These guys are rock stars!! I purchased my 2023 Hummer EV from them and the whole transaction was absolutely seamless! Ken, Amanda, Matt and Dan were awesome every step of the way!! There are a lot of Chevy Buick GMC dealerships to choose from in New Jersey but none have the best customer experience like Rossi!!

Everyone I dealt with at Rossi was top notch and extremely professional. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. They made the 300 mile drive well worth it deal with them. They are getting the first chance the next time we need a new vehicle.

I ended up not buying from this dealership, but I wanted to say Draco and the managers were very respectful, patient, and offered good prices for the vehicles they showed me. I would recommend scheduling test drives with this dealership. Side note, Rossi's transparency when showing me the cars and the cars' service histories was very appreciated.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Rossi. Mark was my sales rep, really good guy. Also worked with Ken and Mike during the process of my purchase which was a great experience. After the purchase Steven walked me through all the features on my car and got me set up! Best all around VIP like experience buying a car in my life. They do the car buying experience right. Other dealships should take notes! I live out of state and will definitely make the trip back there again to buy my next vehicle.Great job! And Thank you!

I had the pleasure of doing a deal with Nick @ Rossi regarding a Chevy Trax. Probably the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. Starting with my initial phone call to check if a specific "pre-owned" truck was still in stock. It just got better when I arrived and instead of "sitting down and talking" about the truck the salesman, Ralph, whom I did't realize at the time was actually the sales manager asked if I wanted to go right out and see the truck. Which is exactly what I wanted. I figured it may save a whole lot of time. The truck looked very nice, with that he was quick to get a plate for the test drive. With a little levity, it seemedlike I was being treated like a friend instead of a customer. When I came back from the test drive I sat down with Ralph and after a short discussion I decided that I was going to purchase the truck. Since I had to come back the next day, I was transferred to a very competent salesman, Rob. Rob was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional with a sense of humor that made me feel relaxed and confident that I was getting a solid deal.I came back Friday to make the purchase and Rob made everything go smoothly with the assistance of Ashley handling the financial end of the purchase. The final contact was with Steven, the Technology guy who knew that with my "salt & pepper hair" it would probably be better if he linked my phone to my new truck and he was absolutely correct.Overall, an excellent team from beginning to end. It didn't seem like I was shopping for a vehicle but among friends.Thank you one and all at Rossi for making this experience a pleasurable one. Well done!

Was promised a truck would be in stock mid December. Put down a deposit to hold. Truck never showed up on date when promised. I proceeded with purchasing another vehicle in lieu of waiting. Rossi has yet to refund my deposit after promising me multiple times they have. Not trustworthy and now have to get my bank involved.

I walked in the dealership with 4 trucks that I was interested in 3 out of 4 were there and Mark Lutz who was very pleasant to deal with went over all of them with what they have and all options took 2 of them for a ride one was Sierra 2500 and other was Tahoe,well I fell in love with the Sierra and bought it . Amanda took care of all the paperwork for me in a timely manner and was very pleasant and helpful and Hayleigh described and explained all the tech stuff in the truck and got my app working and my OnStar and Xm radio set up . everyone there is very friendly and pleasant I would definitely do business with Rossi Chevrolet in the future

My husband and I purchased our 2021 Chevy Equinox here on Friday and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the start Jhoan reached out from my online inquiry and helped me over the phone, where other dealerships lacked. At our first visit we met with Dan, and he helped get us into our new ride. There was no haggling, no going back and forth, and no pressure. They were able to get us to the payment we needed and had the vehicle ready for us so we were in and out quickly. I researched a lot of dealerships before heading to one and I have to say, everyone went out of their way to make us feel like family. Do yourself a favor and visit Rossi for all of your new and used car buying needs.

This dealer treated me like no other dealer has. . They went above and beyond in every single aspect of the sale from open, easy, Hassle free transparent communication to being just down right exquisite in their knowledge of the vehicles they are selling. Today they sold me a hd diesel that I never imagined I would be able to have the opportunity to purchase and did it with such ease that I am certain I will be going straight to them for my next purchase. I hated new vehicle shopping until today! Thanks to the entire crew for knocking it it out of the park today!

Rob was very friendly, he worked really hard at getting us the car we wanted. He listened to our needs and wasn t forcing a sale. After we decided on the GMC Terrain, he let both my wife and I test drive the car while we watched our little guy. The hardest part was not getting the color we wanted, only because there was no stock, but the entire Rossi team made up for this by adding maintenance packages and warranty coverage options.

Have had our 2012 Traverse LT always serviced at Rossi s since its purchase. Every interaction has been courteous and pleasant. I am certain that Rossi s quality has extended the life of the car now at 105,000 miles.

Rossi has really screwed me, my truck has been down for 7 months, waiting for a part. (Let alone buying a car from them while this one was down, it has been nothing but problems) After going threw all the hoops to get this expedited. I got called by a manager from GMC HQ and was told my part came into Rossi. I called up to confirm and ultimately Rossi gave my part to someone else. Now my current estimated part arrival is three months from now. Didn t think there would be such a lack of communication with Rossi after explaining the whole situation to them. Telling them that this part will be rushed from GM HQ. Even still after calling 6 times there s very limited concern or communication.

At first I was greeted with open arms as I first walked in compared to other Chevy dealers. Rossi has one goal and that s to make their customers happy. Rob was my salesman and he was excellent he showed me a variety of trucks and told me what was selling and what wasn t. In all rob helped me and my fianc� find what we needed/loved in a truck and walk out happy. We are very appreciative of how the staff treated us. I don t think I ll ever waste my time going to another dealership again. I d recommend Rossi to the moon and back!

My truck was scheduled for oil change and lube and the check engine light was on and truck was running a bit rough. I called and they took the truck earlier to do diagnostic and they resolved the issue and did the service as scheduled. I thank them for completion of this service in one day.

Today I purchased my brand new 2023 Buick Encore GX from Rossi Chevrolet Buick GMC, and I couldn't be more excited! If you are in the market for a new car, drive straight to Washington, NJ and do not make any stops along the way! The entire process was so easy, and everyone I worked with at the dealership was fantastic! From the General Manager, Marty, who made this deal happen, Erik Penyak (Finance Manager) who explained all my financial options with zero pressure, Eric Kunkle (Product Specialist) who made the delivery process so enjoyable, and of course Steven Polaski who got me all set up with my technology (probably the most exciting and important part for me), this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Pat and the Service Team at Rossi are top notch. The team at Rossi completely debunk old beliefs that dealer service may not be honest and/or is overpriced - Pat and the team always operate with complete honesty and integrity. The technicians are top notch and always stand by their work. I've been going to Rossi for years and every single interaction has been nothing but completely positive. I highly recommend Rossi, and it's clear from the other 675+ great reviews that my experience is not unique.

Every team member that I had the privilege of interacting with blessed me by their professional knowledge with kindness and respect. Each person heard and validated my needs. They allowed me to express my concerns and to ask questions as I attempted to fully understand the process I was engaging in. Not one interaction gave me "pushy salesperson" vibes. I actually decided to enter the showroom on a whim one morning I was free because of the timely, considerate and friendly voicemail I received from Rossi upon my earlier inquiries. Your team stood out from the rest and showed great patience with me as a person who rarely comes up for air to respond or appear! ;)
