Amazing service! I brought my Lotus in for various work. Reyner (apologies if misspelled) was extremely helpful and forthcoming. Saved me a bunch of money as well. Will definitely be bringing all my cars there!

This place is awesome. They did a really nice job on my car. Waiting area is top notch with complementary snacks and drinks. You can tell they deal with some really nice cars, but they washed up my Toyota just as well.

Took my 14 Audi S7 there to get a hand wash and light interior detail. Car turned out fantastic! The staff were extremely nice and professional. They love cars, and you can feel it when they talk to you and by the quality of their work. I will certainly be doing more detail work with them again.

After a summer of parking my car in an outdoor lot in the city, it had acquired grime that just wouldn t come off in a regular hand wash. I decided to bring it to Shedlock Auto Care for a detail and I m thrilled that I did. The staff was communicative and friendly and the facility is top notch. They had a quick turnaround and I was amazed when I saw the car, it hadn t looked that pristine since the day I drove it off the lot. I will 100% be coming back here regularly and I highly recommend them for all your car care needs.Service: Auto detailing

Just bought an incredibly mint 2011 BMW 328xi from the incredible crew at Shedlock Auto. I could not be happier. they are all so kind, there. I think they were just as happy as I am. the price was great and the mileage is low. It was a done deal in one day. what's not to love about Shedlock?

I just had our cars detailed and had no idea they did service, had them do my tires and oil change while I waited. So convenient to have it all done under one roof. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Very Professional and super friendly staff. My car had a bit of an emergency and their staff, especial Rainer, were very accommodating. They welcomed me into their show room and offered me coffee and snacks while I waited for my car s issue to be diagnosed. Their communication on the issue and what it would take to fix it was detailed and precise. My biggest take away was that despite my car not being a 6-figure car, they still treated me as if it was. Thank you Shedlock!

Shedlock did an amazing job tinting my car windows. Their customer service is excellent. I chose the 20% tint and couldn t be happier. Keeps the car cool and gives added privacy without hindering vision. The car looks great! It was definitely worth the cost. Highly recommend their service.

I was referred to Shedlock Motors by a friend when I needed my car detailed. All I can say is WOW. My car looked perfect, like it just came out of a showroom. Everyone at customer service was amazing and very professional. The place was very organized and spotless. On top of that, they have great cars to sell, so next time I need a car, I will definitely buy one from here. I highly recommend this place!

I took my mom's car for a detail and if I would have known she would be that happy about the outcome; I would have done it earlier and frequently. My mother was damn near in tears; tears of joy. Shedlock provides excellent service and transparent pricing. Joe is an absolute joy to deal with. You have a customer for life!

I typically do not write reviews however I felt that the wonderful experience I was given should be shared. I had been in the market for a Toyota 4Runner for a long time and was having a very difficult time finding one for what would be considered a reasonable price. After hearing a multitude of dealership horror stories I was told through an employee (Rainer) to try Shedlock. He assured me that he would walk me through the purchasing process personally. Not only did Rainer deliver on his promise but he went above and beyond to ensure that we found the right vehicle. He never once pressured me (as a stereotypical car dealer might) nor did I feel rushed. The entire experience truly just felt like a good friend trying to help get me the best deal possible. If I could rate this car shopping experience higher than 5 stars I would. It has been a talking point for every conversation I have had since. When people tell me they are looking to do anything regarding a car my response will now always be Go to Shedlock .

Shedlock deserves a "10" star review! Our entire experience was outstanding from the moment we inquired about their services and every step thereafter. The engine scrub, headlight cleaning, interior detailing right through to their fixing an exterior dent --- was SPECTACULOR! We intend to refer other customers!!! Thank you to Barre, and the entire staff, who made our SUV shine again! They love their profession and it really shows!!!

Fantastic place for a one stop shop! I was able to sell my car to them and purchase my dream car. They took the time to find me the best possible vehicle. Best part is, I can service all my vehicles needs, wash it, and even store it while I m away. Joe is one of a kind, and the staff are phenomenal.

