They charge you a complete different amount they quote you over the phone. I was told it'd cost $44 to change my front decal. Ended up paying $169. Their excuse is they are no longer smith motor company and are fred beans so the prices increased.....alright then call and tell the customer that before doing the work so they're not shocked at the price when picking up their car. Communicate!

It's a great experience with Smith Ford I own Blews Brothers Auto body Auto truck repair I dealt with them for over 30 years the parts people are excellent people to deal with great experience five stars

i purchased a brand new ford focus ST from Smith motors back in August. i was upside down with negative equity in my dodge ram 1500, by $8,000. my truck was appraised at johnson dodge for $18,500, when i brought my truck to Smith ford, they offered me $23,500 for my used dodge ram!! Then they found $4,500 worth of rebates to take off of my new ford focus ST. They wiped out all my negative equity AND saved me 4500 dollars of my new vehicle. 10/10 for the guys at Smith Motors
