I was very pleased with the service I received at Mikes Auto Body Shop. They go over and above to please the customer. Very pleased with the repairs to my vehicle. The car was washed and looks like a new car again. They also replaced a dead battery for me. I couldn t be happier. The staff are all very friendly as well.

They did a great job on my car. I have taken previous car is there casually and they are always perfectionists.Tara was easy to work with. I was happy that everything was ready when I dropped my car off and I didn't have to wait at all. When I went to pick up the car it was just as easy and quick.

Such a great experience. I was updated about the progress of my car all through the repair process. My car looks awesome and cleaner than when I dropped it off. Will definitely recommend!!

I was hit while at a stop and had to have my care fully repaired by Mike s. The repairs took longer than expected, but I believe that was just due to part delays. Overall, the shop was very friendly, kind, helpful. They did a wonderful job with the repairs and there is no difference from before I was hit. I feel confident that if I every needed body work, Mike s would do a solid job.

I had damage on my driver's side from when another driver sideswiped me on the highway. It was dented and scratched, the front rim was messed up, and I had pinstriping that needed to be custom painted after the dents and scratches were removed. It took about a week, but my car looked like the day I got it- practically new again. They are highly-skilled professionals who do top-quality work.

Amazing experience! They fixed the work another shop recommended by insurance had botched. I highly recommend Mikes and if I ever need work done they are my go to! Friendly staff and great work!

Mike's is so nice and efficient. When Mavis told me I needed a collision shop to fix a sensor in my car I was so glad to know them. They also fixed my car when it was in an accident. They're awesome. The car is still going strong.

Mike's to the rescue! After our car broke down on Route 78 at 10:30pm and we had OnStar working to set up a tow, we called Mike's on our own and they were able to get to us in record time. If we had waited for the other tow service, we would have been stranded on the highway for hours. The tow truck driver from Mike's was there very quickly, was highly professional, and had our Suburban safely on the flatbed within minutes. Very trustworthy, family-run business that I highly recommend.

My friend dented the tailgate to my f150 and brought my truck here to get fixed. These guys did the best job ever they fixed the tailgate and hinges with no issues. They detailed the truck and cleaned the wheels and polished the truck completely, it's that little extra that makes you value a dedicated business. I've been to many body shops before and these guys have a new customer for life! Only issue is my friend called too late to daycare the old tailgate. Not the shops fault at all just seemed like such a waste to throw out a 90% perfect tailgate.

Fantastic experience! After getting getting banged up from a truck that didn t stop, I went over to Mike s as I live in the neighborhood.Kevin gave me both a full estimate as well as a cheaper one to repair what I had rather than replace all parts, as the car has high mileage to begin with. I went with the lower cost & 2 days later, they got me in and took care of it all the same day! I am extremely happy with how it looks as it far exceeded my expectations!Definitely will return for all my auto needs & highly recommend to others as well!Service: Body & Trim

Had my Audi A4 repaired at Mike's after a rear end collision. The car was taken in, inspected, and repaired promptly and correctly. Paint match was excellent! On top of that, my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. It seemed like the team really went above and beyond to work with Geico and myself. While I can't speak to the longevity of the repair yet, the lifetime warranty has me covered just in case. Highly recommend Mike's!

Don t recommend- take your vehicle elsewhere for repairs. My repair took a week longer then it was supposed too. Not once did I get a phone call giving us an update- I had to call multiple times for the status of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, there was very low tire pressure (didn t send it in with that) first thing I had to do was fill up my tire when I left the shop. Inside of my vehicle was left extremely dirty. White dust everywhere. Repair itself was decent- only reason for 2 stars.

Mikes Auto body has worked on my car several times, they do a phenomenal job! Very professional and its always perfect. He takes the misery out of dealing with other insurance companies if someone hits your car. Highly recommended!!

Process took longer than estimated, but I was reimbursed and compensated for the inconvenience. The staff was professional through the process.Also, my car needed the front fender replaced. The paint job was excellent, which was expected. What was not expected was how well the inside of the car was cleaned-it looks brand new. I was not expecting that at all. So my thanks for that little bit of extra.

If I can give less than a 0 I would. My van came back with missing parts and drives wrong. Very disappointed in the service here, the owner just isn't able to control his workers and they are running the place in the ground for him although he's doing a great job of it himself. We spoke to Mike about what they are doing wrong and he clearly does not care about walk in customers and just banks on car crash tows and Is unwilling to address his problems. They slam the door in your face, lose your keys, make you cross the highway by foot to pee, argue with you, forget about making repairs, order the wrong penske trucks and just stress you out. I definitely suggest staying away ! They aren't anything special

My truck was in an auto accident and the other driver has Geico insurance that has people that has a office right at Mike's Auto body and he only fixes what they say he can fix they broke a parking brake cable and the first thing he said was have to see what the insurance says about it. So in there mined they brake it you have to pay for it just to cover there mistakes I will never recommend this Auto body shop to anyone. Good luck if you have to deal with them.

Stand-up business. I had an issue with my car and after Pete had looked at it and gave me an estimate, it kind of resolved itself. He did not charge me or coax me into unnecessary repairs. That kind of honesty is much appreciated.
