I ve been coming here for years as well as my husband. I will not trust anyone else in town with my car repairs big or small. Steve is beyond amazing and so helpful! I m always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Thank you all for your outstanding service.

Steve,Steve, Steve. The guy is a genius. His customer service skills and his knowledge around an engine and his ability to diagnose a mechanical problem are second to none. His crew is a great asset to his shop. I never have to worry about gouging prices. He is as honest as the day is long. Your greatest fear owning a 17 year old vehicle is taking your car in for service with a callback stating You need thousands of dollars worth of work that You can't comprehend. Thanks to Steve and his honest expedient service I am confident to drop my car off for any issue. My husband brings his car to Mastercraft for the past 3 years along with many of our friends in Greenbriar. The best service words spread quickly and that is why Mastercraft is such a busy business. They are #1 in ourarea !!

Best experience we could have hoped for. Our tire got a large nail in it and everywhere else would not patch it for hours. We called Mastercraft and they were able to get us right in. They went above and beyond with helping us and being transparent. They got us on our way quickly and were more than kind. I could not recommend this mechanic enough!Service: Auto tire replacement

This auto repair shop offers the beat customer service in the area. The prices are reasonable and they are very military friendly. I took 2 of my cars to get serviced. I was impressed at the quick turnaround time. Appointments are taken serious and you wont have to wait when you drive up at your appointment time. Best tires in the neighborhood.

Got front brakes and an oil change, and they had it done in just a few hours at a good price. It's a great place to have your car serviced. Make an appointment, because they are VERY busy.

Aside from the fact that Mastercraft does fantastic work, they are extremely friendly and helpful. The manager Steve is a character, I mean this in a good way. His sense of humour is outstanding, and all the customers seemed to enjoy him. The two ladies that work behind the desk are very helpful and friendly. Not bad on the eyes either. The car park is a wee snug, and there always seem to be these yellow and green kids zipping in and out. Watch out for these lads, they are trying to do a good job, helping Mastercraft mechanics get you back on the road quickly.

I was referred here by a friend of my boss. The place was friendly, clean; service was quick & thorough. The manager was kind enough to install my front license plate on the used car I bought a couple months ago. I would & have recommended MasterCraft to anyone who will listen or ask me where to get service done! I'll definitely be back! THANK YOU

I brought my car in because there was a nail in my tire and I wanted to get it patched. I was called back within an hour (on a Saturday!) and they told me that the nail didn t go all the way through, so no work was necessary. When I came to pick up my car, I was told they topped off the air in all of my tires, and didn t owe anything. They could have easily lied and said they did the patch and I would have been none the wiser. The honesty and generosity displayed at this business today means so much more than I can convey in words. I will absolutely be returning any time I need any sort of maintenance done on my car.

Dropped off my 79 F350 to have a fuel pump installed and set the timing. Ed worked on it and it's running great. Steve is a straight up dude and never disappoints. Thanks again.

Excellent work. I went in for an oil change and was out in 30 minutes and the bill was much lower than other garages in the area I have taken my truck to. I will be back to this garage in the future for sure.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If you have a lowered vehicle this is the shop to go to. They have a drive on lift for alignments and oil changes. Just make sure you mention the stance of the car.The team is friendly and even made an adjustment to my appointment even though it was my mistake. I will be going to them from now on.

This place is the BEST!! They were able to get me a new tire the same day, after mine went flat..AND they were able to see me for an oil change the same day too!! Thank you so much!! We will definitely be bringing them all of our business.

This place is the best. The mechanics are all great. I highly recommend this place. They are truly honest. Steve is an excellent service manager. Very honest and respectful. I've been going there for along time. You want great service, you will get it here.

Steve and his whole crew over there, were wonderful. They did what they said they were going to do. They didn't try and pad the bill, like most places try. Most important is this auto repair shop is completely fair in their pricing and they get the job done right. Having been to another in town, unfortunately, they seem to take advantage of vulnerable seniors. Double the price for the exact same service.Waretown NJ

Bought my car in on an emergency late Wednesday night, Steve was so professional and curteous and took my car in right away diagnosed the problem and had it corrected and and back to me Thursday by 1:00pm . The price was more then fair for what he had to do. Thank you!!!!
