not all. After she got it back, she eventually noticed the heat for the driver's side floor was blowing, but not reaching your feet. The vehicle was warm inside but your feet were FREEZING. We went to every repair shop the truck had been at hoping someone had the part that was removed, but mistakenly not re-installed. Stew's was our last stop., (Mind you we're busy, you don't always need the heat, and this is 1+ year after they worked on it.) They couldn't have been more accommodating. They checked the records, looked at the problem and ordered the missing part. A few days later it was installed, no charge. ANY towing or autobody work we need in the future will be done by Stew's. You can trust them and I'm more than happy to refer them to friends and family. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

My insurance company had arranged a tow with Stew's for an insurance claim. The gentleman who came to tow my husband's vehicle was awesome. Jim, was kind and knowledgeable, and also reassuring.

So my car was stationary in Hackettstown Shoprite when someone hit us and left their green pain and no note (didn't really expect one) and a huge gash in our car's driver's rear bumper. There was some other internal damage we couldn't see and I took it to our mechanic - Jeremy at Dave's Friendly Service - who called Stew's Auto Body and we left the car with them last week and picked the car up today. We didn't have to pay much cause our deductible is low so the bumper repair they did was amazing and it looks even better than it did with the original bumper. The car even feels more level and drives better ironically. We recommend Stew's Auto Body & Towing, Inc for repairs - we were also towed once by them and they were very fair.Service: Painting

Another review so I'm just reviewing on a towing issue that the state police of New Jersey police town Washington . But Stews finally did make the releasing of my son in law car. They listened and offered ideas. Thank you stews. People we need to do something about when the cars get towed. Away while in a accident. Price should be more affordable.

I was referred to Stew's by my mechanic and my experience has been that the customer service as well as the service itself is outstanding. They helped manage some difficulties with the insurance company and the car was ready when they has said it was ready. Everyone in there from office to shop staff was friendly asking interested in how I was doing and genuinely seem to care about me. I can highly recommend Stew's!

I hit a deer just over a month ago. Stew's was recommended to me by several people so I took my car to them. I just got it back today and it looks great. They did very good work fixing the hood and replacing the grill, headlight etc. It took longer to get my car back than I was expecting but they are a small shop so keep that in mind. When my rental insurance coverage ran out a few days ago, Stew's covered the rental cost of another car for 2 days so I could get to work without any additional out of pocket. That was very nice of them to do so as many businesses wouldn't go that extra mile for the customer. I would use them again if needed.

My wife's car was towed there after a crash. They were extremely helpful, friendly and truly concerned about her and the car. Everyone treated us like old family friends. When we went over to clean out personal property from the now totalled wreck-no problem. We are not even residents of the same county! Good people to deal with.

I had a very good experience with this shop. Other Shops wanted to charge me much more than these guys did and the work came out really nice. If you are unfortunate enough to get into an accident give these guys a call they were very nice and did great work.

Greedy, dishonest, and stupid.I would rate zero star if there is such an option.My friend's car had an accident and was towed here. Due to exterior and internal damage the car was totaled. The woman in charge here told me no less than 10 times the car was worthless and no one was going to buy it and offered to tow the car to a junk yard for free. I refused to believe her nonsense and easily found a salvage buyer who offered decent dollars with several valuable parts left to me. If I believed her lies the money would go to her pocket.Avoid this place.

Super fair prices. Towed my horse trailer back from Newark after the tongue broke off. Have wonderful business ethics and have always been pleasant to talk with.

Ridiculously overblown charges for an out of state driver. It's a long story but they went out of their way to inconvenience & overcharge my friend. They were trying to get him to give up & forfeit his car so they could resell it.

My name is John and I'm in precision renovation and handyman service and a towing company students Auto body help me out very dearly by giving me a person's name and number that was able to come out and fix my truck very good reliable people been in the area long time and I'd recommend them several other towing companies that I know in town that have done work for me and didn't help me these are people that didn't know me and wanted to help and any helped

They priced gouged me during the last snow storm. Charged over $400 to tow me less than 8 miles. I would never give them business because of this. They clearly take advantage of people.

I stopped in to get an estimate for a scratch and they fixed it and did not charge me because all it needed was some paint thinner and buffing. I will certainly return if I need work done.

The young lady in the front office, miss robin, really knows her stuff. Catastrophic accidents don't seem so bad at stews.
