I am satisfied with the work they completed on my car. There was a bit of a wait to get it into the shop but I was told they're the best and it would be well worth the wait.

J&D worked wonders on repairing my Mustang after I got into an accident with a deer. Their professionalism and attention to detail kept my mind at ease knowing my special car was in good hands. I was able to get weekly updates on the progress which was wonderful. I have her back and she is looking better than ever! I got in a minor accident in mid- April that required a good bit of work. I have a vehicle that is somewhat uncommon and my dad suggested J&D as they'd done work on vehicles he'd owned in the past. Let me just say that I am more than impressed and very happy with the work they did for me. I supplied some parts that aren't very common in the US and J&D did the rest.They fabricated, fitted, and made everything look good as new and even agreed to do some extra touch-ups unrelated to the accident elsewhere on the vehicle. I had my car back in my driveway just a couple of weeks later, and even after noticing some imperfections that I wanted to catch early, they took the car back a second time and remedied that too. They were able to paint match to an obscure Nissan paint code that was only used in Japan from 1999 to 2002, and it is impossible to tell the difference.In addition to the outstanding job they did, the staff are polite, personable, and will talk you through the process of the repair. They even took progress photos along the way so I could see the different steps they took. I'd 100% recommend them, import, classic, or otherwise. This shop was recommended by our insurance provider 23 years ago when we had our first encounter with a deer.Now my grown children use them as well.You can rest assured that they will do high quality work. I would never go any place else.

In my years of experience, it is a rare occurrence that a commercial operation goes above and beyond the basics. However, I found that J&D Auto Body accomplished this due in part to their proactive employee Lisa who went out of her way to ensure that my truck part was delivered to the shop so that the repairs needed were completed in a timely manner. After being rear ended they gave me on the spot assistance as well as finished my car a day early. Once again it looks pristine and new. Had these guys change door pins in an old Ford truck, they completed the work fast and when they said they would. They even took the extra time to straighten out the front fenders and hood to get it looking sharp as ever. They also fluid filmed all the hinges and the tail gate hinges when I never even mentioned the tailgate all for a great price. I wouldn't take my cars and truck anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

They don't even deserve a star. Nothing but problems with my truck ever since I got it back. First they didn't replace the brake and caliper on where the truck was hit. Now the check engine lights on, it runs terrible, no heat and the truck overheats. Had to drop it off at Ford today. I'm hoping they can fix it. Thumbs down with that crew at J&D.

Hit a huge piece of steel sitting in middle lane of I-78 at night. Tore bottom off of core support, condenser, radiator, intercooler and oil pan -- and obliterated the front apron. These super-nice fellows were the ones that State Farm recommended, and sure enough they very politely agreed to fetch and tow my car from an Exxon station on a Saturday morning after the accident.True to their word, they had the car completely repaired and back to me in 10 business days -- and it was absolutely better-than-new. Car looked and drove better than when I last drove it. They even picked me up at the nearest Park & Ride, 15 miles south in Clinton, and had my car out front of their shop shining like new.I drove the car 8.5 hours to Charlotte without fear or incident. These guys are the nicest, best and most professional auto body folks I have experienced in nearly 4 decades of driving. Do not take your car anywhere else.

Incredible job on quickly and professionally dealing with replacing a front bumper, grid, etc. on our Toyota Highlander! I was able to schedule the fix within a week, - dropped it off on a Tuesday and picked it up that Friday morning in time for the holiday weekend, - that's great service!

My husband & I got trapped on route 57 as we were driving home and our engine seized up during the flood . Literally called maybe 5 or 6 tow companies, all of them were either out of area , no trucks available , 45minute - 2 hour wait ... I called J&D and immediately said 10 mins we ll have a tow out for ya , not even 10 mins later get a phone call that the truck is about to pull up .I thought it was going to be astronomical to be towed , but for a fair price & a quick tow , I would be glad to recommend this company to ANYONE in a quick need of a tow in the Washington / Stewartsville area .Thank you J&D !! Being as my first time having to call a tow truck , I felt as though you were so quick and on top of it , I couldn t be more grateful for your help today! You all deserve a raise because 5 out of 5 stars doesn t do justice !

We have 2 - 17 yr old drivers in the family, J & D is the only place that we take our cars.Always reliable, always up front, and always honest. I do recommend them to anyone.We just had a 2003 Volkswagon Passat that had a deer run into the side of it. Fixed better than the day we bought it.Also a 2011 Chevy HHR front end damage, fixed and looks as good as the day I bought it.

Very professional and personal family feeling as they gave me a ride home because the rental car place was taking too long and backed up.Answered every question I had.Repaired my Nissan frontier as if it was Brand new.Didn't just do the repair Gave me the feeling as this is my body shop for life.

My father recently had his 2002 Toyota Camry towed here due to the fact that HIS insurance company uses this SKETCHY and UNLAWFUL place!My dad had full collision and comprehension on his car through his insurance. My dad was concerned about having to pay to keep the car there until insurance arrived to deem it was totaled. The gentlemen at the desk told my dad the only way he would NOT be charged would be to hand over the title. My dad thinking that the auto body and insurance company were working together had no hesitation giving him the title to "hold" until the insurance agent arrived to determine whether the car was totaled or could be repaired.What makes this even worse is the BS they told the insurance company. THEY SAID, "OH WE ONLY ASSUMED SINCE THE CAR WAS SO OLD HE DIDN'T HAVE COLLISION OR COMPREHENSION ON IT, SO THAT IS WHY WE SAID WE HAD TO HAVE THE TITLE IN ORDER TO NOT CHARGE HIM FURTHER!"They are liars and thieves and this will NOT be left as is. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

It's a very professional and and they have very well trained technicians to work on your car so it'll be done right the first time without extra pieces I would recommend them 100%
