Jersey Shore Transmissions saved the day. Our transfer case was failing on a 2018 Pathfinder. Tom was able to get us back up and running within a few days all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Went in for a rear main seal and a new clutch. Came out with a tapping in my clutch and 3 exhaust leaks. When they reinstalled the exhaust they used the incorrect clamp and didn't tighten all the bolts back in place. This was after 4 days I was quoted two. Tom is a really nice guy and very reasonably priced. But the quality of work in my experience was poor.

This is the first time I was here-had transmission problem and needed new transmission and cooler for my F-150. It was at at a Ford dealership and I was not happy with their price (or attitude). I went to Tom and immediately was impressed with what he told me. He picked up my truck and installed new transmission-WITH FULL FORD WARRANTY-I was more than satisfied and Toms honesty has made me a new customer. Very honest and professionalService: Transmission

Tom provides amazing service and very knowledgeable about transmissions. He came highly recommend from the Goodyear in Barnegat. He also spotted an issue with the brakes and repaired them for a great price. My husband and I handed them the keys to them fix the transmission, plus fluid. Several weeks later we got it back. After driving it for a lil while we gave it back to them to (re-fix) the transmission because it still wasn t going into gear properly and still cost us money. During that time we asked them to fix the air conditioner, breaks, any filters, oil change. Three weeks went by and we gave them a call and learned that none of the work was done. Gave it another two weeks and called and it worked still wasn t done. So we gave them additional time that costed me to Uber to work for weeks. About $4000 later, the Air conditioning doesn t work it still is leaking fluid and the check engine light continues to stay on. Now we would like to sell the van but can t get the price that we think it s worth. Tom the owner and his Mechanic are outstanding. I have been going to him for 6/7 years. I go regularly to get my oil change and and get the regular check up on my car and anything that has to be repaired he does it with no problem and does it it a great timeframe. Not only does he do the repair. I have no issues ever with them after he s done. He always takes care of my car. I actually love going. It s like a makeover every time I see him. My car always runs better after he is done with my. He never pushes me to get anything else repaired to it if it doesn t need to be Repaired. His prices are completely awesome and I am always satisfied with the price. When I needed my car repaired he said He could repair it the very same day. I always appreciate seeing him. Oh and he always calls my dad by his last name too. My father goes there as well. My dad always has nice things to say about. He said he s a nice man with great manners. I like that he s regular too. Like a friend or a family member. Plus his dog is friendly and cute. My kids are also very used to him. If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out to me for any more comments. Tom changed the part on my car for it to just break down soon after he said I don t what to do with it I took it to the dealership they said he put aftermarket bad part in. the dealership put a new not aftermarket part in & now the car runs great after the car went back & forth for 2 months with Tom I would not recommend him for free even He lies & ripped us off bad business person!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brought car to him to look at. Was nice and professional - hooked up vehicle to computer and claimed error codes "could be anything from loose cable to cam shaft and I should not drive it because it would cause damage to transmission. He claimed it was a mechanical problem.Brought car back overnight to check out and fix - he checked fluids and took for a twenty minute car ride. For over an hour car sat in parking lot while I was across the street then he calls and claims that the problem is a transmission valve that went wrong and would cost me $2,500 to fix. Also claimed transmission fluid was black which indicates there is something wrong with transmission. Two different stories within a week!. I brought the vehicle to the dealer who replaced transmission fluid which was not black and who checked transmission - nothing wrong with the car now !!! Would have paid over $2,000 unnecessarily. Car was left with 54 miles to go before being empty on a digital dash - picked up vehicle with lights blinking and beeping LOW ON FUEL!!!

I ABSOLOUTLEY had a wonderful experience here I had an issue with my car and these guys are the best!!! They stayed a half hour later for me to get the service I needed anybody in the waretown barnegat forked river area go to them they actually care about their customers and if I could've given 10 stars I would've
