We ended up having bigger problems with our Expedition than expected. Brian at Puleo s delivered the news to us with understanding and patiently walked me through the different scenarios of what could happen if we fixed everything or not. They got the work done quickly and well and my vehicle is running very smoothly now. I feel that this shop works hard to keep up with their customers needs. They are incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

After being told by another garage that they couldn't fix my car, I had taken my car to Puleo's. The guys at Puleo's went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my car. They had kept me updated with everything that had to be done to the car, prices were very reasonable, and great customer service. I highly recommend these guys to anyone. Puleo's customer service is the BEST. Had an emergency and need to get brakes done on one of my vehicles. I dropped off at midnight using key drop, (they did not know I was coming) they had a detailed estimate texted to me by 9:30 am, I approved and my car was done later that afternoon! I need brake pads all around, rotors all around, front calipers and new brake fluid, as well as an oil change. BRAVO !!!!

Last minute appointment, but as always they fit me in answered any questions or concerns I had they make you feel as a customer, you matter!!! They always make time for me and I always appreciate it, I just wish there was more of an incentive to get repairs done, for instance if your check engine light is on and they hook it up to the diagnostic machine I totally understand there is a fee but feel it would hurt another less if you agree to them fixing the problem by waiving the test fee, but I get it after all it is a business, maybe a Keychain or mini flashlight to hand out around the holidays is a good idea, although the calendar I got on my last visit was very much appreciated highly recommend these guys been going to this place for 6 years now

Just moved in the area a year ago and when asking for recommendations on mechanics, I was repeatedly told to go go Puleo s Auto Clinic. They re responsive and took my car in next day and was finished so fast. Puleo s & their crew were the most respectful men I have ever encountered in this business! They were straight up & honest with me regarding my vehicle & also did an amazing job on my son s vehicle! You get what you pay for, you pay these guys that little extra and you get every penny's worth. Puleos has been my go to. They're quick, do good work, and always keep you in the loop of what your options and cost will be. I went for an oil change appointment about 5 minutes early, working the overnight shift, I was pretty tired, the waiting area has the most comfortable sofa! The crew of about 4 came in on time and they were like a well oiled machine. Each got their assignments and off they went. My car was done in about 25 minutes! What a relief! I ve been driving this car for a year with winter tires, and I asked them if they can take a look at it if there s any damage with the steering I don t know, I was told that you re not supposed to drive a car with winter tires during off-season. After the oil change they said they checked the tires and the steering everything was fine, when they could have told me I needed a new tires, but they were completely honest about it, and didn t try to sell me something I was not prepared for. They were very professional, efficient, polite and fast. I also asked about getting stronger hi beams and they gave me information on what kind of bulbs I needed and so on, very very friendly. I would highly recommend them. Puleo s are straight shooting, upstanding and an honest crew.

Highly recommend! Puleo's is our go-to for servicing both our vehicles (2). The staff is always very nice and accommodating. They are tech-savy and even have an app to book appointments and check on service history, etc., which seems super rare for auto mechanics. This was the second time we brought a car for service at Puleo's. During the previous visit, we had rear brakes replaced on our Honda. We were happy with that service so we brought in our other Honda for a safety check due to a noise during acceleration. A problem was not found. However, a complete safety check was done and we were told the car was safe to drive. We want to thank the crew at Puleo's for being thorough and honest. I moved to the area about 3 years ago and during the move my truck had problems. I needed to find a place that can be trusted, and lucky for me I took my car here. Use them for everything since then. Quality people that do quality work. I brought 2 cars in for service for the first time to Puleo's. The scheduling process was fast and simple. Both vehicles were repaired as required in a timely fashion and a fair price. I was advised when the repair was complete and the car was handled with care, evident by protective floor mat coverings.The vehicles are operating like new. Paul, John and the team at Puleo s are excellent, they are the real deal. Over the years I have had two Toyotas and a Volkswagen serviced here and every time I am impressed by their fast turnaround time, knowledge, and quality of work. Also, they have never pressured me to get work done that was not necessary. Their pricing is very fair and on point as well. Other mechanics in the area take too long to get the work done and overcharge you. Every time I have had a car serviced at Puleo s it has been done right the first time.

After tire replacement, I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and brake inspection. Puleo's determined that we were in need of pad and rotor replacement. They were upfront with their pricing and did not surprise me with any other charges or unnecessary repairs. Brian and his staff are very friendly and informative. We have been using Puleo s for all of our car care needs since we moved to the area over a decade ago. From the first time we visited they were friendly, honest, fair and professional. We have had many types of repairs done and numerous sets of tires installed on several different vehicles and the work performed was always done correctly and in a timely manner. They always take the time to thoroughly explain issues and necessary repairs (and give different options, when applicable) and answer any and all questions. At Puleo s we feel confident that we are getting the job done right at the right price, every time. HIGHLY recommend. I was stranded in NJ right after Thanksgiving.... Bad timing, every garage in the area was completely busy for the week.I chose this place through AAA. Took over a week to even look at the car, which I understand. It was only a little annoying that I got mixed messages from two different people about exactly when they started looking, but I can still recommend this place easily. Ended up being a simple fix that I thought was much worse. Little over $1k for 4 coil packs and spark plugs on mazda3.

Having recently moved, my husband and I were concerned with finding a reputable, reliable and knowledgeable mechanic in our area. This is my second time using Puleo's Auto for my CRV. They fixed my power steering and performed a 10-point safety check to make sure nothing else was faulty.
