Just bought a Prius; I know nothing about cars & less about electric cars. All the warning indicators were lit on my dash, brought it in to Midvale, fixed & charged ZERO dollars because Tad said it was a quick & easy fix. I tried to give him some money; he adamantly refused. Thank you, Tad for being such a good guy! You could've taken me to the cleaners & I won't have known the difference. Very honest & trustworthy.....I highly recommend them!

Moved to the area a couple years ago and didn't have a mechanic and needed to have my brakes done. Thad was fantastic; he had both the front and rear done the same day for a pretty decent price. I needed brakes on the company s work truck to be at a job by noon. I called at 730 am and The owner Matt and his guys got me in the shop immediately and changed the brakes in record time. Great service, great prices. Highly recommend.

The electric rack failed on my Escape just 10k miles out of warranty. They replaced it for half of what the ford dealer whated, and used a genuine Ford OEM part. A year laterwhen the rack failed again, they warrantied the rack free of charge. Cant say enough good things about this place. I spoke on the phone with Matt and he told me there was availability so I brought my truck in. Within a few hours my truck was running well again and I was off into the sunset. It was an all-around pleasant experience for a bunch of reasons: they pick up the phone so I never felt out of the loop, they were honest about what was going on so I trusted them very quickly, they were flexible about drop-off/pick-up times even after-hours, and their prices were very fair. As a bonus the shop is right on Ringwood Ave so there is a bus stop a few hundred feet away (route 197) which makes it very easy to drop off and pick up cars without having to organize a ride or Uber. I'm excited to have a good shop close to home. I can already tell I'm going to be a regular.

Let me tell you, this place is a well kept secret. We brought our car in for a tire replacement, and and oil change on very short notice. We were trying to leave early that day for a 300 Mile road trip to Vermont. The owner, Matt, bent over backwards to ensure we were taken care of in record time. The price for both tire and oil change was as competitive as your going to get with any big-time auto chains, and done with no hassles or hidden costs. Bottom Line? We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Midvale Garage!

Matt and Tad both are young and driven. You would be remised if you didn t go to them for your auto repair. I came In at 2:45 this afternoon with a problem. Matt diagnosed it in 10 seconds flat. Then tad came out. They discussed, i had My vehicle back repaired in under 2 hours. Both are hungry to succeed and want to please. They stayed an hour past closing to fix my vehicle. It doesn t get any better than the Midvale garage in Wanaque

They figured out a simple fix but very important to the integrity of my jeep renegade. Two other places couldn't figure it out. It was a bad radiator cap. This is my new mechanic. Professional.