I have been doing business with Shedlock for 10 years now. Even back when they had just a couple stalls in the local Exxon station. Over that time they have always been customer first! Just had my 2016 MB E400 tinted and detailed and it looks better than when I first bought the car. They took the time to work out even the smallest imperfections, really could not recognize the car. I was thinking on trading it in as I was getting a bit tired of the car, however it is a complete transformation. You guys rock and saved me thousand on a trade and purchase on a new vehicle.

Joe Adam and the staff are by far the most attentive knowledgeable and conscientious and caring group. They provided me with fabulous experiences more than once The storage is impeccable Hand car washing is incredible. The place is elegant and by far the best place to purchase any car anywhere !! I am so happy I stumbled upon this place! They have by far exceeded my expectations.I ve had my car washed and serviced here several times. From the moment you walk in, you re treated like family. You re immediately greeted by name and with a warm smile. I found staff to be very professional, kind, and respectful.Honestly after every car wash before coming to Shedlock s, I would always notice several spots that needed better cleaning. I felt my car was rushed and those that cleaned it lacked work ethic. I no longer feel as though I could ve done a better job at cleaning my car. Every time I get it washed I m left beyond satisfied. Definitely worth every penny. They were efficient with my service jobs, and made sure everything was up to par and running smoothly.The place itself is impeccable and there s great attention to detail. I love how comfortable the waiting area is and that they actually go above and beyond and provide coffee and various snacks.I don t normally write reviews, however I have a new found level of admiration and respect for this place. Hands down they ve earned my business and I look forward to purchasing my next car from them, as they are extremely knowledgeable and competent.Why would I go anywhere else?Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

Amazing service from Shedlock s car care! The staff was amazing and it was very top notch. It was the best car wash you can find. They are serious on there business and make sure that my car is perfectly clean. They are really nice and always greet you. I am amazed and how this car care service is the real deal! The front has really nice cars. Also in the waiting room I can get some drinks and some snacks and watch tv. It s the best place to get your car cleaned.Services: Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Window tinting

My 2009 Hyundai had been stolen. The car was retrieved, but the interior and exterior were filthy, with unidentifiable stains on the exterior, melted candy in the cloth seats inside along with grease and other filth. By the time the Shedlock team was done the car looked like new. The results far exceeded my expectations. Truly impressive work! I recommend them highly and will be using them again.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

As an ordinary car owner, I was originally hesitant to call Shedlock for detailing because of their high-end reputation. I assumed they would be overpriced and pretentious, but when I called, their prices were right in line with every other local estimate and they were extremely courteous. I ve always found that when there are all 5 star reviews and a handful of 1 stars, with no in between ratings, the poor reviews are not accurate. No surprises here. The 3 staff I interacted with were so welcoming and polite, and my 3 year old black Mazda looks brand new again! I drove it home from their showroom at night and was blinded by the reflection of Christmas lights on my hood! I waited until morning to write my review. Every tiny nick I had from stones on route 78 was touched up, and every inch is polished to perfection down to the wheels. They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior, although I only requested and paid for exterior detailing. One of my rims has a barely noticeable small bend in it from a pothole last year, and they pointed it out to me when I picked up my car. Excellent attention to detail, very happy, and I will certainly return next year.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Shedlock is a great place for auto detailing (amazing!) and bodywork (perfect!) They are fair and reasonable and the service is beyond. So friendly and lovely. They are my new place to go for everything related to cars.

Sherlock Auto Care was able to find an OME rim after many others have failed. Very professional, capable and friendly establishment. Plan to do more business with them going forward

Everyone in this place is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. It's a breath of fresh air to finally find a place you know with certainty, that they are ALWAYS 100% honest and fair. If I could give them a few dozen stars on top of the 5, I would in a heart beat!

Exceptional facility....Joe and his staff are extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. They always want to provide "5 star customer service". I have been a customer for several years and never had a negative experience. I have utilized their auto storage - absolutely amazing facility, detailing service, car washes, tune-up and tire care - all of which were beyond my expectations. They care for your auto as though it was their own. Just a wonderful experience!Wendy
